We just left the restaurant, and I can't say enough great things about our server, Abby. She truly made our dining experience exceptional. Even when the restaurant got busy, she handled all of her tables with kindness, professionalism, and grace. The food was absolutely delicious, and the portions were incredibly generous. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the outstanding service. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back the next time we're in town! I'd like to add the manager to walk around the restaurant to take on all the customers.

I have been to this restaurant once before and this was my second time. It's all family style, meaning that the food comes in LARGE portions. So for a party of 4, you can order two meals and split it between the four. No one should order their own meal, unless you want left overs, but these Vegas hotels do not have fridges! Our server was prompt and hilarious! We made some small talk and shared pictures of our cats. So much fun. The restaurant was pretty big, large tables of large parties and smaller table for a family. The food was in fact big portions and so good! Totally forgot to take a picture of the actual meal because we were so hungry. We got spaghetti and meatballs and chicken Marsala. It was so good!! I would definitely come back when I'm in Vegas again.

Surprised this place has only 3.8 stars - came with my teenagers and they loved the huge portions. Tre was amazing and such a great server. Water was never empty and portions were huge. Not crowded during the week at all. Great for big parties and people who can eat a lot. Would come back!

This place is a typical Italian place where they serve big portion meals. There free bread starter is really good and they serve it warm. The wait could be long. We went here on a Sunday evening and the wait was long even with reservations. We had to come back on a weekday where it is not that busy. I enjoyed the healthy bug portion lasagna. The sampler platter was a big portion that can be served as a main entrée. The ambiance is casual. Do not expect to be served right away. It seems their service is casual and they take their time for you to enjoy your dinner and time with friends.

Buca is always a must! It was my friend's birthday and he loves pasta, so we came here! It was a couple of my friends first times ever eating at Buca. We obviously started with some drinks and appetizers! My boyfriend and I got the Bruschetta, my friends got the salad and some spicy shrimp! For our drinks we got an espresso martini, a margarita and a couple of sangria drinks. So tasty! For our entrees, we got the shrimp scampi. Everything was so filling! Anytime you come here, sharing food is a must! We had excellent service, the waiter was very friendly and fast! The inside has a lot of cool looking pictures on the walls that keeps you entertained for hours!

What a great dining experience! Everything tasted homemade by Grandma. The staff was attentive and answered all of our questions. You have to try the "spicy shrimp" and the meatballs! Killer. Chris was our server and never missed a beat. And the top it off, you have to try the tiramisu!

Service was great, treated very well, treated and got seated within seconds of walking Into the restaurant, "Cory" and "Katrina " ver kind service , got us what we wanted, Great food and all my family satisfied! The restaurant has plenty of Parking and seating.... I was able to use a high chair for My 2 year old . What a great experience at this location! Senay and Ken offered great service. The food was delicious as always, however be aware that the large buca size is VERY big. We had lots of leftovers to bring home. When we first arrived it was freezing in the restaurant, but they catered to our party and lowered the air conditioning per our request. Great Italian food if you like family style dining. The restaurant is full of pictures and things to look at and had a very home style Italian look to it. Service was a little backed up to some big parties at the moment but overall the service was good. We ordered the chicken fettuccine with garlic bread and Caesar salad. Our meal also came with bread and butter. Our salad was brought out with the pasta which would have been nice if it came out a little earlier but what can you do? The pasta was amazing and we had plenty as it was just the two of us eating. We've eaten here before with a big party and even tried other locations in California and it compares to those as well. Overall a very good place to eat. read more

Came in to give the 4 for $40 a try. The salad dressing was really good nice and flavorful. We upgraded for $9.99 and added Chicken Marsala. The Chicken Marsala was on point I really liked the sauce and mushrooms. Nice and heartfelt. The spaghetti and meat sauce had a great flavor we all really enjoyed the sauce. Nice flavor not over powered with tomato paste. The bartender served us and he was a five star guy! The bar was nice with music playing to add to the atmosphere. The special was a very good value. I ordered on-line for take out. When I arrived the order was not ready. Apparently, there was a system problem and the order never made it to the kitchen. I waited 30 minutes while the order was being prepared, which defeats ordering on-line. I arrived home to find the fettuccine alfredo sauce separated with a texture resembling cottage cheese. The Spaghetti with meatballs priced at $38 was described to feed 3-4 people with 2 medium sized meatballs. We did not enjoy this food. Waste of money and disappointing experience. read more

If you're hoping for really flavorful pasta or standout dishes, this place doesn't quite deliver. I ordered the spaghetti, and it was pretty bland overall. The meatball also had some tough, unpleasant bits that I ended up having to spit out. Even the bread was underwhelming and didn't taste very fresh. Had lunch here the other day and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Our server, Ken, was the epitome of hospitality from finding and bringing our friends to the table, bringing out the plates to show us the portion sizes, giving his expert opinion on great things to order, timing everything perfectly, and having everything for us before we even knew we needed it. The food was delicious. We started with caesar salad, moved into mozarella garlic bread, penne alla vodka, and quattro al forno. Of course, it's never a meal without dessert, so we dove into the colossal brownie sundae, and left feeling way too overstuffed, but totally worth it. Definitely feel we got a great value for our meals as everything is served family style and we ended up boxing a good amount of food. All in all, with gratuity, it came out to $46 per person, and for a fantastic lunch with the best service I've experienced in awhile, that can't be beat. read more

For example, for Veal Marsala I greatly prefer well-pounded scallops of veal rather than veal off the bone. So, I opted for Veal Parmesan instead, which was good but still served with a bone. Said a server to me, "Aren't you going to eat the bone?" and I answered, "Why? Do I look like a dog?" "No," he replied. "Meat on the bone is the best part." So, I gnawed on the bone a little bit, and I concede that the meat I encountered was indeed tasty. But Diane reported that her Fettuccine Alfredo was slightly overcooked. Far more impressive than our entrees were the free preliminaries that were brought en masse to our table at the outset of our meal: a Bread Basket with Sesame Seed Bread and Tomato Focaccia, delicious Italian Salami, chunks of Parmesan, and Pickled Cauliflower, followed by light and golden Calamari Marco. Tortellini in Brodo Soup filled with Swiss Chard and Foie Gras was good but too salty. A Caesar Salad prepared tableside was very fresh with finely grated Parmesan Cheese spilled over the Romaine leaves like snow. A fine side was Potatoes Louie, soft and tender sauteed potatoes. We were warned by an assistant server that we were probably ordering too much dessert, and he was right. But we thought we were ordering individual desserts. It turned out that each of them could have easily served three or four diners. The four of us did ultimately each try different desserts in the end. They were Chocolate Cherry Blackout Cake, Vanilla Ice Cream, Carrot Cake, and Lemon Cheesecake. Each was an excellent example of the type of dessert it represented. Service was excellent. Our captain just forgot to bring requested Marinara Sauce for the Calamari besides the spicy aioli that was tasty enough that I no longer wanted any other sauce. Our dining room with a black and white checkered floor was crowded but still classy, and table seating was comfortable. Yet the noise level was so loud that it was difficult to carry on an easily understood conversation at our table.

Alexis and Amanda have restored our faith in Buca Di Beppo with their truly amazing service! First off a big thumbs down to Buca Di Beppo corporate office. I have been trying to change an incorrect E-Club birth date since January 2021. I have called the corporate office, filled out online comment forms and even sent in a new sign up form and received no response nor change to the incorrect date. The E-Club account is for my brother who has special needs and loves to spend every birthday at Buca Di Beppo and celebrate with a colossal brownie sundae. Once again this year I watched for the offer email in the days leading up to his birthday but nothing arrived. The day before the birthday dinner we went to the restaurant to ask about the club offer and we were met by the manager Alexis who in two minutes put our mind at ease and said she would take care of it. We left the restaurant excited about the upcoming birthday dinner. The next day when we arrived Alexis had reserved the Pope room for our party of ten and personally selected the perfect server for the event. We were blown away by the attention to every detail and the amazing service of everyone especially Amanda, our wonderful server. My brother got to celebrate with the most beautiful colossal sundae and he was treated like royalty the entire time. Before we left Alexis made sure we filled out a new form which she promised to personally send to corporate to ensure this would never happen again. We have been watching our emails to make sure the correction was made however so far we haven't heard anything from corporate. We were very close to cancelling the reservation entirely and choosing a different restaurant and if it hadn't been for Alexis instantly putting us at ease we would have not returned to Buca Di Beppo. It's people like her and Amanda that truly make dining at Buca Di Beppo a special experience. I hope corporate reads this and gives them the kudos they deserve. I'm often a solo traveler to Vegas for work and stopped at this Buca for dinner a few months ago. I know their menu is more "family style" but was jonesing for good Italian. The Manager, Katrina, happened to be the one at the host stand and I asked "Can you eat here if you are by yourself?" and she said "Yes - actually we let single guests order off the Lunch menu for smaller portion sizes." Awesome!! I've now been back here for dinner a few more times over the course of 3 months and have had great friendly service every single time from Anthony, Dan, and Marlaina. In fact everyone here has been a pleasure to deal with unlike a lot of restaurants these days. The food has been fresh and delicious on each trip. The baked rigatoni is probably overall favorite. Their lunch portion is still almost too much food and comes with a side salad and bread, but worth every bite. If you have been to any Buca you'll know what to expect for ambiance as they go all-in on the old world Italian motif and decorate nearly every square inch of the walls with colorful artwork and memorabilia. The music they pipe in also enhances the theme - lots of old Rat Pack hits. They also do a fine job keeping it clean compared to some restaurants with tchotchkes on the wall that seem to have not been dusted since the day they opened -- you will not find that here. Me and my wife visited this location and I read a few of the yelp reviews and figured we would try it. First time for us to a Buca Di Beppo because we had some gift cards from Christmas. We sat in the bar, where it seems to have a lot of bad reviews, and was greeted by a young girl who was also the bartender. She was very helpful and informative in the menu. We started off with waters and a small calamari and the cold house bread. Calamari was great, bread was just fine with oil and balsamic. She offered to let us taste their house wine made exclusively for them called ciao rosso. My wife and I loved it! So we ordered a quartino each. Since we both like spicy food she suggested chicken inferno, she said it was her favorite. This Buca di Beppo in Las Vegas exceeded my expectations! The restaurant's cleanliness, including the immaculate kitchen and server prep area, set the tone for an overall wonderful dining experience. Their two-for-one luncheon specials were a great deal, offering generous portion sizes (not much smaller versions of their family-sizes entrees) for a decent value. How can you go wrong with a two-for-one lunch? The standout element was the exceptional service from our waiter, Chase, who was attentive, knowledgeable, and personable, making us feel right at home. The restaurant was a stone's throw from our hotel (the Doubletree by Hilton) and was our go-to for our time in Vegas - they even have my favorite Pinot Grigio ("Confetti")...you can't go wrong. Don't forget to try their CakeBoss slices to-go! Many thanks to Chase who took care of our group at lunch a few days in a row like a true pro! The warm and inviting ambiance added to the overall positive experience, making this Buca di Beppo a fantastic spot for a good meal. This was our first Buca ToGo experience. We ordered online on a very busy Wed promotional night and picked up our food. There were so many people picking up orders at the same time and we had an mix up with our online order. When we realized the situation at home we called and asked for the manager. We were most likely never going to order from Buca again after this issue left our family hungry. GM Manager Katrina picked up the line and understood the situation with sincere apology! She promptly tried to fix the situation but it was rather late in the prime time evening for dinner by then. She was so kind to invite us back the next night to enjoy a dine in situation as her thanks. Not only was she pleasant but she went above and beyond to make sure we were valued. We were so impressed by her guest service recovery training and her hospitality. She won us back! A+ Service! Our waitress Brittany was also very charming! Way to go Katrina!! We have been to several of these including in AZ but we still enjoy it and tonight was no exception! Hubby and I decided to go to an "early" Valentine's dinner--no menu price hikes for the "holiday" and we were able to use coupons and also had a gift card. We ordered the small portion that serves 2 to 3 and of course family style so PLENTY of food! We shared a "small" mixed greens salad which was huge---and had the chicken parm, pasta unfortunately is ala carte but we got a side of spaghetti, warm bread on the table plus beverages and cannolis and coffees for dessert. Everything was awesome and our server Eric could not be any nicer! We have had decent service before, but he was tops in our book and earned a good tip!! We brought home lots of leftovers and will definitely return. Note--the Flamingo location is better than the one in the Excalibur casino; however, if you happen to be at that casino for a show, dinner at that one is pretty good---we just like this one better!! :-) read more

This restaurant is perfect for those who enjoy family-style dining with generously sized entrées. Make sure to come hungry and plan your order carefully, as you're likely to have leftovers. The food was served promptly and well-seasoned, hitting all the right notes in terms of flavor. Our waiter was friendly, though not completely familiar with some of the drink selections we requested, and we did receive an incorrect check at the end.As the evening went on, the room became quite noisy with lots of birthday chanting, adding a lively but somewhat chaotic atmosphere. Despite these minor issues, I would definitely visit again, but next time I'd order fewer entrées since the portions are so large. The desserts are also extremely big, perfect for sharing. I was craving Italian..and man...let me tell ya...I got it!! My husband & I are former restaurant owners & we always find ourselves as food critics everywhere we go..it's just what we do. Buca di Beppo hit all the marks for us! Service was great, food was DELICIOUS & portions are PLENTY!! If you leave hungry...something is wrong! The hospitality of the staff is on point! The manager Jacob even greeted & chatted with us for a few minutes!! Even though we were stuffed & unfortunately, had to leave food behind( we had a show we were headed to), Jacob brought us 2 complimentary cannoli! They are AMAZING!! I cannot believe we have been to Vegas many times & never tried Buca before this trip!! We will definitely be back! BTW...we had the seasonal special , Shrimp Scampi & the appetizer Meatballs...which were really a meal in themselves!! Highly recommend!! read more

I think Buca is actually a pretty great place as long as you follow the formula: Bring online $10 off coupon Bring a good group of friends who will share 4+ Be flexible Ordered cheesy garlic bread, meaty salad, two types of rigatoni, eggplant parm, and proscuitto stuffed chicken. Only leftovers for one serving of pasta. Success! Everyone was happy, full, enjoyed making fun of the creepy rotating Pope head on the table for sharing, and were well catered to by multiple staff. My water was always 1/2 full :) Final tab under $20 a person with drinks and over 20% tip (they don't add gratuity too which I love!) Music was the perfect level too which I don't think should be undervalued. No shouting to be heard but not so quiet the whole restaurant could hear our conversation. Buca can be a good time as long as you come prepared! read more

Waiter Chase provided top-notch hospitality, offering recommendations and very knowledgeable of the menu. He would always check up on us providing exceptional services with a smile. I believe this man deserves a raise or something, you wont find anyone like him. The food was amazing and fresh, with each dish bursting with flavors. Came here tonight to celebrate my friends wedding. Kristine and John! Curtis was AMAZING! He deserves more hours and a raise! Alia was also amazing! She gave us our cannolis! She was a hero! Honestly she should get more hours too! She's a sweet heart! Kurt... let my friend choke. We asked for a water because she was chokIng and he asked Curtis to get it for her, with no sense of urgency. Then he wouldn't give our table cannolis! (Alia had to steak the plate he had for us... not all heros wear capes). Kurt needs to be more attentive, anytime we tried to flag him down he told Curtis to bring what we asked for. And Curtis did but he had a lot going on with all the tables. Over all great experience! Had a great dinner at Buca di Beppo recently, and what really made it stand out besides the delicious food was the service. Our waitress, Chanda, was absolutely fantastic. She was warm, funny, and genuinely made us feel like we were her top priority the whole night. You can tell she enjoys what she does, and it added such a personal touch to the experience. The food was classic comfort Italian big portions, bold flavors, and perfect for sharing. The chicken parm was crispy and cheesy in all the right ways, and the pasta was cooked just right. He was attentive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to ensure our evening was special. What really stood out was the attention from the manager. She was awesome! Her involvement in making sure every guest felt welcomed and cared for was evident. It's rare to see such dedication and leadership. Food was very good, large lasagna, small mixed green salad. Only thing better than the food was the company. It's been over 30 years since my Devil Dog brother an I have gotten together and 43 years since we first met at VMGR-352 (gas station in the sky). Dinner tonight was amazing! Let me first say walking in they were attentive and took care of our online reservation! Seating was fast and when we got seated we were graced with Senay's presence, where he was not only attentive but kind! He helped up decide what would shake hands with our taste buds, as my husband couldn't decide. When the food came out it was piping hot, and delicious! We even got the sweetest photo, free to us, and paid for the bigger one (it was that good) as soon as we were finished Chris removed our plates and Senay gave us our to go's and bags! So had a friend in from Texas decided I'd take him here. Love the old style vibe, seating is great feels like a great big family having dinner. Our server was Amanda she was amazing! Very attentive, had suggestions when I asked for them, knew her menu and had plenty of drink suggestions. Thought I was going to order a couple of different things and she kindly informed me if I didn't plan on feeding an army I should just pick one maybe two items. Suggested dessert and I couldn't have been more happy. Price was great for the amount of food you got and the complementary bread is to die for! This was the best experience we had during our recent trip to Las Vegas. We were tired of the strip and we ventured a few blocks down and our family was in the mood for Italian. They had a chopped Antipasto salad that was memorable. The dressing was a house vinagrette that we will try to recreate at home. The server was kind enough to give us a little ramekin of it to go. The menu was pleasantly explained to us and we enjoyed the social aspect of having to share it all and talk about which dishes we enjoyed most. The conversation with the server, Nick was fun and engaging and we are already looking to see which Buca di Beppo is closest to our home town. A real treat to find. read more
