I was under a time constraint, he came out with his crew, climbed down and walked the mountain in freezing temps, had to dig to find the original posts which had gotten buried over time in shrubbery and dirt, gave me a preliminary report, did all the calculations for the final survey, and marked the boundary line well in multiple spots per my request.
