This store is great if you are a S, XS, or XXS. Otherwise, go somewhere else. Staff asked what size I was looking for so I didnt mess up table with folded clothes. They made sure that I knew the table I was looking in only had smaller sizes. We got the message and left. Went to other stores and spent hundreds in each store. We have spent thousands in other Buckles. Their loss. read more

Everything from; dresses, coats, shirts, jeans, leggings, scarfs, hats and more. They also carry some accessories such as purses, jewelry and more. They do carry a small amount of different styles of shoes, depending on the season. It is a small, very cute boutique. I've never had a problem with the workers here. They are for the most part very friendly and willing to help you put outfits together. They are a little pricey, but most small town boutiques are, no matter where they are. They also have a Facebook and Instagram which they update daily. A few times I have seen something on there, called them and they will hold the item for you. they also keep their website very updated. Once you buy something they take the size off the website right away. I did go in there, looking for a particular bracelet charm, they didn't have it in stock and ordered it specially for me and it came in very quickly. I recommend this boutique to anyone looking for cute clothes and needing an update to their wardrobe. You won't be disappointed, however they are a little limited in their sizes. A few times I have run into the problem that once they run out of something, they can't order any more. This store is also downtown Norfolk, so sometimes parking can get tricky.

You could see it because the glue was white and boots black. I told an employee so they could do whatever they do when that happens. The lady told me just to color the glue with a black marker. Mm no thanks. So I said no thanks and she said okay I'll just probably color it with a black marker. She did. Her and two other employees stood at the desk and sharpied defective boots and put them back on the floor to sell. I feel bad for whoever buys them.

On our last stop, I was looking at some POP! figurines, and I commented about a specific character--within a minute she had not only found it, but got me one that was on sale. They are also quite good at explaining the various game consoles as well as the differences between them. They also don't treat you with disdain if you really don't have much of a clue about the games--they do their best to make you comfortable, and to help you with your best options.
