Obviously, once they're in the queue, they can't back out, so if they pay with a card or cash, charge them five dollars more if they're in the number line. If you file a damage complaint, they will send you an email four days later telling you that they are not at fault and will not pay for the damage. Just look at the reviews on Google to see how horrible this place truly is. A class action lawsuit is being discussed with a lawyer.
