Be very cautious and honestly if you have to rent Budget go to a corporate location. A vacuum charge was $404.00 . Because this location is a franchise it is a money grab. They will dispute company discounts. Charge excessive fees. As with other reviews extremely poor communication. I would not blame the employees they are on a very tight watch so opposed to airport locations or corporate locations where they are better to work with. The employees have no latitude to work with customers. So save yourself a frustrating and expensive experience. read more

I have enjoyed my experience with Budget! I have rented from Enterprise all my adult life for trips. The process was always long, drawn out and always had issues with particular things. Not with budget. They are attentive, kind, knowledgeable. And their rates are reasonable!!! No hassle, no fuss. In and out service! I will totally be back to rent with them again. Budget Rent A Car System - Bringing the rental truck back. - Orland Park, Illinois

I had to immediately right this review as I am in total disbelief. I called to inquire about a 15 passenger van for a family vacation, which is very much needed in a time such as this. Joshua answered the phone and his TOTAL lack of customer service and nasty rude answers to my questions were un-called for. In a nutshell after several attempts to have some questions answered. He very rudely told me "Just go online!" None the less I went online and there was no inform to the questions I was attempting to ask him. My next move was to call Budget's 800 # and again faced with another rude representative that blamed his rudeness on him having phone issues before he hung up. ONLY and I do mean ONLY because my family was counting on me to get the information did I call again and I got a rep who then told me that the van was not available for April. I'm actually glad it's not (even though I don't believe that for some reason) because I do not tolerate less than superb customer service from any company. I have a right and trust me I use it to take my money elsewhere. Why? Because I to work in the customer service field and I discipline any of my employees that are rude, disrespectful and/or condescending to ANY customer! It's totally unacceptable because their are plenty of career options for you and if you don't care to deal with people directly then do something else. I have never in my life used Budget for anything. I always have used Enterprise and going forward I will continue to do so and tell everyone I know to not do business with Budget especially if they have to be talked to how Joshua talks to you at the Orland Park, IL location. read more

Don't book a car at this place 2 times we booked a car when we went to pick it up they told us sorry we don't have any cars. We couldn't get to my dads funeral! We called the corporate office and told them what happened and they told us it's not a legal contract when you book a car from them! Crazy, I thought they were a car rental company!!?? read more
