More than once, I've had to drive right into Popeye's parking lot just to circle back around and find a parking space that didn't have some idiot ostensibly double-parked. And I think people should know what they're getting themselves into. Fine for all your UPS needs, but painfully vexing for parking. I'm giving this UPS 4 compact parking spaces out of 5.
