Charging my guests $170 for a 400 sq ft unit, you would expect them to complete the easiest of tasks. The first time they cleaned, I was actually present, and it was great. Every time since, it has been awful and the local management company has had to talk with them about not doing what they are supposed to. I made a surprise visit this weekend because my guests' experience means everything to me. I was shocked. The floor was mopped but not swept so all the dirt and sand was just pushed around. What's more sad is that I even store a vacuum in my condo that they are welcome to use. All amenities weren't stocked. No toilet paper, no paper towels, no soap, no shampoo/conditioner, no dish scrub brush, no trashbag in trash cans, the list goes on. Now, here's the sad part!!!...They have access to a locked owner's closet where they store all of these items. I'm able to access it. Every bit of what I mentioned above that was missing for potential guests is all sitting and stored in the closet. Rolls of paper towels and toilet tissue, Tubs of bat soap, bottles of shampoo/conditioners, roll of trash bags, 2 scrub brushes for dishes, tub of small dishwashing soaps and oh, even dishwasher soap which I have no dishwasher. If this was a one time occurrence, I could overlook this but again my guests have reached out to me about missing items. The management company has had to talk with them many times. This is pure laziness and unacceptable. They made the king bed with Queen top sheet so it didn't even fit properly. I had to wear flip flops until I could clean the floors. Awful, awful experience.
