Tech had nothing to say except "ok" and gave him a dirty look. There was no "hey we were wrong we apologize"... just nothing. When cars were done my husband tried to tell the tech have a good day and he walked away and didnt even acknowledge him. We came here because ive been a customer in the past and never had an issue. 1. Not having the knowledge to know the difference between AWD and FWD - not good if youre in the vehicle repair business. 2. Not offering any kind of apology when it was YOUR mistake, just bad manners. 3. I had to pull the wheels off for other repairs about 2 weeks after installation. The lug nuts were installed so tight I couldn't break them free even by standing on a 2 ft breaker bar with a cheater pipe slid over the handle. I took it back to let them deal with it and watched to ensure that they tightened the nuts by hand to torque specs. Fast forward to this last weekend. I pulled the wheels to rotate the tires and the lug nuts would not thread back onto the studs. They tightened the nuts so tight the first time that they either damaged the threads or stretched the studs. Well over a hundred bucks later, I had to replace all the studs and lug nuts to remount mt wheels. I'll pay 500 dollars more for tires before I ever go back to this incompetent cess pool.

I sent photos and videos to one of their employees, who even admitted the workmanship looked bad. When I tried to get rescheduled to have it fixed and finish the rest of the wheels, they told me they were "too busy" and tried to push me out THREE WEEKS. That's completely unacceptable considering the poor quality of work they delivered in the first place. A reputable business should stand behind their work and make things right quickly--not make customers wait weeks to fix their mistakes. Between the poor workmanship and lack of urgency to correct the issue, this is not a company I would recommend.

I said you can't just char me these prices after you quoted me and I was financed for that price, she told me she could charge me whatever she wanted! I told her I wanted to cancel my order it had been less than 12 hours and she said she could not do that. The owner told her to give me the tires for the quoted price and I didn't need another alignment. i was very grateful to him. The next week I get my lease agreement and I was charged the extra $100 for the tires. i don't know if this is just a coincidence but three days after g my tires on, my brake light, ABS light and service traction control light are on, on my dashboard. I was charged $500 for 2 size 16 tires and an alignment which was $100.
