I was in need of some gummies to help my wife with her sleep problems. The person behind the counter was very nice and helpful. He explained what each type of gummie did. I ended up with the Mike Tyson ear bite gummie. Called that because it looks like a ear. It was not the most expensive gummie but the middle of the road. He explained what the effects would be. Came in on September 1st around 4:15. So I bought a vape on August 31st around 6:00pm the guy working at the time was helpful and threw my trash away. (Didnt ask to try it first). When I got home I took a hit and realized the flavor didn't taste right. I asked my cousin to try it and she also said the same. I stopped hitting it to see if I can take it back the next day. September 1st. Walked in, guy greeted me. I told him "hey my flum doesnt taste right." He said "aww man we have everyone try it before they leave" I replied "they didn't have me try it first I left and as I got home, realized it didn't taste right" he replied with "maybe because your taste buds are burnt." Which I said "no I always buy this flavor and this one might be defective." Basically he wasn't going to do anything about it. His choice of words is what got me in disbelief. I used to come very often for nic bars pieces or wraps. The customer service of this interaction was very unhelpful useless and a waste of time. The customer service is always great but the person who attended me had a very bad choice of words which I dont appreciate. I loved coming here only because the people were very friendly and i live 5mins away. I will now relocate to another smoke shop I do appreciate the other workers but this one specific interaction changed my perspective. Poor customer service. I walked in and within 3 seconds I was asked how can I help you. I stated gimme a min. Asked again so I just asked how much are these vape. He stated depends on which one. So I said that's what I was trying to see which one I wanted. Then he said you don't have to be disrespectful. What did I say that was disrespectful. Waste of time and money! Here is multiple occasions I took photos of. DON'T GO HERE!!!I called about a new vape purchase that was leaking, they told me to come in and they could help me out. After driving 20 mins from Temecula (since I purchased it here) I let them know I would leave it standing up right and by the end of the day I would come back to it leaking and he said "don't do small drags" "battery must be at 100%" it was at 75% and I asked that would be considered "low battery" and he said YES. What a complete JOKE. Young guys were nice and helpful, taller guy with a bunch of facial stubble needs to find a job where he doesn't have to work with people. read more

UPDATE: I WAS CONTACTED BY OWNER I GUESS CUSTOMER ISNT ALWAYS RIGHT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL LOOK AT PICTURES FOR HIS REPLY. was referred by a friend here. I purchased a water bong as a gift. When I got home I noticed the neck of the bong was broken off. I returned today to see what they can do for me because I never got the chance to gift the bong. I was greeted by a guy name Steve. He told me he couldn't do anything for me at the time because his boss wasn't in. I asked him if he can call him because I was just here yesterday. He said no he is busy at the warehouse. These guys are awesome! I've been to tons of vape stores looking for good liquid, a good replacement for my current vape, and (most importantly) good customer service. If a place has a good selection, chances are they don't seem to quite understand business practices or basic human interaction. And all the courtesy in the world does me no good if you have 2 flavors and one mod. Buddiez not only cares about the business side of the house, but the needs of the customers as well. Some people want to blow fat clouds, some (me) smoke too much and want to find a better alternative than fits of withdraw rage from quitting cold turkey. Adam took the time to set me up with a new device, pick out a flavor I enjoyed, and even kept in contact when he stopped by his distributor to see if there was anything unique I needed. Dude's amazing. Price is a little steeper than online or some other places, but I would GLADLY pay a few more bucks and walk out happy with my experience than save a dollar and immediately want to go back to chain smoking cancer sticks. All in all, their inventory is well stocked (and they're willing to get something if they don't have it), the store is clean and well maintained, and the staff is second to none. If I could give them a 0, that would be the most accurate review for this place. Bought a 510 battery, received a receipt of purchase and while on the way out I was told to even let them know how I had liked the product, next day my cartridge leaks, I'm thinking "ok, that's odd" go buy a different cartridge not thinking twice about it, everything is ok for the day, go to bed and next morning my cartridge is empty and completely leaked into the battery. Go to the store to ask for at least a fair exchange in the product because maybe it was defective, nope! The guy was trying to blame it on the brand of cartridge I had although it was two completely brands from two completely different stores. Horrible business practices & complete disregard for the customer, didn't even try to validate that the common denominator was the battery and not the cartridge. Nor did he try to come up with a solution to this problem. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! read more

Best vape shop in Perris. They have a ton of mods to pick from and a great variety of juices. The guys behind the counter are down to earth and really chill. My only gripe is that they're not priced competitively with the big online shops. One of the guys behind the counter said they don't price match. One mod ran around $109 when i found the same one on all the big sites for $65. Not a big deal to me as i'll still come in for my vaping supplies, and support the small businesses If you need anything vape, give em a shot! read more
