I was on my way Sunday night from Dayton to Pittsburgh when a tire blew out and I found myself spending the night in town and having my truck towed to Walmart as I didn't know any local shops. At Walmart when they opened, but they didn't have my tire, could get one the next day. So I called Tim at Buckeye and explained my situation. Not only did they have my tire, they were kind enough to deliver it quickly to me at Walmart (thanks, Charles!) so I didn't have to put the mini spare on there just to drive a mile or so. On 10/15/2019 I took my 2016 edge to have a tire checked out due to a slow leak that I noticed. I called before hand to see if an appointment was necessary. I was told tire repairs were done on a first come first serve basis and this facility came highly recommended by a family member so I decided to take my vehicle there. The first question I was asked upon entering the shop was "Did you buy your tires here?" No I did not. Was told to have a seat, that there was another car ahead of us. Approximately two hours later after multiple customers came and went, my vehicle was ready. I observed through the large waiting area window my vehicle being lowered quickly. It rocked back and forth several times. I brushed it off. I paid my 22.95 and left the business. When I got in my vehicle I noticed the psi in the tire "repaired" was well below the other tires. Also noted lane departure warning system was engaged and vehicle pulled to the right. I notified the owner the next day. His only response was I'll investigate/review the cameras & "sorry". Thinking that I may need an alignment I took my vehicle to Matthew's ford in Newark to be checked out. They adjusted my settings back to what they were originally. They corrected the psi in tires and an alignment was not needed. Very disappointed in buckeye tire. Would not recommend, WILL NOT RETURN. Went to Sam's club in Zanesville 2 weeks later for another slow leak in different tire. Spent approximately 45 minutes waiting for repair. Air was properly inflated in all tires and no fee was charged. Definitely would recommend SAM'S Club. read more

This is the place to go in Cambridge if you need tires or tire repair. There are quite a few places in this town where the staff are inexperienced or untrustworthy. But Buckeye Tire will never let you down. The staff are friendly and efficient, and they won't try to sell you more than you want. read more

NEVER AGAIN!! Bought a new car, dealer shipped me new tires & TPM sensors. Took them to Buckeye to have them installed. They put UNPROGRAMMED sensors in my tires--didn't even check them first or they would have known. Took my number and never called me back. Then the service "manager" got an attitude with ME when I asked why they didn't check them first. I will never go back there again, horrible customer service. They don't care at all about their customers!!! read more

Got a piece of metal stuck in my tire. We called and it was 10 minutes prior to closing. They worked me in, fixed my flat and was on my way in 10 minutes. read more
