This is our second time using Budget Dumpster to clean out our home. They deliver fast and pickup. The only thing that I would suggest is that they clean out the dumpsters prior to delivery to the next customer. Ours had broken glass in it and when we opened the door, a thick line of broken glass fell out onto our driveway. For the price, it was a good deal. I recommend them. Make sure you're getting the right size for the job you need. The first time, we got one too big. This last time, too small. Lol read more

Used Budget Dumpster recently. They dropped off and picked up the dumpster in a timely manner. However 19 days later I received an email stating I owed an overage. Called Budget to figure out why I was being charged, the girl that picked up said I went over 1 ton by .09 and they charged me 67.50. She mentioned she would email me the invoice. I checked my bank account and found out they already taken out the 67.50. The dumpster was filled with miscellaneous household items and I had enough space to add more junk. Wish I would have read these reviews before using Budget. It's not right or fair to customers to make up numbers so you could charge them excess fees. read more

I ordered a dumpster last week, to be delivered to my business today, and it never came. I called twice for an ETA (once mid-afternoon and once around 6PM). Both times, the person answering the phone told me someone would call me with an update (which never happened) and just gave me the run around. I still haven't heard one single word about when the dumpster will be here. Don't order from here if your timeline matters, or if you have to schedule other folks to work around the dumpster arrival time, because the only timeline that will be followed is theirs (and they almost certainly won't bother to tell you what that entails). Budget Dumpster's staff is easy to talk to and are very helpful over the phone. Unfortunately, they are not reliable for dropping off and picking up dumpsters on time. We ordered a dumpster for Monday July 1, 2019- Friday July 5, 2019. The dumpster was not dropped off until Wednesday July 3 and they told me they would not pick it up until Monday July 15. (I called them once on Tuesday July 2 and again on July 8). They do have fair prices. If you don't have to pay for city permits for your dumpster and/or are not easily annoyed by the inconsistency of dropping off and picking up of a dumpster, then they would be a good fit for you. read more

What kind of business runs on 1)not knowing where and when employees are or can drop off or pick up, 2)give you the run around when you call and 3) no supervisors to talk to. It's a scam for sure- they take way too many people and then it's worse to cancel but you have to wait the entirety of the first full "delivery day" and still no ETA. Ridiculous. I had a very good experience with Budget Dumpster from ordering, delivery and pickup. I had 1/4 of my picket fence replaced, and needed a dumpster for the old materials. The dumpster was less than 1/2 full when the project was finished. I got the 10 yard dumpster. My contractor estimated that we had 800lbs of materials. Budget Dumpster is charging me for having over 1 ton of materials, which isn't possible in any way at all. Suggesting rain could increase weight to 2,000lbs. Very disappointing. Let me start off with a positive note, they dropped the dumpster off quick and it was exactly what I needed for the price agreed on. Straight forward in respect to that side of the business. Everyone was very professional on the phone. The negative: While setting up the contract, We agreed to 7 days, and my contract stated 7 days on the invoice. Pretty clear cut. I came back to my rental house 10 days past the contract date, and the dumpster was still there. I called Budget Dumpster and asked them about my contract stating it was for specifically 7 days, drop-fill-pickup. They stated that they would have to review the recorded lines to see what the Cust Sales Representative told me. Knowing where this would be heading, more money out of pocket after spending $345 already, I asked for a Manager. Again, the Manager was very professional, he even stated to me that it has been known for Cust Sales Representatives to not tell people that they need to schedule a pick up date. First thing out of my mouth was "I'm sorry, what? My contract was 7 days, from day X to day X" I guess I need to remind them that they have a dumpster somewhere? The Manager suggested that he listen to their recorded conversation of the agreement that they set up for this contract. Sure enough; I did ask for only 7 days then it needed to be picked up, and it was a tight timeframe because I was working nights and only had one or two days to get it filled. Then he reminded me that the Sales Representative stated that I needed to set up a pick up day. So I asked the Manager if there was a part of the recording where I told his Sales Representative that I only needed the dumpster for 7 days, and he acknowledged that there was but it didn't matter. But since I did not schedule a pick up day, even though my contract reflected only 7 days, I would be charged $20/Day. So besides the original $345 for the 7 days, then charged and additional $180 for the additional time. its about the fine print, even though I was very specific when setting up the contract. read more

We will never use this dumpster company again. They pull a trick of stating that the delivery location was not open enough to deliver the dumpster. Then they charge a $150 "delivery attempt" fee and then want to redeliver for a new fee. They claimed that the designated location was not large enough, but a photo shows it more than adequate. UPDATE 2/7/20: Now learn that not only did they not deliver and charged "delivery attempt" fee, but also processed a $467 dumpster usage fee when the dumpster was never delivered. Working with credit card company to have this false charge reversed. What a hassle!! And had to cancel the card and have it replaced. This dumpster company scammed us. read more

I do not recommend this company. Everything was good all the way up until the billing. The company said that I could have up to one ton of waste. I placed four twin mattresses, four twin box springs, four twin bed frames, one twin headboard, one 20 in box fan, two 16 inch girls bikes, one 12 inch girls bike, three little kid scooters, and one empty vacuum box. I had it packed nice and neat. I did not fill up the dumpster at all! It was half empty and didn't even reach the top of the dumpster, but some how beds and bikes weighed over a ton. It was lightly snowing when they picked up the dumpster. Even then it should not have weighed a ton. I should have went with the company I used the first time. read more

I was told it would be here on a certain date... showed up 3 days later...I called to have it picked up, they scheduled it for a certain day, showed up a day late...then called and told me I needed the dumpster picked up! I contracted Budget Dumpster Rental last week for a chimney repair project. I reserved a large dumpster for mostly brick waste and set up delivery for Monday morning. My masons realized that the dumpster delivered was not adequate for brick and we called the dumpster company back. They admitted to delivering the wrong dumpster and set up a time to pick up the incorrect dumpster. They then ensured next day delivery of the correct dumpster. Approximately 7 hours later at 4:00 p.m. I got an email and voicemail saying they were out of the dumpsters that I had reserved a week ahead of time and it would be several weeks before they were able to deliver one. In the interim, the masons have set up scaffolding and dropped off tons of brick at my house. After being on hold for 64 minutes I was told that the best option was for them to refund my money and for me to go find another company. I did not receive any apologies. I would not recommend this company. Very poor customer service, delivered the wrong goods, and apparently never had the correct dumpster available to begin with. read more

They do not tell you on the web page that no mater what size dumpster you get, there is a one (1) ton (2000 lbs) limit on all, and $70.00 per ton over! I ordered a 20 yard and was delivered a 10 yard. Since I was in a time crunch and it was the weekend I just filled up the dumpster being careful not to over fill it (extra charge). Later I was hit with a $150.00 bill for over weight fee. One ton is very little in a 10 yard or 20 yard dumpster! They also will not tell you a delivery time or pick-up time as they contract out the work to other companies but are more than happy to charge you $150. trip fee if they can't deliver it or pick it up on their schedule! I was thinking and took pictures to prove that I did not over fill the height restriction and to prove I was delivered the wrong dumpster. I am still in disputes with them over the bill. read more

I had a situation where I didn't know I was going to need a dumpster ahead of time. I called and they were able to get one to me the very next day. The scheduler was extremely pleasant to work with over the phone. All necessary documents were e-mailed to me. The dumpster arrived within the time frame that I was expecting it, and the driver did an excellent job of maneuvering the dumpster so that it would be convenient to load it into the opening end. We had it filled within a couple of hours. Budget was able to retrieve it the very next day, for which I was thankful because I was leaving town and was fearful that other people would add stuff to it. Overall a very pleasant experience. I will add that their price was quite a bit higher than the price quoted by our regular route company, however they did not have a dumpster available until the following week. read more
