If I could put a zero i would... i dont know how the food tastes because we waited about 30 mins to be seated then proceeded to wait another 45mins. the waitress walked by our table 4 times with no eye contact or anything then when i finally spoke up she had a nasty attitude yelling that she was over worked and she only had 2 tables. So dont come here please its for your best interest. i also feel bad for the woman at carry out that waited a whole hour . i complained to the manager and was offered no service so i come to the conclusion that everyone who sees this review bombs this place. thank you for your time. read more

A group of friends and I decided to come here because it seemed like an okay spot to watch the soccer games that were going on at the time. I ended up visiting this location three times just to watch the games. Each time it went down hill from there. The chicken sandwich in the pic is from the second visit and let me just say do NOT waste your time on ordering it! It was small, flavorless, and very chewy. I was wanting something else than wings but I guess I should just stick with what I know is best. I am not sure if it is the kitchen or the servers but each time it seemed like something new even though it was never busy. I could easily count on one hand how many tables were in there each time and yet meals and appetizers came out staggered. The only positive thing I can say about each visit was that my potato wedges came out hot very time. If you want to gamble your chances on some wings maybe try this place but don't expect stellar service if you do decide to go. read more

I really can't believe we decided on Buffalo Wild Wings. I should've just known by the wait to be seated/ greeted that this was not the place. We requested to sit in the bar area at a high top. Everything was slow: Taylor (the waitress), the food, drinks, napkins, the bill. We were more than ready to go. The chicken could've been crispier. Went to this place and had one of the worst service experiences. It took forever just to get our drinks, and even longer for them to put in our food orders. We were sitting there for hours waiting while other tables who arrived after us got served first. By the time everything finally came out, the whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. Don't go here Came in on a Saturday. Server/ hostess nowhere to be found for 30 min . Ordered appetizer asked for it to be brought out first 10 ish minutes latter ordered meal . My reasoning behind this is when they bring everything at once your food gets cold quick . THIS is common knowledge in food service at almost every level but apparently not here . She waited and put everything in at once ( I watched her ) . My appetizer was cold by the time I ate my main meal . So i essentially paid for cold ass food Server was very rude as I listened to her interactions with those around me , then I had to sit and wait for her to come out of the back for about 20 minutes to get my check . All in all about 2 hrs in total for 12 wings and some cold ass cheese bites. Don't waste your time or money . I didn't leave a tip and 9/10 I tip close to 50% for good service. I eat alone and for people that treat me the same they do their tables with 4 or more customers I tip the bill entirely or more depending on what it is. If I could give 0 starts I would. I came in on a Monday with practically nobody in the restaurant. I sat at the bar and the bartender took ten minutes to give me a drink and was rude. I am a bartender myself and I don't know how she makes any money. I only came here because they had my favorite beer on draft, but it wasn't worth it. The wings I ordered were nasty and there was a bug in them. I took one bite of a wing and told the bartender I didn't want them and I still got charged for them. This is the second time there was a long wait just to take a to-go order or be seated. It seems like they just chill in the back & come out every 20-30 minutes. It's not hard to give someone southwestern ranch & this is the second time I had a problem with it. The first time the girl forgot to add it on my order & I had to inform another team member about it. This time the southwestern ranch was on the ticket but not in the bag or in the box. Do better by at least having someone check every 5-8 minutes if someone is at the front waiting to order or be seated & read back the order to the customer before accepting payment. Matter of fact just have people standing out there period. Also check to make sure everything is correct and in the bag before the customer leaves the restaurant. This might just be the worst Buffalo Wild Wings location I've ever been too. Sure the food is exactly what you'd expect from a BWW location (it's good, but not my favorite by a long shot), but the service is abysmal. If they say your order will be ready in an hour, I wouldn't show up until an hour and a half at the earliest (and even then you may have to wait a couple more minutes). Good luck if you're trying to sit down. Every-time I've gone in to pick up food (I haven't sat down here in years), I have never seen a hostess seating costumers waiting up front even though most of the tables are empty (you should probably just seat yourself). If you're in the South Chesterfield/Colonial Heights area and want BWWs, just take the trip to the Chesterfield location. read more

When my order came I only got 5 buffalo dry rub wings. I told the manager about our long wait and he gave me some song and dance about 2 cooks calling out, but when I told him there were 3 tables who were seated well after us had already gotten their wings, so if whoever was cooking could cook theirs they should have had time to cook ours. The customer service is terrible for to-go orders and you will always wait at LEAST 20 minutes past your pick up time before your food is even ready. A to-go order should not be a scheduled pick up time of 8p and not handed out until well after 8:40p. Another woman who was also waiting for her food and was supposed to get her food at 7:50p and when they handed us our food she was STILL waiting. They also didn't have the cake we ordered which was fine however the employee tried to "make it right" by substituting a single $1.99 cookie for a cake that cost $6.99. I should have known things would not go well when I attempted to order traditional chicken wings... they were out. So I settled for a simple order of an all-American cheeseburger, potato wedges and a kid's meal hamburger (which is supposed to come with French fries and low fat milk). Simple right? Picking up the order, it seemed to be a little light... I noticed they had forgotten the potato wedges. So had to wait for those to be cooked. When I got home I opened the kids meal and found they had also forgotten the French fries and the low fat milk. It was just a piece of meat on a bun sith nothing else! By this time two others we're waiting to pick up food as people were being seated but no one helping us.
