I got a Barbacoa burrito bowl entree plus a soda and I was expecting $10+ on that, but it came out $8.56 all in all cause entrees are $8 for college student. There's lot of variety in the burrito bowl options and side dishes. Generous servings too. I'll definitely try the Chiwawa when I go back. Service was very friendly and will give you recommendations when asked. I was going to give this four stars because Chipotle tastes better, but that would be unfair. soon as I came into the shop a guy came from answering phones and touching the counter tops with gloves I didn't see he just changed. I wanted to order nachos and politely asked if the guy can change his gloves because I know he will touch my food. He declined and asked why and I told him he touched a lot of things before touching my food. I've worked in food service before and always was told to change your gloves in between customer orders. He refused and said no "I did not it's clean". And I said okay thank you and left and he said thank you. They also have specialty items as well as the typical burrito, burrito bowl, tacos, etc. I'm not going to go into the specific details of the menu since that can be easily looked up online. The man (I'm saddened I didn't get his name) behind the counter was very welcoming and really helped me out since it was my first time ordering. Came here the day they opened. I live just down the street and one of my roommates got a job here so figured I had to try it out. I wasn't disappointed. Unfortunately in the center of Rutgers campus doesn't seem like the best place for high priced food. I found myself comparing this meal to the one I had at KBG down the street. A bowl (they do burritos and bowls as well, Chipotle style) with steak costs $7.49. There was enough there for two whole meals. Compared to Bubbakoo's where for ~$10 you've got one meal just seems to outprice the neighborhood. I received a coupon in the mail so I decided to try it. It's only 3.3 miles from my dads house in Boonton. I couldn't get the app to accept the coupon so I called to get the coupon right and have the food delivered. The first person I spoke to didn't understand English so I had to get someone that did. They informed me the coupon was only good for in store dining. That was disappointing because my 86 year old father is not suitable for in store dining. At least not until he gets the vaccine. Six out of seven previous times I've ordered online from here, my order has been incorrect. I order the vegetarian w/ guac option and usually the guac gets forgotten. This time I ordered nachos with queso that I paid extra for and the queso was forgotten. Other times I had to watch them bag my order and point out that they forgot part of my order when they handed it to me. It's also never busy during the times I go, so there's really no excuse for not taking the extra 10 seconds it takes to ensure order accuracy. Please do better. read more

I then proceeded to mix and match soft and hard shell tacos with different meats and toppings. 5 indecisive minutes later, 4 tacos $8+tax. This place isn't just tacos however. They have burritos, bowls, quesadillas...and even a a Chihuahua (a rice ball that is stuffed with cheese and deep fried) if you're feeling brave and famished. I had a terrible first time experience with this restaurant I had order for a pick up I had the new buffalo cauliflower, plain tator tots, south west egg rolls and a vegan style burrito out of everything I got nothing was worth my $26 dollars, the cauliflower was fried in the same batter as everything and it was soggy by the time I started eating it I truly didn't finish it I had to throw it out only had about 5 bites of it. I always get three vegetarian tacos with black beans, because they taste much better than their chicken tacos. I like to support smaller businesses and I like burritos so naturally I had to check this place out. The burrito I had was decent but there was a few problems. The rice was over cooked and mushy and they add too much to cover for the lack of meat. Then the chicken was pretty bland, it tasted like they just bought rotisserie chicken from shop rite and used that. I guess they expect the sauce to cover for it but the guy didn't put enough on because I got ghost pepper chicken and it wasn't spicy at all. The mango salsa and gauc was also pretty expensive and they put barely any on. The table where they actually roll the burritos is also way too small and it looks unprofessional and some of my food fell off while he made it.
