They brought me a very large SUV and charged me extra per day without my permission. When I realized what they were doing, I called several times to try to get a car that would not be extra charge. They kept saying they did not have any vehicles for me on day four they finally had something after several calls. It was dirty and it had a big dent in the back. The salesmen were rude and did not care that they did not have the vehicle available that I needed and proceeded to charge me extra!

While recovering at home she asked his sister to take her car (the car belonging to me...a card holder) to the corner store for groceries. Two blocks from the house my middle daughter noticed the tire was flat and had her sister (the card holder) call AAA. Even though the car was owned by a member, was driven on behalf of a member, and the call was made by a member they refused to produce the service we paid for...because my eldest daughter was not at that moment IN the car. It wasn't until my middle daughter put my eldest in a wheelchair and pushed her two blocks through the snow to the car that they would agree to come. They did not arrive to service the car until two hours later. Fraud. Plain and simple.
