I contacted Budget Window Cleaning to clean all of the windows inside and out and screens in my house. The main reason I called them was because my screens were a mess (only 3) because of construction. They were not cleaned properly whatsoever and he promised to come back. i contacted them three times and they stopped responding. They said I didn't technically pay for the screen cleaning but I 100% told him this over the phone. They were disappointing and did not complete the job. I now have to call someone else.
