They said they understood and agreed they would come back in 7 days. BUT...they simply never came back again. Two weeks later I emailed the owner to ask if they were going to come back. Owner (Rick) said no, they weren't coming back because I sent his crew away (when they showed up twice in one week). So in essence, Rick made this decision without notifying me, leaving me now in a lurch to try and find someone this late in the season to cut the lawn. Lousy customer service...lousy. Meinholz serviced my septic pump. The employee completed removing and replacing the septic pump in…read more40 minutes. However, the billing was very dishonest. 1. I was charged for 1.5 hours after 40 minutes of work. I called the company, and the owner said that was for fuel expenses. 2. They installed an EP0411A Goulds Effluent Pump with a Piggyback/Wide-Angle Floatswitch, valued at $520.57 on Amazon. They charged $750. 3. They charged me for an additional float switch when one comes with the pump--$120. 4. They charged me $25 for $5 worth of fittings: one reducer, one coupling, and one foot of 2" pipe. I am not here to gouge businesses, but this is about a 38% markup of reality, in my opinion. Perhaps it is inflation. I will be looking elsewhere and advise you to do the same.
