This company is unethical, ill-morale , and anything but…read moreprofessional. Two men accessed a locked gate to gain entrance to our private property with a no trespassing sign posted at their breaking point of the gate. As soon as they were on the property, I verbally asserted them they were trespassing and to get off the property and mentioned the sign and the gate which they chose to ignore. They refused to comply with my request to leave the private property and lied to me stating that if I went inside to get my confirmation number from the payment I had made moments before they took entrance to our private residential property that they would wait until I came out with the confirmation. When I reentered the home they left. I ran after their truck screaming that they had medication I needed to survive in the vehicle and was under the impression my phone was in the vehicle as well. They continued to drive with me on the back of the truck until I fell off it which point they threw my keychain at my face. When I called the company two women answered the phone and would not disclose their name or the address of where they were taking the vehicle that contained my private personal belongings & medication they told me there was nothing they could do and asked if I was stupid or crazy. I told them I suffered from a medical condition that had been exacerbated by their jeopardizing of my safety driving off with a human attached to the back watching me fall off into the asphalt throwing my keys in my face and laughing. I have never been treated so inhumanely in my life. I have been tortured in traumatized from that experience I went through today. Had the individuals agreed to wait until the police arrived for them to have someone to oversee me obtaining my personal belongings and essential medication that would have even been a step and gesture of basic humanity. To make it all worse once I called the police they informed me that there was nothing they could do to help me reclaim my medications and personal belongings or attempt to go after the two gentlemen who left me wounded on the asphalt. Tonight I submit this review as a service to the rest of the public and society who did not deserve to be treated in humanely, like a wild animal, with no professionalism, no goodwill, no good faith, no understanding of the scenario in which ones life was hanging in their hands by knowingly escaping with my private medication and leaving me wounded. They did not turn around to aid and assist me after being jolted from the back of the vehicle. I attempted to contact this company on there after hours number when once they answered and found out what I was calling in regards to I was hung up on and made at least 35 attempted calls to that number after being hung up on and now my number has been blocked and they will not except any communication from me. At this point it is my believe that one's health and safety should not be jeopardized in attempt to recover and asset that, in fact, had been financially rectified and having obtained a confirmation number to that extent. This is an act of pure diabolical, deplorable, unjustified and illegal actions by the entire company from the desk at the office to the two repo gentleman to the after hours number. I don't know how to sleep or get through the next few days after the pure hell that was bestowed upon me in an attempt to recover an asset that again had been filled of its financial obligations moments before they took the vehicle, tortured me, horrified me, left me wounded and then throwing a heavy keychain of metal keys at my face while I lie on the ground. This company violated civil rights constitutional rights state and federal law and again severely injured an innocent person involved in their transaction who clearly acted in desperation for the medication and personal content inside the vehicle. This company deserves no stars and deserves to be disassembled and put to shame in our society for the actions that took place today. I am undergoing medical treatment and do not know how or if make it mentally, emotionally, physically from there abominable, disgraceful actions that do not in body our nations core values or respect The privilege they were awarded to maintain a business that clearly has no place in our society

Definitely bad business I would not suggest that anybody do business with this place they messed my…read moreson's father's car Towing it and had to nerve to argue him down about where he needed to take his vehicle anytime something happens to somebody's vehicle they are the one who makes the decision on where they want their car to be worked on at but this place try to argue him down that he needs to take his car where they wanted and the lady had the nerve to say it sounds suspicious because he he wanted his car to go somewhere where he normally does business with but it sounds suspicious because you keep arguing him down about him taking his car to a shop that y'all want him to take his car to they didn't even want to fix some of the damages their worker did on the vehicle they don't want to go through their insurance company to file a claim it's so when prices are put down for the damages they done they want to scream that's too much definitely bad business
