The store has mini wind turbines on the roof to generate some extra green energy. The large car park is more than sufficient to host shoppers vehicles. There is family parking to the left of the building and numerous trolley sheds to collect a shopper from. Inside the main entrance you have customer service/tabacoo/lottery on your left with magazines and newspapers. The check outs are to the right. You can also find smaller baskets to aid you if you are getting a few essential items. If you continue straight ahead you find a selection of current promotions to the right with aisles to the left featuring greetings cards, electronics, DVDs and CD, health and beauty before the Clothing section. If you follow the outside circuit you find a cooked meats and deli, fish counter and at the far end the bakery. This store doesn't have self service check outs.

This shop does stock all you need for bits that you may have forgot to get with your main shop. It is quite narrow isles though and this can make it hard to look around if you have a pushchair or trolley especially if they are re-stocking. It can get quite busy during school children collection times and on a Saturday but apart from that it is a pleasant shop to look around. I have noticed though that the prices are slightly higher than your average supermarket. The staff are always happy to help you though and there is always someone around to help you. They do have some good offers on their products that change every couple of weeks which I have found to come in quite handy especially when buying for party food or drinks.

This is quite a good sized shop but the sizes of the isles here are quite narrow and if you go here when they adding stock to the shelves then it makes it quite difficult to look around especially if you have a trolley or a pushchair. They do have a good selection of fruit, vegetables, cakes, bread, frozen foods, alcohol, cleaning products, and fresh foods and milk too. These are all easy to find when you're looking around here. Certain times of the day this can get quite busy especially just after the school children pick up times. So it's best to avoid this time if you can.

The store has a large amount of various different solutions to home improvement as well as furnishings and furniture. The sell some good quality easy to build furniture for a reasonable price that would suit a child's room well that could take the ware and tear over the years. They also stock a vast range of power tools and outdoor equipment perfect for enjoying summer in the garden. The displays are finished to a high standard and give you an idea of what you could achieve in your own home.

The evenings see boy racers congregate here unfortunately. Tesco's have some great offers, the bakery is very good and the selection very good. The Cafe since becoming a Costa's is too expensive which is a shame as I used to like a tea in there before or after shopping. There are seats past the checkouts which is a welcoming idea if you have to wait for someone. They are also pretty good with queue's, opening up cashouts when needed.

In the past I stupidly thought this was the only one and bought a lot of food then walked the long distance home only to have the food go soft and un freeze on me. This branch has some electrical items such as fridge freezers and microwaves. There's generally more space to be had which means lots of freezer cabinets and shelving above with more deals. The food is generally easy to bake and ranges from ready meals to party favous. NCP car park is very close or there's also a set down point just passed the bus station.

The store itself is well laid out and signed all around. It's always clean and tidy and they have loads of offers around the store all the time. This store can get really busy whenever I've been here no matter if it's a weekday or the weekend. Parking is never a problem when I've been here. They also have a large restaurant up on the first floor two. They always have all checkout operaters going to minimise queing times. This is fairly new to Great Yarmouth and it's done really well. Staff are always around ready to help if you need it. They are always polite and friendly and can guide you to whatever you're looking for.

Just beyond that is the lift and stairs to the large cafe, with the toilets hidden down the side of the lift. The staff here seem to be struggling a little with the new environment however so make sure you have plenty of time. the store downstairs has a great clothing department with tall wide aisles which make it a pleasure to browse around.
