Budget Property Management is the BEST tree removal company there is. We had a tree that didn't look very healthy and our landscaper recommended Budget to us. They responded quickly, were very knowledgeable, professional and their pricing was on point. On 4th of July weekend, we noticed that another tree had a crack in it. They came by that same evening, and said a storm was coming and was nervous that the tree would come down. They were able to get a crew together in less then 30 minutes and took three trees down, making the area safe and giving us a clear head. And the machinery they had, was like nothing I had ever seen. We hired Budget Property Maintenance to remove a large tree that had fallen on Wednesday, they were in my neighborhood on another job, and I stopped by to asked if possible to get an estimate for the job, within 2 hours Jeremy stopped by and gave us an estimate, which we considered fair after getting a couple of other estimates, they came much sooner then we expected, and did a fabulous job, very professional, fast, and so clean, we didn't even have to sweep anything up afterwards, I am mentioning that because in the past we always had a lot of clean up after a job was supposedly done, these people were great, I would definitely hire them in the future for other jobs, its so nice to have people who do a complete job. read more

This company is the real deal: professional, knowledgeable and responsible. The owners both came to my property on the day of the work. After the job was completed, the workers cleaned up thoroughly. We have flowers on the lawn which were underneath the branches that were removed and not a single flower was harmed, just as they promised. I used them repeatedly and the work was fine and priced reasonably. But then once they caused damage to a tree. They said they would replace it, so that was fine, but the problem is they lumped the replacement in with a quote for some additional work I wanted done. Apparently they didn't want to do it because they gave my a ludicrously high quote for it, as some businesses do when they don't want to do the work, rather than just tell you they don't want to take the job. I've never used them since. There are other places that offer similar services and it wasn't difficult to find one. read more

I had a circumstance in which I needed trees cut in an abandoned house behind mine because the trees were dangerously hanging over into my yard. I called Budget Property Maintenance and Beth was attentive to all my concerns. At no additional cost the staff at Budget worked with the township to insure a proper certificate of insurance was issued because they needed to go into my neighbor's yard. Bill, the owner, is a professional and friendly gentleman that actually came by during and after the cutting process to make sure I was satisfied with the work completed. I watched as the arborists transformed the yard. Ron was very courteous and he and Poncho worked vigorously in the heat and humidity of the day. Jose was amazing. He had an exceptional talent of cutting the trees and making them fall in the exact place he needed them to fall. It was entertaining.
