I don't normally do bad reviews, but health reporting looked like too much work. Walked in on Sunday around 1pm. The place is FILTHY. It smelled like sour milk upon walking in the vestibule and I have a weak sense of smell! The smell got stronger the deeper I walked into the restaurant. On February 14, 2025, I arrived at Buffalo Wild Wings at 6:35 p.m. The place was almost empty; there weren't many people there. There were only five people seated at the bar, so I went right there and ordered a drink and some wings. It took about an hour and forty minutes for my food to arrive. The restaurant was still half-empty while I waited. Even though the bar had five people seated the whole time I was there and the tables weren't full, there was still a line outside waiting to sit, which made matters worse. On several levels, this is totally wrong. For at least one hour, people were simply standing in the waiting area without being seated. The manager that evening ought to be retrained! I suppose that's how Buffalo Wild Wings manager that night made the decision to have people standing in line to be seated, looking foolish, while numerous tables were empty and the bar had just five people or fewer. The wait was crazy long, almost 30 minutes from order to table...it had maybe 4 tables all together. Today we went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Rivercity, our server was the girl who wore a black bow in her hair. She definitely needs more training on how to be an actual server, she very reliant on the QR code but couldn't tell when someone needs a refill, or anything guess that's not on a QR lol. She forgot about our table until her boyfriend or friend was seated behind us which she went above and beyond for. The server who wasn't ours was amazing, she actually grabbed everything we needed. Napkins, silverware, extra plates etc. My husband order a sweet tea it came after food, and by request from the other server. I was a server before, I know how hard it can be but when your the only table for thirty minutes it's hard to look past the negligence. It hurt my momma feelings when my sons kept asking for a refill but she's nowhere to be seen til we were getting ready to leave. All our food was cold but, what was brought out by the manager. The manager and server that wasn't ours seemed to be really hard workers clearing tables, getting refills, etc. only reason I'm not putting one star is because every other server Ive had here went above and beyond. plus the foods good when the server actually cares about the dining experience and doesn't let it sit on the hot plate for to long. :) read more

We stood at the "wait to be seated" sign while employees walked by us ignoring us until a lady finally seated us. She had a hard time finding a booth that wasn't full of dirty plates and glasses. We sit down, the waitress disappears for 10 mins after she brings our drinks and we haven't ordered yet. After our food gets there I ask for a refill, which also took 10 mins. We get our BONELESS wings. Ask for a fork and NEVER receive it. No napkins either. Then we ask for the check and we didn't even ask how our food was. Which I feel like should've been very noticeable considering 1 of each of the wings were ate and maybe half a handful of fries. I expected to be served a wet wipe to clean my hands afterward.
