He offered me $1000 coupon for a new unit and a service contract. I asked if he cannot work on it why would I need a service contract, he assured me that purchasing a new unit and the service contract was needed. I am wondering if the appointment was earlier and not past closing time would I have been able to get the tune up I paid for?
