The Salon was clean and the lady at the desk was super nice and friendly. The groomer met us at checkin for our appointment I told her what I wanted the girls hair to look like as im pretty specific at what I like. she did exactly what I requested and the girls looked so cute! I waited over two weeks for an appointment to finally get my puppy in for first grooming. He is a Yorkie and I requested a puppy cut with yorkie mustache to stay and a basic yorkie grooming. I picked him up and he was a chopped up mess. Jagged jowl/cheek cuts, body fur was jaggedly shaved, just a terrible mess of choppy and jagged fur. Imagine a little girl taking scissors to her own hair. Bingo! I absolutely won't be going back. And to top it off, he got an ear infection probably from the groomer allowing water to get in his ears. So disappointed, the fees are high, then I had a vet bill to fix their error. When bathing, it's important to keep the water out of dog ears! They're busy but should still know how to bathe and groom a very popular dog. read more

This is a small, unassuming salon, but the service is great. My pup came out clean and happy with nicely trimmed and filed nails. For him that was a major plus as no one else has been to trim those nails without a fight. read more

Very friendly and worked us in for a quick nail trim for our Dobie who really doesn't like her nails cut. Elizabeth and her teammate handled our dog beautifully, had her calm and relaxed ( as much as possible) and we were on our way in no time. Prices are very reasonable. We were traveling through Lake Havasu with our "herd"-- 2 Cavalier King Charles spaniels and a CavaPoo -- and they were dirty little girls. We dropped them for a couple of hours and they came back to us smelling wonderful, with the white spots really white!! We also got some really cute pictures of the girls too! This place is wonderful, we were able to get are two Lhasa Apso's in for a summer cut on short notice and they did a great job on both the dogs , the place is super clean and it did not take long at all before they called and told us they were ready , next time I am bringing all three of our dogs here . I have a very anxious dog and taking her to get her nails trimmed has always been a traumatic experience. Now that I take her to bubbles n bows it is a quick and easy experience and we are in and out of there. The girls are so calm and good with animals like Sugar. Highly recommend! read more

First time here. Wont be my last. Called for appt, got in 2 days later (I'm used to waiting a week or more!). Elizabeth greeted us at the door, we handed off our Missy and felt comfortable and assured. Said she'd be done in 1 1/2 hours. She called in just over that time. This again for me is amazing because I am used to dropping the dog off and waiting half the day for a call. When we arrived to pick her up, I brought our other dog for her nails to get clipped. This took all of 5-10 minutes. Both the dogs look great and they didn't look or feel stressed out with the great care they received. And the price was amazing too! See you soon! read more

Such a great place!!! The inside was so clean and the ladies were both very friendly! I have a 1 year old Doberman and a 5 year old Aussie. The groomer knew exactly how to handle both of them.
