There's 4 guys working the pizza section and they were great! They're busy and they stayed on top of their orders- making it all fresh. We had a 20mins wait, we checked the items in their shop and got drinks at the bar and were seated. It's packed because Kermit is known for surfing lodging - the staff does their best to accommodate, bartender was quick and nice, wait staff were friendly. I can't wait to go back and visit Kermit pizza again even though it takes me a 14hrs. flight :) Oh yeah and happy hour 2 for 1 drinks!! Spicy Watermelon the best!

I think it's irresponsible for a business owner to go on a vacation with limited WIFI connection and take the bank book that they knowingly would cripple the operations of the accounting department- one of the most important part of the operations. 2. I would assume paying Siargao Bleu the Php35,136.00 for a one night stay- they would at least have the technology and/or manpower to check if the payment their customers have sent has gone through and issue a receipt. Moreover, if the business owner is the only one who has access to this- nobody has literally "called" them? If not via the internet, via long distance calls to confirm payments for their guests. Siargao Island Villas is located in General Luna, about a 40 minute drive from Del Carmen Airport, but very convenient to Gen Luna. My friend booked this hotel and hotel rates for 3 nights were unbelievably inexpensive! Just like Palawan, I also came in to this trip blind, no research, just watching a few YouTuber's vlogs. Upon checking in, I'm already impressed with the front desk lobby with its own coffee shop. This resort is also on the beach. It's a completely beach style resort with a variety of Suites, either on the ground floor or upstairs, sort of townhouse style Suites. Check out the website for more details. Hotel Amenities include swimming pool, a Fitness Center that is being constructed at the moment, complimentary breakfast at the pool side restaurant, 24/7 front desk with concierge service for booking activities, a gift shop and the beautiful Sarong Spa that has air conditioning! The room my friend booked was a Premier Suite. Room was furnished with a King Size Bed, sofa bed and couch, air conditioning, in-room safe, spacious bathroom, mini refrigerator, but no television which is fine because you're on vacation. There's also a lanai area with plenty of seating/day bed and complimentary WiFi not only in-room but also on the hotel grounds. Hospitality service is outstanding from the front desk, bellmen, housekeeping, and all the servers at the Pool Restaurant. Sarong Spa features services which me and my friends enjoyed. What I loved most was our massages were upstairs of the front desk with no noise from outside. While getting a manicure/pedicure, I've learned that the General Manager is from Indonesia giving the hotel a very Indo-Filipino Ambience and cuisine at breakfast, lunch and dinner. General Luna, Siargao is very safe and has a party vibe with lots of bars, restaurants, tattoo, coffee and gift shops. You'll receive one of the best hotel experiences at this beach resort. The AC in our room wasn't so cold so we were upgraded but minus the view that we wanted. That's why I have 4 stars.. Other than that I feel you get your money's worth..
