We went to London, Paris, Milan and Rome. There was a transfer company from Heathrow Airport in London taking us to our first hotel. There was a transfer company that took us from the Millenium Hotel to the train station. Each transfer as we hopped from hotel to hotel and city to city was seamless. Flawless attention to details! Thomas had an endless array of recommended tours for each city. He gave us choices on hotels, what we deemed important which, as mentioned earlier, included proximity to the cities we visited, breakfast included and excellent staff at each and every hotel.
