We have used BTS for the 4 years we have owned our condo at Seapointe Village. While we do not live at Seapointe full time, BTS does care for our condo monthly on the off season and more often duing the summer season. They have our key and we have had no worries about their access to our unit. We have really been very pleased with the flexibilty of BTS to service our unit in the high summer season when we need ad hoc services and change to weekly mid stream depending on our families needs. They find a way to accomodate us and don't say no. They shift gears for us last minute and find a way to accommodate us. It can't be more appreciated! When I unlock our doors and see the wood floors spotless, the kitchen cleaned, the carpets vacuumed, the sofas and cushions vaccuumed from the sand, the glass and the mirrors clean and shining, and the rolls of TP on the spindles tucked and pointed like I am on a cruise ship, I am a very happy customer. read more

I have been using BTS Cleaning Service for over 10 years, and have been very pleased with there services . My wife and I use them regularly to clean our town home , the quality of there work is excellent and we are always pleased. This past spring we could not get down to the shore to remove all of our outdoor furniture from our living room where it was stored. Well, BTS put all of our furniture arranged on our deck very nicely before the spring clean. They even cleaned the top and bottom deck and sliders for us before putting the furniture out, What a help to us rather than race down to the shore to remove from living room as we could not get down to remove ourselves. I've had many cleaning services and always just "settled" for their level of clean. Excused it as better than what I could do... So I assumed that was the cleanest old dirt could be...until I used bts cleaning. These guys bring clean to a new definition. Everything looked, smelled and felt BRAND NEW! We have used BTS for close to 10 years. Whenever we have been less than satisfied, the situation has been quickly remedied. This is a year round business which like many businesses in the shore resort areas, suffers from having to hire untested staff to ramp up for significant surges in demand. WoW! Five stars isn't enough for BTS...I would rate them a perfect 10!! I called them after 1pm because my cleaning agency was a "no show" and I have guests coming in at 3pm!! I live several hours away and could not get there in time. No worries...they jumped right in and said they would be there by 2pm and bring extra help to get the house ready by 3pm! Bettina and her crew at BTS did a fantastic job cleaning my father's condo from top to bottom, including the carpets. My dad is 88, and due to him having to care for a relative with medical issues until recently, he did not keep up with cleaning very well.
