The timing of my…read moremove combined with the timing of a winter storm meant I was 1 month out of my builter's warranty on cracked windows due to weather, but I was recommended to contact ProBuild directly. I have to say, I was absolutely blown away with the personal attention and customer service I received at what is essentially a LARGE-scale community builder supplier company. I was out of my builder's warranty but ProBuild was able to look up the exact part I had an issue with using only a photo from an email and find out that I actually still had one month left on the window manufacturer's warranty. They immediately put in an order and within 4 days the replacement window had arrived and I was told I could stop by any time to pick it up. When I arrived, based on the customer service I received, I was expecting some sort of small operation; but incredibly this was a HUGE supplier right there in Summerville that I had to maneuver around forklifts hauling multiple-ton loads of wood and other building supplies to trailers just to park at the customer entrance. I was personally assisted by Mike Payne while I was there and even given a small walkthrough of the warehouse (after putting on my safety vest) and was impressed with the organization that allowed him to find my particular window within seconds of stepping into the warehouse. I'm sure this review will do no one any good, but I was so impressed with the level of customer service that I really felt I had to leave a review and add this business to Yelp.

He proceeded to take a deep breath, threw the box cutter (I believe) down and said what is it. That threw me for a second. I just said you know what never mind. I walked off. I did ended up leaving the store all together. Never had that experience, but it just did not sit well with me.

Rooster ( yes Rooster) came to adjust several doors that were sticking. What a delight. Not only did he want me to watch as he repaired things, I learned a TON about doors and how to fix issues including what to do if the door starts " ghosting" which is when they open or close without anyone touching them and what to do if they start rattling and a multitude of other valuable tips. Rooster then went on to tell me about how to troubleshoot any problems I might have with my windows! Here is a man that is not only extremely knowledgeable, but he is happy doing what he does. I got a great education and some good company to boot! I did tell him if I have problems that I'm just gonna call ROOSTER !

Never again. My father, who at the time had terminal cancer, hired them to put in the skirting on…read moremy mobile home. First off, they broke a brand new St. Francis of Assisi statue I had just bought. They said it was old and refused to pay for it. Secondly, the holes they left in the skirting were ridiculous. My father had to tell them to fix it. The two workers that did the job were awful. They left for lunch and when they came back, I honestly thought they were stoned, which would explain the pathetic job. When we complained to Westbury, it was ignored. Also, when they finished the job? They didn't even put the porch back to where it goes, my father had to tell them. It was the most awful job ever and the fact that they were disrespectful to my father and did NOT replace the statue, says it all. STAY AWAY!!!!
