WORST experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever had. Waited around for a while before we were greeted at our table, but that's just minor compared to the service we received. First of all our waitress Madison was so rude. Couldn't even take the time to stop at our table and check on us. She would casually ask as she walked by our table. And on top of a rude waitress there was no air conditioning in the whole restaurant which we were not informed of until we were sweating through our clothes and had to ask. I ordered takeout and had my boyfriend go pick it up. I ordered myself a chicken Caesar salad. My lettuce was brown. Not just a little, it was very brown. I called to see what they could do about this and the lady I spoke to said the dressing "pokes through the leaves and turns it brown". Probably the greatest place ever of all space and time. Go for the wings, stay for the soft pretzels. They also have Ms pacman and not the slow one, the fast one that's actually fun to play. Upon entering, my boyfriend and I were recommended to sit at the bar rather than a table "because there was more space" which didn't make sense because there were plenty of open tables. I didn't mind sitting at the bar but did not understand why they recommended it. My buffalo chicken wrap was excellent and I loved that the side of chips came out nice and toasty. My boyfriend got wings and was able to choose up to 3 sauces. We had plenty of ranch between the two of us, so much that we had two sides that were untouched. The food took a little longer than I expected but maybe they weren't prepared for the amount of customers that were there on this nice sunday afternoon. Our bartender was nice and attentive. When it came time to pay she unfortunately charged me for an additional beer. She was gracious about voiding the transaction and fixing it. Came here to check out the Spurs/Heat game with some coworkers - a really nice place! TVs everywhere so you can keep up with whatever game you want. Wings were tasty with lots of variety of flavors, and the drink specials kept us happy and cheerful while we were there. I called to see if I could buy a round for my fiance and his friends. They were super apologetic that they couldn't do it over the phone, but the manager said I could come in and ask for him. While there are some minor issues with the place, overall it's an amazing place to get some good food at a good price. Con's: *Inattentive Service (while friendly, i generally find myself going up front to ask a greeter for a refill on my drink because I won't see my server for 30+ minutes at a time *Loud (This is a major deal. Remember that this IS a sports bar! When an important game is on you will not be able to hear a friend if they scream in your ear while an inch away. When I know a big game is going to be on I tend to steer away from this place!) First time at this franchise. Not impressed. Told we would have a 15 minute wait for a table when there were empty tables clearly in sight. Opted to go to the bar (empty tables there, too). Service was slow; bartender ignored us for 20 minutes. A manager finally came to take our order. New Yorker sandwich was a greasy, congealed blob of over-salted meat. The wings had barely any flavor to them and the macs--n-cheese were just plain gross. NOT worth a $60 tab. First and LAST visit to this place. read more

Second time to BDubs recently and The initial smell of rancid grease / mop water as you walk in the front entrance pretty much ruins the experience. Certainly not win any awards for cleanliness. 98% of what is on the menu is deep fried, (in the rancid grease). Ordered the pita bread and hummus and even it was deep fried, gross. The vegetable garnish looked as though it was two months old. Ordered some hot wings and they were "well done" to say the least.
