I asked about how the chef made the Czech dumplings and he came out of the kitchen and shared how he boiled down the potatoes himself! I could have had just the salad bar with it's spinach and raspberries, cheeses and veggies, but I didn't want to miss out on the prepared to order fine dining. Even my friends burger looked fat and delicious. I most certainly will return as I still must try the Ruben, their ever changing Sunday brunch & then one of the official Czech meals. Farther south into town there are substandard rooms available that do not meet minimum standard for service or cleanliness in the hotel common areas, rooms, and breakfast!
