I've been a regular shopper of Dillard's for the past several decades. This particular location is…read moreextremely convenient to me and my family members. I'm glad that there remains a decent brick-and-mortar purveyor of men's clothing and accessories within the Mid-South. (On-line shopping is a very poor substitute for physically examining products and trying on clothing.) All in all, I have no complaints about the quality of service from the employees. Plus, the seasonal sales here can really save the attentive consumer some serious coin. I recommend this store, I plan to continue patronizing it.

Love this location of Dillards!…read more They carry everything that I am looking for and things that's I didn't even know that I needed. This is the closest location to my home and I stop by pretty regularly for gifts and my own personal shopping experiences. I have always found the associates quite helpful in every area I visit. I am probably in the men's dress clothes and scents areas the most often. I do tag along with the bride a good bit as well. She probably likes it here more than me so I get to see all the lady stuff too. She is especially fond of the purse section I have noticed. As far as scents are concerned, there is significant savings if you buy online, but you can't smell them online. I find success in asking the ladies for the "best smelling, least popular scents". I don't want to smell like everybody else. LOL. '24 - 22/100

And it's located in the awesome Carriage Crossing outdoor mall of Collierville with tons of parking. They have amazing deals on all kinds of fashion styles, whether casual or business. I walked out of there with a bag of clothes bought for a very reasonable price! The layout of the store is pretty good, but holy crap the lines to the fitting rooms in the women's section are horrible. They only have 7 rooms in one small area which was very inconvenient. Other H&M stores I've been to have had a lot more changing rooms because they know how badly people flock to this store. So that's probably the only major thing I'd like to see changed. The other thing is that there were only 2 cashiers working there so the checkout line was even worse than the fitting room line.... Still, with the amazing deals they have here, it was definitely worth the trip. Will certainly be back here in the future!

And and! THERE ..it was.... THE December Diamond's OG vintage Santa pink mug+spoon .. in the FLESH?! I'm a New Yorker, it had been the longest since I've gotten to revisit old friends in the south. I was just mosey around really. But anyways the retro and pinks Christmas theme has been a hit for the two years, and on going. Go on Amazon or any easily assessable retailers like TJMAX and you will not find THE December Diamond's Santa mug & spoon in vintage Santa PINK, ex: this particular mug on Amazon had no reputable purchases or and it's a lot more expensive than how much it is at itty bitty!! December diamonds came out with 2 versions of this model, pink and red. The red is chopped liver. I know you see the pink Santa everything everywhere but Decembers Diamond is ACTUALLY what Kris Kringle looks like, I've seen so many pink Santa mugs everywhere for an arm and leg and they be doing Santa so dirty, it looks like he has several palsy or something. It had been over 5 years since I visited Memphis. I live in New York. And my 2 best girlfriend's daughters are getting older and while I send them things each year I don't want them to forget me. Matter of fact, I'm complimenting taking one of my girlfriends to court for shared custody bc I love those babies so much. Apparently they aren't the only things that are changing here, when I think of Memphis only brick and mortar store for children back then was Gymboree? I mean the most important thing other than seeing my babies was go to cracked barrel . Anyways where was I, Oh yes, back to the store. I didn't even know what it was called actually I just wanted to mosey around and gravitated towards it bc I was drawn to the visual displays at the window. Not to mention my blood sugar was at a stable level when I spotted... the free freshly baked cookies & coffee (?!!) they neatly offered at a corner. . Next a *PINK refrigerator* (?!!?) for water bottles. (Yes my RHOA nene leaks was activated. ;)* Not to mention they even carried NOODLE & BOO?! Noodle & Boo?! I am spinster but I use noodle & boo for my cat stroller and their products for my gentle delicates. In New York, noodle & boo you can only get if you order it from Saks Fifth or Amazon, bear in mind the inflation and embargo taxes onto the island of Manhattan is not for the faint of heart. BUT it was SOOOO NICE to have the experience of able to just get it in person... *sigh* *The fine print at the bottom* This message and its contexts is NOT the directors cut. A trailer of my experience. Unfortunately I am unable to complete the rest of my experience in the store, if I did I would turn into my dissertation and I'd be Dr. Area G. ..PhD! They provide so many services that other stores in Memphis doesn't. At only a…read more30-ish minute drive, we were looking for some great shopping, and this mall did not disappoint. This is a really convenient outdoor mall, and has a very aesthetic landscape. The buildings have updated brick and neutral tones, and the walkways are clean and flow well. There is a ton of parking, along with large walkways in both the parking lots and along each storefront. While there are a lot of vacant storefronts in need of unique businesses, all of the basics for a good shopping are here; Soma, Dillards, Barnes and Noble, American Eagle, and H&M, just to name a few. There are also surprisingly a lot of restaurants for such a small area. Although some of the walkways are shady and breezy, making for a chilly walk on days the weather drops below 70°, there is a lot of sunlight while walking around the complex. Not only is it a great place to shop, it's also a great place to grab a friend and/or your dog and take a nice stroll. We will definitely be back when we visit again, and we're looking forward to see what stores they bring to the Crossing.

This mall has seen better days as far as occupancy is concerned. It once had a very diverse selection of stores to choose from. Now days, not so much. Dillards is still here and it is still a good Dillards. You have no problems finding some help, getting what you need. It's probably the best Dill's around. I am glad it's still here because the side it's on is like 20% full at the most. It was bought recently and is trying really hard, but I don't know man. They are leasing to some strange tenants, like taekwondo and karate studios, and a (swear to god) Slime store. Like you make slime there. That is the whole thing. The old Macy's is now some scary furniture store. I think there are at least 4-9 squatters in that mug. Milano's is even gone now!!!! What???!!!! Why????? I'm seriously going to cry. Nashoba opened recently and they have a cool concept, but need to start getting the food right. If you read this whole thing, you are now also a dork. '24 - 75-102
