However the lady that gives you "the cup" is so rude and made me feel super uncomfortable, yelling for me to come out the restroom after only a minute...I hadn't even pulled up my my pants after struggling not to get urine all over my clothes. This place is the worst no customer service skills very rude and no sense of ergency.I was there for 20 mins and was disgusted. My name was 2nd the sign in sheet and it took the girl 20 minutes to call me. Only to tell me that I had to then put my name on another list. Customer service was a joke, they were more interested in their cell phones. There was no manager and it seemed like they took extra time on purpose. No professionalism, no politeness, horrible. Went here for a Tb test and fit-mask test for my job. Due to my schedule I was unable to return in 48 hours to have my Tb test read and they were unable to offer the blood test option. My employer requested that they simply place the ppd and I would have it read at the hospital I work at. The physician working was very understanding of this and tried to provide me with adequate documentation of when the ppd was placed. However, the front desk staff was difficult and refused to give me a copy of the documentation, claiming it would be sent to me by email. My employer did not receive copies of all of the paperwork I filled out and what they did receive had "not read by Buckley's" written in any open spot, leaving no place for it to be completed by a physician. When I requested copies of the other paperwork that was completed while I was there, I was told that only my employer could request it and that it was generally not given out despite the fact that it contains my medical information. My employer reached out to them but was not able to obtain the paperwork. Overall, they were difficult to work with and some of the front desk staff was rude. Their whole system was disorganized. They called me from the waiting room 4-5 different times only to send me back. The only positive part of my experience was my interaction with the physician. She was very knowledgable and easy to work with. read more
