This review is for selling only!! I walked in and was greeted by the fake, overnice employee that worked there. There was only one person ahead of me which I was thankful for because I came during my lunch break. I walked in with 3 bags full of some of my old clothes and I sold nothing. Yes, your read that right, NOTHING!!! I was and am still pissed! The employee explained how the selling process works. That they only buy things that they know will sell blah blah. She then started going through my clothes, pretty fast, while still talking to me. I was trying to be polite and talk back but I was already kinda annoyed because 1. I felt like she was talking more and not looking at my clothes closely enough and 2. she had given me back one bag full of clothes. When she was half way through with the last bag I was like "wow nothing huh?" And she goes "I'm still looking" GIRL there was 2 more items of clothing left. My behind you were still looking! I understand that they only buy things they know will sell. I am totally on board with that. I am just pissed that she whizzed through my clothes and didn't buy ONE THING! I'm reviewing Buffalo Exchange for my selling experiences. First of all, if you want to sell your used clothes for the best prices, take the time to list and sell them on eBay. You will get way more on eBay than you ever will selling at Buffalo Exchange. Even after eBay and PayPal fees. I first went to B.E. 2 years ago and noticed I got way more on eBay. I only went here to sell 2 bags worth of clothes that I haven't been able to sell on eBay to see if I would better luck and to see if I had the same lengthy experience selling stuff to B.E. They only wanted to buy 4 items out of about 30-35 articles of clothing. I only got $22.80 in cash. 1 pair of jeans, 3 shirts. I'm sure if I lowered my price even lower on eBay for those same exact items, I would still get more. I had really nice stuff compared to a lot of stuff I saw on their racks. I even saw a stained white shirt for sale there yet they won't take my premium jeans that were slightly used. They're way too picky with their stuff, especially with the number of people coming in to sell their stuff. I knew I wasn't going to get top dollar for my items but I have a problem with the speed of reselling your items and getting your cash. It took over 40 mins of waiting in line for the buyer, then for them to sort through your stuff and reject 90% of what your bring in, then you gotta wait some more in the same line as other people buying to get your cash. Ive been to a couple of B Exes and I've been pleased every time. The shop itself is pretty clean for being a new/used clothing store. The quality of things to buy are beyond exceptional. I will definitely be back to purchase more goodies. I was very pleased with my helper today. Her name was Jessica. She was so helpful and has a very kind demeanor. This review is only for the donation process: If you just want to drop off clothes for charity, I suggest you take your items elsewhere. Buffalo Exchange is a little too much work in my opinion. I am moving, and had a box full of clothing that I wanted to donate. I found this place on Yelp, and decided to take my clothes in to see what it was all about. They asked me if I wanted to donate, or sell. After they told me how the selling process works (they go through your items one by one to see what they want), I decided that would take too long and said I just wanted to donate my items. The lady said, "OK, please take your box to the front and the cashier will decide what we will take." What? I was really surprised that they were going to be picky about which clothes they would accept as a donation. That was disappointing to me. I know I'm known amongst my friends to spend frivolously on expensive designer threads and bags but I absolutely loveloveLOVE thrifting! Especially at Buffalo Exchange! They always have nifty vintage clothes that you won't find in a department store or boutique. Not to mention they have a pretty decent selection of bags, shoes, and accessories -both pre-loved and new! I was super ecstatic to see a Buffalo Exchange here in Fullerton because I loathe having to make that epic journey to Hollywood to snag a good deal. I really appreciate how organized this location is and am in love with the phenomenal customer service here! I literally was greeted warmly by every single employee when I walked in. I wish I grabbed the name of the wonderful girl who helped me in the dressing room because she deserves a shout out!! I had a couple friends with me when we walked in and they immediately gave their two cents about me buying "used" clothes and if it was a good idea. Let me set the record straight both as a customer and as a wardrobe stylist, there is not one thing wrong with wearing preloved clothes. Dear Crazy Person That Sold Her Betsey Johnson Skirt to Buffalo Exchange, WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM? I bought your skirt with a retail value of $150+ at Buffalo Exchange for $16! The quality is like new, and I have no doubt that it was from a recent collection, given it's 90s floral appeal that's in now. You are indeed crazy and as a result, I am going to write a glittering review about a store that is typically picky about what they purchase from sellers who wait in lines with an average wait time of an hour, regardless of day or time. From the skirt I basically stole from you, I can see why Buffalo Exchange is so picky. However, they compensate their picky-ness with kindness and great customer service. I can't recall a time where I've gone into the store unacknowledged. (Yeah, I'm that kind of shopper.) Some tips to consider prior to your visit if you're selling: ONLY SELL CLOTHES THAT ARE IN SEASON. That jacket you bought for a winter trip to the East Coast probably won't sell very well in August. Denim, however sells well year round -- especially if it's a high-end brand. Also, expect to wait awhile in line. We're in a recession and people come in droves trying to make ends meet. If you're buying: As always when visiting used clothing shops, bring hand sanitizer or at least intend on washing your hands afterwards. Vintage/thrift store hands...kind of gross. read more

This review is about selling. I've sold here a couple times, not much. I've mainly sold in Costa Mesa (when I lived right next door) but they've gotten pretty crappy lately. So I was happy with what they bought, I got about $80 in trade. I finished paying and went to get my bags of stuff leftover from what I 'traded' -- The guy behind the counter goes, "Did my manager talk to you?" and I told him no. He goes, "Well, we just wanted to let you know we had to fill out a seller's profile for you for legal reasons." ??? He then goes on to say because I had a lot of samples, they have to record that on file in case the police come. Umm. okay. That's weird. Another sales associate standing nearby sees that this guy is struggling over his words and starts telling me why they are doing it, making me even more confused so I asked some more questions. I've been going to buffalo for over 5 years and I've never heard of this before. Okay, I'm not explaining it well, probably because it wasn't explained to me very well. Basically what I got from it is because I brought in so many clothes (I had 2 bags, big deal!) and because my clothes were considered as samples (??), they have to fill out a form about me because the clothes could have been stolen. That is so weird, and random. I told them there are sample sales all the time and lots of people shop at those. She told me American Apparel tried to sue them or something, who knows. I'm about as confused as you. and I didn't steal the clothes. Seriously, where would someone even go to steal clothes? Why do they automatically assume because someone has a lot of clothes that they're stolen? So what, I have a little bit of a shopping problem. Seller review: I brought two LARGE bags of clothes. Some still items with new with tags on them. The dude "buying" literally didn't even look at the clothes. He took them out of the bag and put them in his no pile immediately. After he told me he wasn't buying one thing he said its cause they were too worn. Hello??! I had brand new items! Three to four stars for the store's sold merchandise; much, much lower for the buyback process. If you're buying? There's a pretty cool, quirky selection. I'm a girl, and I personally think that the selection of guys' clothes was way cooler than the girls'. For girls,the sweaters and the accessories sections were the best. Skip the shirts or tanks. If you're selling? Godspeed, may the force be with you, etc - because there is NO telling what Buffalo will or won't buy back from you. I'm almost convinced it's at random. The buyers explained that they're looking for things that are new, fresh, in-season..... well, if I had something new, fresh, and in-season - why the f--- wouldn't I be wearing it myself? Secondhand stores are called secondhand for a reason. Very capricious buyback process. Out of my friend's bag of things: they offered her $20 for a brand new, unworn pair of $250 sunglasses; gave her $10 for a nice pair of True Religions... yet the same amount for a random Puma sweater that she wore everyday in high school. Then when we walked around the racks, I was shocked by how hideous some of the stuff they took in the past were. They picked a yellow, blue, and pink polka dot silk blouse over my A&F jeans? Ohkay. So there's really no telling what the buyers are thinking at any given time. Tips: The only tips that seem to fit this unpredictable store: 1.) Make sure the clothes you bring in are CLEAN. Wash all your stuff before selling. 2.) Things with TAGS still on them are very likely to get bought - even if they're fug as hell. 3.) Same with NAME BRANDS. Even if it's fug as hell, a high-caliber name will give you a way better chance at getting sold. Macklemore would be very disappointed in you, Buffalo. Trying to get girls from a brand? The people that leave especially bad reviews because their clothes don't get chosen to be sold do not understand the buying process nor the "aesthetic" Buffalo is going for. It doesn't matter how new your clothing is, if it isn't a reflection of the style of their customers (mostly hipsters and fashionistas on a budget) then they aren't going to take it, period. They're picky because they need to take what sells, not what's new. If you want the authority to choose what gets sold, sell your things on EBay. Buffalo is a consignment shop. Now on with an actual evaluation: I like this Buffalo location. Neat and organized and always find some cool looking stuff. Customer service could use some work though. I think some of the people working at this location come across as if they have an attitude when they don't necessarily mean to, or maybe are 100% aware of their attitude and just don't care. The service here is terrible! Every time I step into this store I never get greeted! I work in a boutique so I know how to treat a customer. Anyways today I tried on a dress and as normal they checked the price and as I was leaving the fitting room the manager of the store stopped me and said, "I just need to check the price on that" Excuse me, but I didn't change the price! This was my first time shopping here and I was glad I made the drive. It was very clean and organized. You can go right to your size and find everything easily. The staff members were all friendly and helpful. The guy with the blonde (braids or dreadlocks, I can't remember) helped us and he was very nice. No one seemed overly or fake nice. The only thing I wasn't a total fan of was the prices. I think they are on par with the prices if the items when brand new in many cases. Expensive designer items are deeply discounted but not the middle of the road stuff like H&M, etc. So you have to be aware of pricing and if it's the same as that item new then obviously you'd be better off buying retail. Buffalo Exchange is like an abusive lover - the first few times are good, but after the magic wears off, you see the ugly truth for what it is. And yet, you come back desperately for more because it's slightly better than getting nothing back for your clothes. I had shopped at the Buffalo Exchange in Berkeley before and found some great deals. I saw the sign that said they buy back clothing and I thought it would be great if I could make some room in my closet. I took my clothes to the Buffalo Exchange in Costa Mesa only to be rebuffed. Out of 3 suitcases, they took maybe 3 items. Along with my bruised ego, I took the $21 in cash and the remaining clothes to Goodwill for donation. I guess I hadn't learned my lesson completely, because today I brought in 4 pairs of my designer jeans that I'd never worn because they weren't the right size. It was hard enough for me to decide to sell them, but I couldn't think of anything else. I'd looked on eBay and Amazon and saw that there were hundreds of listings of the same types and styles of jeans - who knows how long it would have taken before mine were sold? So I turned back to Buffalo Exchange, thinking that there was no way they'd turn down designer jeans that were pretty much brand new. I was 75% correct. They took 3 out of the 4 pairs, and left me a pair of Multicolor Joey True Religions because the style was going to be "difficult to sell." Fine, I thought. I could deal with that as long as they gave me a good price for the jeans. Nope. I got $32.20 back for all 3 pairs. For jeans that retail normally at $100+. WTF! At least the lady buying the jeans was nice, which prevented me from throwing a hissy fit. I hope I have finally learned - if you want a good return on your designer jeans, sell them online or elsewhere. Or just save your time and take it to Goodwill/Salvation Army yourself so you won't have to deal with them. read more

I usually don't write bad reviews but my experience today 04/22/23 was awful. My gf, sister, and I were all informed of the earth day sale going on a month before so we requested today off. We drove about 45 minutes to Buffalo exchange in hopes of getting good deals. We stood in the hot sun for about an hour to an hour and a half. When we finally got to the sale, there was an outside and inside section so we thought the "sale" meant everything inside and out but found out when we were checking out that it was only the outside clothing. It was very unorganized as we also found out we weren't supposed to bring the clothes from outside, inside and that it was cash only. We were not aware of this. We went inside to check out and there was this nice lady helping us check out and she asked a coworker to double check on the sale items. She wanted to make sure we had to check out outside. The lady she asked to help her was condescending and rude. Her demeanor and attitude throughout the whole experience was not the vibe. I don't know her name but she wore black clothing, very skinny, and bleach blonde hair. Everything was unorganized as we would have expected them to make it well known that it was only the outside racks that were part of the sale. We also would've thought that they would let everyone in line know that it's cash only. Overall a bad experience. read more

Note: my review is for men's clothing only First I want to point out that B.F. is a chain store so if you think you're being indie or whatever the hell you want to call it by shopping here, you're not. They're in 16 states plus Washington, D.C. I like that B.F. has high quality clothes that look practically brand new. I found a beautiful, black H&M jacket for $15 that I would have easily paid much more for. I also like how they greet you when you enter; that's very important for me. If I'm gonna spend money I would like to be acknowledged as a patron. What I don't like is that all of the shirts look the same. They are almost all flannel and are some shade or purple, pink or whatever the hipsters perceive as "cool" nowadays. To me this is bullshit. Oh and by the way, the Costa Mesa store is identical (in terms of merchandise) to the Fullerton location. Same flannel shirts. If you try selling clothes to them they will only take certain brands. I brought some clothes including an ugly Ben Sherman shirt that I got from Goodwill for $5.50...guess what was the only item they bought of the bunch? I made 40 cents off that shirt. Their quality is good but they need more variety. A high quality shirt doesn't have to be made from a famous brand name and it doesn't have to be fucking fuschia or fucking magenta; not every guy wants to dress like that. If you're touting your store as "recycled clothing" but you have an elitist, arrogant attitude about the clothes you sell then you're contradicting your purpose...and that's fucking stupid. read more

My goal is to look like I spent a million bucks without blowing my paycheck from my $8 an hour job, and Buffalo Exchange is perfect! It's always a hit or miss (like how most thrift stores are), but I always come out with at least ONE cute thing! I find some of the clothes here overpriced for a used clothing store, but there are some other super cheap designer items! I once found a Burberry Prorsum dress here for $60, and a Marc by Marc Jacobs tote bag for $50! My boyfriend also found a Burberry polo for $20! As with any thrift store, you just have to have a good eye for designer pieces. Do NOT come here every time expecting to find some great deals on designer items! Sometimes I'll leave with just a dress that's $10 and looks totally different from anything I've seen before, and I'm okay with that. My tip is to buy quality over price - there are a ton of cute $5 floral tank tops out there, but not many $15 vintage crochet dresses or velvet dresses! So, just because something is cute and cheap (which you DO find here), it doesn't mean you should buy it! It's not really worth your money to buy something you can find new at Forever 21 for a couple of dollars more. As for exchanging clothes, it is NOT that simple! They are really persnickety about what they take in! Plus, they only give you (at most) a 50% store credit, not the full price! If you have designer items and want a profit for them, I suggest you sell them on eBay instead. My advice would be to come in before you sell and check out the board they have at the register that lists what kind of clothes they are looking to accept, so that you don't come in hauling a 10 pound bag of unwanted clothing. You also have a better chance of selling your clothes if they are in season, so don't expect to come in right now selling your sweaters unless they are extremely amazing! I also think that it's easier for guys to sell their things here, since they just look for basics (like the last time I came in a week ago, they were in desperate need of guy tanks). Here are some of the great deals I've found at Buffalo Exchange: -A Juicy Couture tee for $11 -A Dooney and Bourke bag for $18 -A Penguin polo for $15 -A Guess by Marciano dress for $30 (which is now my prom dress) I'd recommend coming here for some good steals and deals - from affordable vintage attire to cheap designer duds! I like Buffalo Exchange, but the only reason I visit is if I need to sell something or I have time to go bargain shopping. To be honest, their prices aren't the best. If you're looking for serious bargain shopping, I would just go to a Goodwill or thrift shop. If you don't like to hunt for clothes or only prefer brand named clothes, I would visit this location. What I don't like about Buffalo is their selling procedure. It definitely feels like they pick and choose what they sell. I have brought in new clothing or fairly new clothing to this location and they have rejected my offers. On two particular occasions, I found two exact pieces of clothing being sold. What made them purchase the other person's clothing and not mine? If you're planning on selling, I wouldn't get there first thing in the morning because that's when they're the busiest. They're pretty picky about what they are willing to give you cash for--which is totally understandable--but some of the stuff they sell in the store isn't in-season OR of really great quality. Must be the stuff people donated. I've gotten an average of like $25 each time I've sold, and that was probably for 5-8 items of clothing/shoes. I'm just glad to get some money for clothes I will never wear again, and it's SO much easier than eBay! If you want to make sure you sell something to them, here are some things I've noticed: 1.) They pretty much never rejected my items when the tags were still attached, even if it wasn't in season (probably makes the customers more likely to buy) 2.) Classics, classics, classics! Sell that menswear style button down you are too skinny for, or that chic black cardigan you've gotten sick of. 3.) Always think about what's in demand/in season (an obvious one). 4.) The cheaper the fabric, the less likely they will like it (even if it's a cute style). 5.) In my case, designer names didn't matter--I offered $160 jeans that they didn't want... :( 6.) Think like a hipster. What would hipsters wear...? I've offered some heavily worn American Apparel deep V-necks that I got like $2 for. Those were the only items I knew I'd be able to sell to them no matter which season it was hah. I did get a good amount of money for pointy toed pumps that were in great condition (worn like twice). I think I got at least $10, possibly $15 for some black BCBG pumps, and the same amount for red peep toe stilettos. If you have some cute shoes laying around doing nothing, SELL them! read more

I came in to sell some men's clothing and a pair of my wife's boots. They didn't take my pants which is fine, but bought my boots. I misheard the lady when she explained how much I would get based on the percentages. When she gave me the cash I stopped her and explained that I misheard her. (As an aside and not to excuse this, I am a Navy veteran with hearing loss after being on a air craft carrier) I told her, " I am sorry I misheard you, I don't want to continue with the sale." She told me that she couldn't because of the system, even though I could literally see the boots behind the counter still. She called over another store worker (I am assuming a manager) who refused to give me back the boots. I then told her they are not mine, rather my wives to appeal to human decency. A back and forth ensued. Long story short they refused to do the right thing and I had to buy back the boots at their resale value. So I ended spending/losing money instead. read more

Every once in a while I find a real gem here. Let me be clear...this hasn't happened in over 2 years now. Buffalo Exchange is a hipster haven. Over priced clothing, shoes and accessories that are mostly subpar. When I do find things that are attractive, they're either a size 2 (which I am not) or ridiculously overpriced for what they are. Why on earth would I pay $30 for a dress I could get at a thrift store for $6? If I wanted $30 dresses, I'd go to American Vintage (pricey, but worth it!) I've never understood why there are so many totally fugly things in Buffalo Exchange. The buyers have such strange taste (this is coming from a gal who loves flower power and paisley, so it takes a lot for me to call something ugly!) I just don't get it. The boys and gals behind the counter are usually pretentious & make me feel like I'm eating their precious time. They have purchased some of my clothing in the past though, so it's not all bad. I brought in a lot of rock shirts, they bought 75% of it and gave a pretty nice deal. I would've let them sit in the closet if they hadn't, and the teller was very nice and not picky like some people here are saying. I think less than 10 shirts for $30 that I had no intention of ever using was a great deal (not my size). They would have given like $40 in store credit, nice of them but I wasn't interested. The ones they didn't buy were either faded or just crap (I wouldn't have bought them either), so if you want this company to buy your things then you need to bring them some niche items in good shape that will sell. Remember that they are a business, and handing out cash without reselling their items is not a wise investment for them. I'm also a small business owner, and part of the concept is making investments for a bigger return in the future. Spending money to make money is not a hard concept to grasp, keep this in mind if you want to bring in things that will probably not sell too well due to low demand (Or if they have 100 of the same things in stock already..). read more

Although the young lady at the counter was nice and seemed to have inspected every item, I was shocked that the only payout was about $5. My first time buying from a thrift store and I randomly score a $12 Anthropologie top that retailed for $80. Wow. My friend made me a believer (she is a thrift store queen). The best part? It was super cute of course. =) Randomly walked by today and this place was pretty busy for a Friday afternoon. The store is relatively a good size and has a selection of men's clothing too. I would say about 40% of the store was men's stuff. The women's clothing was a hit or miss for me. Lots of trendy hipster stuff (i.e over sized shirts) is not really my style. I feel like a lot of their stuff was straight out of Urban Outfitters, so if you like that style, you'll love it here. Clothing quality was good. Almost all the clothes are pre-owned but because of their picky selection process, all of them looked relatively new. Good selection of blouses, tees, dresses and shoes. The sizing seems to run on the smaller side (smalls to mediums). The shoe selection was a bit more limited, but the shoes do not look old. My friend bought some TOMS shoes (retail $69) for $25 and they looked brand new. Dressing rooms in the back. Lots of them. Really clean. Service was good. Friendly. Lots of brand name items here. After visiting the "same" store in Long Beach, Westwood and Costa Mesa. I've decided this is far from a four star (See Ann L.'s review). The selection is very limited compared to the other ones. They aren't as generous on the buyback and seems like select more Forever 21 and A&F-type clothes. It is hardly kept as clean as the other ones. And the service here isn't the greatest either. The recommended age group for this store is not what I noted before (men 14-24, women 16-26); instead I'd say it's more like (men 14-20, women 16-21). They have a wider selection of tank tops than the other locations. read more

I don't even know why I continue to return to this location. I've hardly bought clothing here because why would I pay $30 for a used top when I can pay $30 for a new top? However, I've done quite a bit of selling. I swear they judge how much clothing they'll buy off of you by your physical appearance rather than the actual clothes you're trying to sell. Plus, I can't deal with the whack prices they sell EXPENSIVE clothes for any longer. I have a theory they put a cheap price tag on your clothing when they say they'll buy it so it's less cash they have to give you, but before they actually put it on the rack they double whatever price they said they were going to sell it for. Came here with a friend so she could try to sell some things from her black hole of a closet. The person helping her was being HELLA stingy on the buy back; only taking a pair of shoes and a brand new bag with the price tag still on it. The total buyback amount for these two items?.. $12 On top of that, the rest of the staff seemed to only care about themselves and what they were doing rather than attending to the customers in the store. I HATE coming into this Buffalo Exchange. Everyone that works there is so rude especially if you are trying to sell something. Their clothes/shoes/misc.. are soo expensive! I found this cute dress I liked and was thinking about purchasing, it was about $30 so before I bought it, I went on ebay to see how much it was selling for. Same dress was going for $9! Mind you this is a USED, worn-out dress! Granted they do have some cute clothes to choose from but they are way too expensive and workers are rude. Always SO picky with what they buy. Anyhow, clothes here are ok, nothing special at all. Some items are VERY overpriced, for example this dress that was $30, I can go to tj maxx and get that same dress brand NEW. it's a thrift store, not a department store. Saw a cute pair of docs, they were a bit worn and scratched and one of the laces was ripping, I checked the tag $75?? Hahaha you're kidding right. This is the place for people who want to wear expensive things but are cheap so will settle for those expensive things already used by others. Oh man. I love this place. Love it. I buy so much crap here, and they're all HIGH QUALITY CRAP. Staff is friendly, and I always wish I can dress as hip as the girls who work there. I wonder if you HAVE to dress that hip to be hired. That would mean I would never be hired there. Oh well. I love walking in there and scanning the rows and rows of shirts and jeans. I got a pair of True Religion jeans for thirty bucks once, and although they died on me, I loved them every single day I wore them. Best ass-enhancer ever. Also, a word of advice when you sell your stuff there. Don't just grab anything from your closet and expect to get hundreds of dollars. They look for quality and cleanliness too, and it can't be a random t-shirt you got at Ross. Looking around at the type of stuff they have will give you a general idea of what kind of stuff they want. They won't buy everything you give them! After years of being a loyal BE customer and seller, I must say they have really turned me off today! I've been to a handful of their other locations but being a Fullerton native I often visited! Since moving away a year ago I visited them and to my disappointment they had turned what used to be great clothes at great prices into a hipster nightmare! If I wanted something strange I can get it at goodwill, cheaper! The staff all dress like clowns, they are very pretentious, and the store is full of dusty bizarre rags. :( just go to Macy's their sales are way better! This is a review for selling! I took some advice from yelp and went on a weekday morning. There was a line but it was only about 3-4 people behind my sister and I. We had about two trash bags full of clothing and we were out in about half an hour. Not bad at all! The workers were really helpful with the process and really friendly. Each buyer seems a bit different. It has to do a lot with personal taste, what's trendy, what will sell in the area and the quality. They took ALL (4 pieces) of my American Apparel clothing, my jeffrey campbell flatforms, 2 pairs of boots (not name brand), floral printed pants, ecote heels, H&M striped flowy shirt, a navy lace button up (they didn't take my ivory one though), silence & noise gold pants, a sequins butterfly vintage top and I'm not sure what else but I ended up making $72 cash or $100+ in store credit, not too shabby. My tip would be to clean up your shoes a bit. They are looking for things in good condition! I think some of my other shoes would have sold if I took the time to clean them up a little. I'm surprised they didn't take my navy blue BDG pants or any dresses but it might be because it's not in season. Overall, they bought more clothes than what I was expecting them to and at a reasonable price. I have less clothes that are taking up space in my closet and more money in my pocket! everything here is expensive, even if they were new i wouldnt wanna play so much for it. keep in mind these are mostly used items. i came here twice, to sell and accompany my friend to sell lol staff here are quite rude.. i saw some forever21 stuff here for way more than what they were sold brand new in store.
