DO NOT USE BUDGET TRUCK COMPANY!!! I couldn't find the one on Glens Bay Road, but received horrible service not sure if it was due to the gentleman but he called the day before and confirmed that he had everything ready for us. We got there the day of to pick up the rentals and he didn't have the car trailer and expected us to drive 2 hours away when it wasn't possible. We took the moving truck and loaded while he wasn't guaranteeing the he could get a trailer that day. I called and complained we got one but it was 5 hours later after we finished loading the truck. I had a full tank of gas but because we were moving we had no where to go!!! So, we had to sit in the parking lot for 5 hours with car running with A/C going because it was SC heat!!! We started on the road 5 hours later and with more than a 1/4 of the gas gone!! Because we didn't getnin the road until 5 pm we didn't get to our destination until midnight!!! Wehad to call after the thing was closed for complain and for compensation, which we did all we could get is 5-10% discount which is ridiculous!!! So, we asked to talk to a supervisor and was ignored because it kept ringing with no answered and we also emailed with no answer. The customer service is horrible!!! read more
