After everything was said and done with my auto insurance, the price was $50 cheaper than my current company with better coverage! I couldn't believe it. My home insurance was a few hundred dollars higher, but it came with much better coverage. It was well worth it because of Amy's customer service and patience with me--lol. I would much rather pay a little more for wonderful customer service, where I can speak to a representative, than pay less and have to track someone down.

Recently the IRS contacted me regarding a mistake Pat made on my 2010 return. Pat had always said that she would be there if we were ever had IRS issues so I contacted AAA Business and left a message for Pat Jones to call about the IRS contact and proposed penalty. Pat Jones did not return my call. A week later I left Pat another message to call. Pat's sloppy return is causing me a $3,000 fee and penalty and she has yet to return my calls. I have used several CPA's in my lifetime and this is the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. Take this warning for what it's worth. It's better to pay more for a competent accountant than to get taken by AAA Business Services and left out on a limb when the IRS calls.
