My husband and I stopped in right at noon today, not many people at tables, but we waited a bit to be greeted and sat. Both of the servers who greeted us were very nice and apologetic for the wait, they both explained that they were the only 2 on the floor. Once we were sat, our drinks were delivered promptly and our order was taken quickly. We did have to wait for the food a little longer than usual, but it had already been explained that they were very short staffed, so knowing this, it really wasn't bad. We were kept informed of the wait and the two servers were excellent, neither one showed that they were stressed, they both were pleasant and had smiles on their faces the entire time. Our wings were delivered hot and the order was exactly as we wanted it. We never had empty glasses, refills were delivered before we ever got to the bottom of the glass. These two ladies deserve to be commended for their job well done, they were running the dining room and bar efficiently and were very pleasant to every guest. If we could all be patient with the fact that people are short staffed, it can make all the difference in our experience and in the lives of the over stressed service workers. read more

I'm out here from California and thought I'd stop in and just enjoy an afternoon meal and drinks here. Considering that it's a chain restaurant and I've been to a number of them around the country. I knew what to expect from BWW. The first thing I noticed as soon as I walked in was that there was a hoard of servers congregating in the front. I avoided the crowd and indicated that I was headed to the bar. I didn't really receive much of an acknowledgement just a few blank stares. I approached the bar, asked a polite gentleman about a seat and waited for someone to take my drink order. During which time I clocked my wait, 8 minutes later as I waited patiently I not so much as received any acknowledgement from any of the staff. Which I had a few make direct eye contact with me and not so much as a hello. I also noticed the bartender and what I believed to be one of the managers making casual conversation within earshot of me. I was a bit peeved and went across the street to Longhorn steakhouse and out of spit ordered a pretty big steak and adult drinks and experienced a much more professional staff. Also out of spit I graciously tipped above 20% and told her that she can thank BWW for that. read more

I'm visiting from out of town... Visited this Buffalo Wild Wings on a Friday night... I sat at the bar and ordered one drink... The bartender was very abrupt when I tried to make small talk... I wasn't at all flirting or being forward... I just wanted to make a moment of small talk with the person serving me a drink... But, she gave me a very cold vibe, and couldn't seem to recommend a beer to me.... After I chose a beer at random, she brought it to me, and then didn't speak another word to me. After I paid, I stayed at the bar for 30 minutes and finished my beer... The bartender didn't speak to me for the remainder of the night... Simply put, she was abrupt, rude and then ignore me. My husband and I go here often because when it's good we LOVE it! Unfortunately this restaurant is probably the most inconsistent restaurant we have ever been to. We always order traditional wings, and usually bounce between a few different sauces and dry rubs. Now the issue I have is that there are times (unfortunately lately has been more often then not) that the wings are basically PLAIN! We get told we have to order them "wet" if we want more sauce/seasoning. Except when we started doing that I STILL got them practically plain sometimes and then was told "sometimes the seasonings just don't stick well"..... Ummm ok so flip them until it sticks!! Don't send out wings that are plain ESPECIALLY when I've ordered them" wet"!! Yes we continue to go back because sometimes they are WONDERFUL but tonight I had had ENOUGH! We ordered wings to take home after a long day at work, when we got them home.. Again... They were plain!! I have begun to order seasoning on the side (which I have to pay extra for) because of this very reason! I had thought about calling to speak to a manager but decided.. Why? What good would that do? I'd get told, "bring them back in, I'll have them reflipped" like I get told EVERY other time! So, I could waste my gas to drive back to have them fix my order (which should be right to begin with) or I could finally write a review in hopes of saving someone else from the repeated waste of gas. We have decided that we will just order the sauces and seasonings that we like and buy plain wings to cook at home. No sense in ordering wings from there if I can buy plain wings at the store! I dont know how I never came to Buffalo Wild Wings before when I only live 20 minutes away. The food is amazing, and the servers are quick and extremely sweet. One even spent 5 minutes, playing with our three year old daugther. I only wish we could afford to eat here more often, the average bill runs us about 80 - 100$ which is really whatever. There's only two places I leave big tips at. Here and Olive Garden. But it's well worth every penny. It is rather loud in there, but it is always packed and always have every tv going, so not the best place if your looking for a quit dinner. Other than that. Its PERFECT. read more

The few times I have visited BWW I have not been pleased. I would not recommend it to anyone who has more than 2 people because the tables are honestly a foot or two apart. There is no such thing as comfortable seating at this restaurant. If you are a sit at the bar type, you should be fine. The wait staff in my experience has been lack-luster. Other than the lack of space, I would complain the most about the fact that someone has come up to my table every 2 minutes for the ENTIRE meal. Manager, waiter, different waiter, manager and so on. My wife got very sick (food poisoning) I tried a bite of her chicken and thought it smelled and tasted bad but she said it was fine. Within 30 min after eating she was throwing up! The bad: Always loud. This place is popular, and the building carries sound, so I can barely hear other people talking. Also, not exactly fat friendly, so if you're fat you won't fit comfortably in this place. Frat boy heaven...the clientele range from families to frat boys. I'm not a fan of hearing a group of guys loudly proclaim how drunk they were the night before, but that's just me. So popular that it can be a pain just to find parking. The desserts are priced and are crap. The good: Nice wait staff. Their workers are motivated and happy. Guy and girl heaven- I think they recruited all their wait staff from a model agency. Wow. Value: You won't find a better bang for your buck the pricing is just amazing. Trivia, if you like trivia you can play it anytime anywhere (though I think the questions are skewed towards old pop culture and sports) so if you're an intellectual don't bother. This place is nice and squeaky clean. If you have mudslides did ask for Britney.... they are the best I've ever had. EVER. YUM!!!! Lackluster food. Skimped on portions. Changed TV for someone who arrived well after I did and did not change back for me even though my event was the premier event... on the two smallest TVs. Last night I came here for dinner with couple friends and the kiddos. Well it all started with them giving us a hard time about needing a high chair for the 1 year old because "it was a fire hazard" but my friend was able to sit in a chair where the high chair would've been? We asked what the difference was and nobody could give us a solid answer, well we decided for our kiddos we were going to move tables. The waitress came over to us with our drink, and took our order. My friends drink was chunky and tasted old. 7:20 came around and we see the waitress bringing our food to the wrong table (we got here at 6:14) she takes the food out back and has it remade but didn't bother updating us on anything, she kept walking by the table not saying anything or looking at us. been going to this establishment for years as my go to chain restaurant. my daughter's favorite. watched it go downhill in the last few- to the point where it has become intolerable. wait times for tables and for food or drinks are extensive, despite the place being empty by comparison to how busy it used to be. menu had food on it which tells me there's no cleaning going on between guests. (usually menus are gone before food arrives so this seemed extra careless). in a time of culture- wide germ sensitivity; this seems like a big no no. tasted some funk in the dirty tots and chicken sandwich looked questionably undercooked in the middle. could hear steady yelling in the kitchen. it seems like this place desperately needs good help like everyone else right now. read more

Well to be honest I never leave a review for places. If everything was outstanding I might but I have never left a negative review...until now. Let me start by saying I have never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings. My first experience here was unfortunate. A group of us went in after work on Wednesday at about 12:30 a.m. We knew it was close to last call, just wanted a drink to unwind from the day. Everyone ordered a beer except me, because I don't like beer. One of the guys in our group suggested a long island, so that's what i ordered. Man did I regreat it. The girl working the bar made it, and let everyone know how she felt about it. She didn't just toss the metal measuring shot or even throw it in the undercounted bin when she was done, oh no she spiked it and it came flying back out, clattering ti the floor. Very rude all the way around, but we drank our drinks paid, still left 20% tip, and left by 1:00. Figured maybe it was just a bad night. So Thursday we decide to try again. It was the last night we would all be working together as most of our group is moving to various day shifts. So last hurrah as our group. We walk in same girl as night before, we almost turn around and walk out. But last hurrah and all we decide it will be fine. One if our party was running a few minutes late. I learned from previous night, and dont order anything alcoholic just a strawberry lemonade. As she sets the beers down for the other two, one asks if we can order one for our friend comming, she says sorry one per customer at a time...well i dont have an alcoholic drink so i say can I order it? Now mind you she had literally just sat the other two down, she says sorry missed last call. Ok i undersrand and rules are rules. As our other friend joins us at 12:40 we told him the news which he was fine with. Wanted to order just a soda. She never once acknowledged him never asked if she could get him anything. He was there 20 minutes before closing. So all in all I don't know if it is just this one person's attitude but im very unlikely to return. I get when its close to time to go home, but you're open until 1:00 and when customers come in with time to order something it shouldn't matter if it is 12:40 a.m. or 6:00 p.m. you should treat them courteously, you are in a customer service line if work. read more

The service here continuously gets worse. I don't understand why they have so many employees standing around in the front just talking. It took 45 min just to have order taken and we never received our drinks. The wait staff was more concerned about the latest teen mom episode than doing there jobs. The women's restroom looked like a Tijuana truck stop and they didn't care one bit. In fact they thought it was funny that it was so unsanitary. I guess if you're just here for the game and wings you will probably be satisfied. The chips and salsa we had to start was simply forgettable. When I ordered my burger I was informed that all burgers were cooked at the same temp so I got a well done where I prefer medium/rare. Good thing the extras I got were yummy because the burger was thin and the French fries looked like they came from McDonald's. I defiantly prefer my local owned sports grill to this sad chain. I meant to order a jerk chicken sandwich as part of a group lunch today. I received a salad with chicken by mistake. It turned out to be a happy mistake. The salad was simple but large and I a container perfect for adding a little dressing and then giving it a shake. It also had a generous amount of grilled chicken. I don't usually bother to review chain restaurants - nothing new and exciting and folks pretty much know what they're getting when they decide to go. But my recent experience (and actually it was my first time going to any BWW) was so unpleasant that I had to write something. The first question I was asked when entering was "is a regular table ok?" I didn't know what she meant by that, since I had never been there before and didn't know what my options were, so I asked. She didn't know how to reply. I looked around and saw some booths, and asked for one of those, and she rolled her eyes and said "fine." The place was far from packed and I'm not sure why my first few moments in the restaurant were so befuddling. It went downhill from there. I hate asking for more time to look at a menu, because then you usually have to wait a REALLY long time for them to come back, and that's what happened here. On the plus side, our server was polite and friendly. We ordered the cheese curd appetizer, which was actually very good, though unusually sweet. It came promptly and was hot as well. Unfortunately, our meal was the direct opposite. Both my companions had food that was cold - my son said "Touch this - it's like it just came out of the refrigerator." He had ordered wings and a quesadilla. Both were cold. His girlfriend's quesadilla was also cold. We had waited long enough already, and were anxious to get on with our day, so didn't bother to ask them to heat them - I'm sure they would have simply popped them in the microwave, and thereby made the situation worse. My son also had to ask for coffee twice, and it took forever to arrive. My "naked chicken" tenders were tiny - in essence I asked for 4 and received two tenders cut in half. They were also rubbery and gristly, and I couldn't finish them. I had to ask for the fries that were supposed to come with them. When they arrived, they, too were cold. This all happened during lunchtime, when food should have been turning over quickly. I won't be back. read more

There's lots to drink, it has screens of all sizes, and tastey-sauced bar food (although you can get an OKay salad too). If I drank and understood sports, I'm sure it would be a fun place to visit, but for this introvert, it's way too loud. With the multiple screens and shows playing, I'm surprised people don't have seizures just walking in the door! Still, when I wanted to watch a UFC fight, that was the place to go. I would loves to give BWW a good review. They have a great concept, a great building, and great sauces. However, I have been extremely unimpressed with their staff. I tend to be very understanding, as I am a waitress and a former host. However, out of the six waitresses I have had serve me, I have to say that five of them were extremely forgetful and inattentive. Food orders are almost always messed up, and four out of the six never bothered to do anything but greet, take our order, bring our drinks, bring our food, and drop off the check. Never asked if a refill was needed, even though our lemonades were down to ice, and never asked how our food was, which you think they would considering each time the order is wrong, we eat what we get instead of insisting it be corrected. Three of these six women were very unpleasant. As mentioned, I love their sauces, but I was informed they were microwaved. Why on earth with three tables (one already eating, one with a check already), and one person at the bar, would it take an app sampler and an order of wings 25 minutes? True story, and no one came in for take out during this visit. Their saving grace staff wise is one very friendly male bartender whose name I cannot recall. He is lovely! read more
