Came here last night and the service was beyond horrible! If I could rate this location with no stars I would!! We were seated and was never greeted by the waitress or waiter!!! We sat for about 20-25 minutes and still no one came, not even to place utensils on the table or a glass of water! All staff walked passed but never even acknowledge us. I placed my order at 6:34 pm. The lady at the register said it would be an hour wait for food. I said that's fine. After waiting about 45 minutes, the same lady, which was very nice, said they were working on my order. The lady beside me ordered at 6:54pm. She got her first order, which they had to redo. Then they gave her another order. I still hadn't got my food. I got up and told them about it. My food finally came at 7:55pm. I think they had just placed my order to the cooks. Took 40 mins for 2 orders of wings when there was only 8 tables there and tons of extra wait staff walking around moving tables and restocking items. Not sure what took the kitchen staff so long. Plan on spending lots of time here. Takes 35-45 minutes to get your food. On top of waiting that long the food was COLD. So of course I asked my waitress if I could talk to the manager. After talking to the manager our waitress disappeared and never even looked at us again. I planned on leaving 10 bucks because it's not her fault it took that long for mozzarella sticks and a snack size wing, but she completely blew her chances. This is the second time in a row that I have order online from this location and had to wait more the 30 minutes after the requested pick up time to receive my order. It seems as though the employees are grossly unorganized and understaffed. People that placed orders in person were receiving before mine was ready. The order was scheduled for pick up at 7:30 pm and at 8:00 pm we were told it would still take 10 minutes for our order to be ready which is completely unacceptable. I was in this location today 11-20-18 after placing a online ordered i was told that my food would be ready at 710 pm at 810 pm i was still waiting on my food. I asked for the manger and was told he refused to come out and speak to anyone. One of the cooks came out to speak to me after i asked for a corp number he informed me that they had no corp number since they are a franchise but gave me the DM number then explained they would be unavailable until Monday. I would have walked out if i hadn't already paid for the food. The greeter at the door was very friendly and was trying to be helpful but there was only so much she could do. my issue is with the management at this location JT incompetence was unbelievable i would rather go to another location that is further away and have my wings be cold then to deal with a manger like him who doesn't care about the work he does. read more

My son and I dropped by around 2:30 on Father's Day and to my surprise, it was practically empty. We were promptly seated and the waiter came by and took our drink orders. We both ordered ice tea and the drinks came out pretty quickly. He then took the meal order. I ordered traditional wings and my son ordered boneless. Approximately 20 minutes later, he brought out the food. Unfortunately, he took the food to the wrong table. I must remind you, the place was empty and if he could not remember where the food should go, I would hate to come on a busy night. We have been to this BW's several times because of it's location. Each time we say it cannot get any worse. But last night was the worst. Got there at 7:00 and finally got drinks at 7:30. Okay, not horrible but somewhat of a wait due to it being a little crowded. The food however did not get there until 8:40 and not all at once. It took fifteen minutes until it all arrived. I was a regular customer to this location. On one particular occasion I called an order in and when I arrived part of the order was incorrect. When I told the cashier, she said I didn't take the order. She went to get a manager who had to look over the menu to see the price of what I ordered which was a side Caesar salad. The manager corrected the mistake but the server brought out a side salad. I told her it was not right and the server, Shenesha, yelled at me" is it a side salad or a Caesar salad". I asked her why she was yelling at me she yelled I'm not and went back into the kitchen. The whole time her manager Tiffany was standing there on the phone. She said nothing but sorry she spoke to you like that. I ended up cancelling the salad and calling the general manager who offered me a free meal. I been going to this bww for five years, every time I had great service. The past year I noticed that all the regulars were not coming back and service was lacking big time. Every Sunday during football season this restuarant was packed with people, u could not move in this restuarant, now when u go there on Sunday's during football, the restuarant is empty, there is maybe five to six people watching football. Hmmm what happen, service is so bad nobody is coming back to bww. Tonight's experience at bww I will never return back, I had a young lady take my order, I ordered a pitcher of beer then ordered food, after the food was brought to me I never saw the server again. There was another server who was trying to make up for the lack of the first server asking if I needed anything, after waiting thirty minutes I wanted more beer, I was getting very frustrated because I was waiting so long for service. I asked one of the other servers if I can get my check and a box for my food, I told the server services here is very very bad, she said I am sorry but we are training new servers. She got the manager to talk to me, he was a bigger joke then the server, he said the server is in training it is not her fault you got bad service, I said wow did u really tell me that, that is the worst customer service answer I every heard. He said the training server is not your waitress the person training her is. I said what are u talking about, the training waitress took my order and gave my food, how is she not my waitress. This manager should not be in customer service, the managers defences went up immediately when he was talking to me and he had no solution to solve my issue. Manager needs to take customer service class how to resolve customer issues. Poor service, poor management, managers job is to make sure your customers are satisfied and happy with service. But the more I thought about it the more, not only do the local people need to know how trash this place is, people need to be aware so they don't waste their money or time in this place. The corporate owner or franchise owners need to be aware and take action of how RUDE/LAZY their staff and manager is. I should have recognized that something was wrong with the place as soon as I walked in on a football Sunday and there was barely anyone in there. My friends and I went to the bar, I was the DD. First it took forever for the bartender to come over to us, with maybe TWO other people at the bar. The bartender, light skin girl with glasses, came over and the first thing she says instead of introducing herself or anything "Okay, have any of you had a drink before you came in here because I'm not going to lose my job over that" It was literally the most hilarious thing, because she said her co-worker saw one of the guys "stumble" when we were coming in? Uh no we went back and forth bc there wasn't anyone sitting at the front to seat people. I understand that is a law IF YOU DID HAVE HAD A DRINK BEFORE, but you do not act like that, especially when you don't even know you're just simply asking to make sure. She was SO rude asking, after she agreed she was clearly wrong I couldn't stand to stay with her attitude. We passed the manager on the way out and he just smiled like maybe he'll get out early tonight for running everyone out. First and last visit to this pathetic place. Manager Nicole is the worst. Two hours waiting.. 30 minuted To be seated and another 1.5 hrs to be served kept telling me food is coming. Manager would no come to the table. I finally go inside and her response is they are busy if I want refund. Didn't give a fly I told her I have kids on the table. I asked are you at least going to discount for the wait nope she just said if I want refund. .Four tables inside finishing their food and they weren't there before we came. Jada waitress was super nice and did what little was on her hands to keep us comfortable, sweetest girl should be the manager instead; her manners and respect were superb.
