My positive experience was amplified by the incredible atmosphere set by Kristen, who was curating the vibe when I stopped in one warm early summer afternoon. I needed a gift for a specific person and Kristen offered a plethora of suggestions around the store so I could get just the right thing for their birthday. It was a great experience and this person was not only thrilled with the gift but used it in a social setting to have a good time. Wins all around. Thank you Kristen for making me feel so welcome and helping me choose a perfect present from Kitson!

I'm fairly new to this part of town, and gotta say, 'Wow.' I liked my impromptu stop into P2 -- eye-catching window displays followed by friendly people inside. Could I have found some of this stuff elsewhere? Maybe. Could I have found some of it cheaper? C'mon, dude, it's the Palisades! Still, I felt that the styles and inventory coupled with helpful, low-key sales assistance made my trip here successful. And yeah, I ended up getting a few things that make me feel like I give a damn about what I wear! (At least, sometimes) And to be clear, I didn't feel like they were gouging. They are reasonably priced. And remember, this ain't The Gap! Who knows what will happen after the next bunch of months with the re-imagining on the Avenue. But, I do hope it includes some version of the non-chain feel (with more than a dash of panache) found at P2 Boutique.

I have attended public seminars in the community room on the second floor above the Concierge hosted by Sweet Laurel and I've now attended a fabulous shopping event that was hosted by Caruso signature. The Christmas champagne chalet is such a blast as is their tree lighting ceremony on the green. I am such a fan of this shopping center because it feels like so much more. Although there's certainly been turnover of the stores, they always know how to curate the best brands around and certainly keep it fresh. It still has my go to Sephora. I'm obsessed with ALC, Misa, Vince, Carbon 38 not to mention towne by Elyse Walker & Toteme (newbie). Sweet Laurel and Erewhon are always a favorite to stop by and of course there's the fabulous selection of restaurants. And their movie theater is so luxe, if you've not been you owe it to yourself to visit. My original review still stands. I absolutely adore this place, just like every other Caruso development I've visited and it's been such a fantastic addition to the Pacific Palisades area and surrounding neighborhoods! I walked into the store and there was no one else but me. Two store clerks where there staring at their cell phones and none raised there heads to say hello or welcome. As matter of fact they seemed annoyed I walked in. Perhaps disrupting what they were doing. I started looking for some pants and I could have asked for help but I became so aware that they felt I was intruding that I waited for them to ask the simple question "can I help you find something?" Nope, nothing zip. These two dudes did not want to assist or be disrupted. I left the store and nothing. Wow what letdown from an shopping experience. I later found their online store and ordered what what I had seen they had at the store. For sure I will never walk into that particular store again.
