Cute place and fun conception on Temple bar area. It has bubble tea and also ice cream, the ice cream cones are made out of waffles. Pretty good ice cream, the portions are pretty shareable.

Interior. Quite crowded at 3pm on a Friday.

This place had out-the-door lines and a crowded interior, but the line moved quickly. I enjoyed my waffle -- the "cone" managed to stay delightfully crisp above where the ice cream melted and absorbed into it, so I was able to tear off segments and enjoy one bubble at a time. The ice cream was silky and nicely flavored (I got cookies & cream in mine) and I enjoyed the Kinder candy bar that came in it, as well as the chocolate sauce and whipped cream. I'd return again and try the banana one!

Bubble waffles - whoo-hoo! Just the name says delicious! We saw people walking around with bubble waffles, saw the place, and knew we had to have them. We had a dinner booking so made sure that we finished up in time to get to the Bubble Waffle Factory before they closed at 10 pm (why is that a thing here when the sun is still out and there are tons of people walking the streets?). Anyway, we got to BWF and the place was great. The bubble waffle itself is a fresh, soft and chewy waffle, and they fill it with ice cream and all sorts of sweet goodness. With a crowd I thought the wait would be long, but they were super efficient and fast, and before we knew it we had our treats. I ordered the Peanut Glamour with vanilla ice cream. It was topped with peanut sauce, Nutella, crushed peanuts, and cream. So good!! I am a peanut butter freak, and this thing definitely hit the spot. Others had Berry Kiss, and the Mr. Oreo. Hits all around. Service was fast and pleasant, and the place itself was small but neat and interesting, with graffiti all over the walls, so you could read notes from folks all over the world. Get a Bubble Waffle!

Quick things to note: - egg puff (bubble waffle) was hot and crispy even after I finished my ice cream - only an additional couple euro and you get ice cream with toppings (worth it than just the egg puff itself in my opinion) - workers are very friendly - quick and on the spot service. You get to see the process of making the bubble waffle! The place is shared with a bubble tea place, so it's pretty small and can get a little hot in there, but it's definitely a fun place to sit or grab a treat on the go.

Little yellow shop tucked away in the alley on the right! Straight ahead is ha penny bridge!

Best dessert I've had since being in Dublin. Choose your topping combo and preferred ice cream flavor. There is limited seating but it's easy to walk around with it and eat at the same time.

This waffle cone was the best I've ever had. The chewy texture was the best. When the ice cream was about gone the best part was eating the ice cream soaked waffle like a sandwich. It's like when you get a regular waffle ice cream cone in the states & you get to the last bite (that is good). Well, erase that taste bud. This is the bomb!!!! Give it a try.

My husband and I came here and it was amazing. Definitely thought from seeing everyone else's that maybe one would be too much for one person, but we each got our own and man was I wrong. You will definitely eat the whole thing by yourself haha. Also they're just beautiful creations! Just as good as they look.

Such a cute atmosphere and the desserts always satisfy my sweet tooth! I stumbled upon this place by accident, a hidden jem in Temple Bar

2.5/5 Pros:…read more-Creative/fun menu options--huge donut milkshakes, ice cream cookie sandwiches, and other delectable creations. -Portions are large--you'll definitely need 1 or preferably 2 people to share with! -- "Stuffed Cups" Vanilla soft serve mixed with toppings of your choice (kinder bueno, Reese's, etc.) I opted for Reese's and was given a large cup of ice cream (appx 3-4 scoops of ice cream) topped with peanut butter and chocolate sauce and a few Reese's. The vanilla base was my favorite part. It tastes somewhat plain (like Dairy Queen vanilla) but it's a good backdrop for the additional toppings. Strangely, I found marshmallows and Cadbury or Yorkie buttons mixed inside the cup and it was somewhat of an unpleasant experience because I wasn't expecting them. The peanut butter and marshmallows made for a strange mishmash of flavors. Definitely opt for one of the other creations instead!

Some things where rather pricey. 12euro for a fancy milk shake. So many sugar choices. Good there is savoury options to line the stomach first. The mac and cheese with pulled BBQ pork sour dough sandwich was lovely. Awesome taste. Bread was a bit tough as it was toasted. The menu is extensive. I like how they use good quality ice cream - Mauds. Also showing the goodies being made on the tv is good. I think if this place was a more adult friendly environment it may do better. As it stands it is quite childish yet the portions and prices are aimed at adults. Perhaps trying to spread themselves to thin.

I have too many good things to say about this place, so I'll try and limit myself to a reasonable…read morelength. Long story short, I was on a trip to Portugal and Spain with my boyfriend (first time in Europe for both of us), and we decided to take a 7 hour layover in Dublin (because why not!). We have an unofficial mission to try ice cream in every new state/country we travel to, so when we saw Scoop, we decided to go for it even though it was still early morning. They hadn't set up the ice cream in the display yet since it was so early, but the guy helping us (more about him later) told us the range of flavors they had, and we decided to go for Cream and Pistachio. To say the ice cream was good would be an understatement, and I hesitate to say this because it's a bold statement, but this may have been the best ice cream/flavor combination I've ever had! The pistachio was complex, delightfully nutty, and didn't have any of that artificial pistachio flavoring that is unfortunately too common, and the cream was light, refreshing, and a perfect complement to the nuttier flavors of the pistachio. Ugh, I was in ice cream heaven. If I'm ever in Dublin again, this will probably be stop #1 (plus, it's the first place I officially visited in Europe so it'll always have a special place in my heart). Top off the amazing ice cream with even more amazing service. I really wish I remembered his name because he deserves all the credit in the world, but the guy behind the register was so personable, patient, and polite! Not to mention, he gave us a free latte to welcome us to Dublin. We ran into the owner (?) as well during the visit, who was also very warm and welcoming. I noticed that this location is currently unclaimed, but owners - if you ever see this review, open a location in the US please :D And thanks again for your amazing ice cream and hospitality!

I have a sweet tooth, so I went with Snickers ice cream and my husband with Oreo . They are both tasty, not really sweet (which is good); you can see big pieces of nuts, caramel or cookies. They also have crepes, waffles, milkshakes and other yumm things. Price is okay - i guess like everywhere €3,50 for 1 scoop(with regular cone) €4,80 -2 scoops -and so on - you can see almost all prices on my photo!
