We love Bubba's! This was the first one we discovered while staying at the Holiday Inn Express. Loved it so much we ate here 3 times in 2 days. Found out before we left that this crew would be in our neck of the woods opening a Bubba's in our market! Very exciting and we even ran into some of them when we visited "Our" Bubba's. The food is great... all of it all the time. They have loads of taps, both craft and domestic. We love watching Chive TV on Atmosphere. The staffs are always friendly and provide great service. We love to discover new Texas Roadhouses and figure out the murals around the bar top, as they always tell a local legend, but now we've added her sister, Bubba's 33 to our must stop list! read more

Solid burgers! Came here on the way to and from Amarillo because it was that good (and because Furrbie's and Coyote Bluff were both closed both days, sad). LOVE: - Wild Shroomin' Burger - Spicy Habanero Burger - The ability to switch out your fries for FIERY TATOR TOTS, which are incredibly crispy and flavorful - Trey is the best server! Could Be Better: - We sat outside on the patio both times because there was an alarming number of closely-spaced, bustling customers both at tables and milling about the restaurant. If it's chilly, they will turn on the outside heaters, though, so one can enjoy the burgers more safely. - The Bacon Burger looked and sounded great, but it lacked a robust flavor until I heated up the leftovers the next day. read more

Late night in Amarillo. Sure, it sounds like a country song, but for we weary travelers, sometimes it's tough to find a decent place to eat that's open late. Bubba's 33 is here to take care of you. The menu is loaded with the sort of comfort food you might expect from a place that touts a menu of pizza, burgers and brews. They do a pretty good job with them. My wings were huge and juicy and the recommendation on the shotgun shrimp appetizer was a great call from my server. It's a loud and crowded sports bar feel. Lots of beers on tap, which completely ignore anything close to craft. While I was there they did have bottles of Lone Star for $2 a pop! Damn, that's drinking cheap! What definitely pushes it to four stars was the service. My server Austin was on it. Super friendly and quick to offer suggestions. The team here seems to have fun, but not at the cost of offering the right amount of follow up and attention. A good vibe overall. read more

Service was hot garbage, 2 of 3 orders messed up, all meals clearly were cooked and prepared quickly but never made it to table since it was all cold/lukewarmish. One of the servers had her ass slapped in the middle of the dining room by another employee maybe a bartender or manager not totally sure. Thats pretty black and white and is labeled assault and obviously is something the rest of the staff is cool with. This is not a great establishment. The only positive was maybe the greeter at the front door and my water was cold. And probably the greeter is the only reason im giving 2 stars. read more

Great food!!! The service is great. I love the atmosphere as it never boring. Found this place by accident and now my go place for Friday dinner. The burgers are the best that I had in Amarillo. We were looking for a bar to watch the Detroit Lions game and decoded to stop at Bunba's 33 in Amarillo. There are 77 televisions in there it was amazing! The wait staff was wonderful, very polite and attentive, but not a bother. I had the best fish sandwich I've ever had there. It is delicious. My wife had a grilledin chicken salad. The chicken was done perfectly. One of the managers came to our table understanding we were there for our first time. She greeted us and made sure we enjoyed our meal. It was a very enjoyable experience. We will go back everything we are in Amarillo read more

This is the best service and fastest food delivery I've ever had in Texas. We came on a cowboys game day, so it was busy. We had the wings and they were good. We also had a turkey sandwich and it was very tasty but the bun was very soggy. Their drink prices are outstanding, especially for somewhere that draws a crowd. The food is always really good. The place is almost always busy, but even then it's not a super long wait after you order. Would recommend using the app to get out on the waiting list during busy evening though as sometimes seating can take 45-1 hour. Highly recommend! read more

Went in at 11:45 with a school staff of 6. We had an hour and 15 minutes for lunch. It wasn't busy--at all. We were seated quickly and drinks were brought/order taken by 11:50. At 12:15, we asked a hostess about our order. We never saw our waitress or anyone again. At 12:40, still no food, we got up to leave without eating a bite. Manager caught us and said he wasn't sure what had happened and handed us coupons for an appetizer. Didn't get to eat, no apology, horrible experience. read more

Passing through Amarillo and wanted a Texas style roadhouse and a good steak. Simple enough right? Not for Bubba's 33. I guess if you only eat well done then it might be good but the kitchen does not understand medium rare. My wife's burger was good, so were the fries and service was great....so my advice is stick with that! I sent a steak back...in Texas... come on dude! read more

Great server, my husband loved their lasagna. Tonite he ordered his lasagna and it appears they have changed the way the make it. It came in an iron bowl and looked more like soup and not lasagna. He said the soupy part tasted like Chef BoHardee's sauce. Lasagna should not be soupy. The original recipe was lasagna, please go back to the original. read more

Mike O is right. Even this place is JUMPIN' the service is sloooooooowwww. I came in with a group and I ordered a can of beer. I was the last one to get it and I had to ask for it. They apologized but apologies don't taste as good as a prompt beer...in a can. The food is good but once your wait person leaves you're on your own. I might come back but when it's slower. This is our go to here in Amarillo. We've probably been here about a dozen times, and it's ALWAYS great! Philly cheese steak, fried pickles, Italian dishes, burgers, fried chicken, all amazing. A gazillion TV's for football. read more

Came out here on business and decided to walk over from my hotel. Not too shabby. The beer was super cold in a frosty glass, I was a little disappointed at not receiving a new glass with the second round...but oh well. I had the burger with some fries and got the fried pickles. Nichole was our waitress and she was great! Very nice and was helpful with the menu also stayed on top of drinks and making sure we were good through your our meal.
