Further down it says to sub potato wedges it's a $1 more. The waitress said that fries only come with the takeout. We asked her to show us on the menu where it shows that, she couldn't. She kept on telling us that takeout get a fries. She asked if we want her to have the manager take off the wedges, we said yes. She came back having not done the refund and then repeated what she said before. She kept on talking over my wife and also not making sense when it came to the context of the conversation. Should have read the reviews before I went. They were under staffed and apathetic. I stood at the front door for a solid 5 minutes, listening to the phone ring at the hostess desk, until what I imagine was manager sauntered out of the back and answered it. He didn't acknowledge me. Finally, the hostess shows up and tells me the bar is open seating. No problem, I head on back. I wait around another 5ish minutes looking at the bar area that was empty of people, but there were a few dirty tables, and a few remnants of a meal at the bar. I get having a busy night makes it hard on employees especially when shortstaffed but when I get told it's a 10 minute wait and I have to wait over an hour and get seated after people who got there after me when I have a two year-old kid and a six-year-old waiting to eat dinner having to wait over fucking hour to get seated when you place a six 6 and 10 top table before me when they came after I already put my table in to be seated and then on top of it all I had a horrible experience. Then we took a bite of the wings. The Parmesan Garlic and Lemon Pepper were so dang salty that even dipping them in the ranch didn't help. I'm adding a star because the food was good and our waitress was kind, and I really appreciate the fast service despite it being more of a busy night. However, the hostess when we walked in was very, very rude. Without even saying hello, she immediately went "Do you guys really think you're getting a table??" and laughed at us. It's just the two of us, me and my mom. I understand it's the Superbowl so it's for sure going to be plenty busy and I get that but we saw plenty of open tables. My mom was confused by her remark because she also noticed the open tables and asked "Oh, does she need to be 21?" And gestured to me (I'm 20.) She looked at my mom like she said the dumbest thing ever, tried to hold in a laugh, and then laughed at us in our faces again without answering our question and walked away. The other hostess ignored us. Then we had someone else tell us to walk back to the back and there would be a table for us, we had no one seat us, but maybe that's policy? Well after a year we gave it another try but still not any better. Queso was cold and now they actually put chili in it. Like chunky chili tried to bite through a big piece of onion but couldn't bite through it because it had the outside husk on it still. I've eaten here a number of times and love the salt and vinegar bone-in wings with veggies. The service is always prompt and friendly. The trivia playmakers seem to be an after thought here and aren't working every time. We enjoy the trivia but dislike the hassle of fighting with the playmakers. When I questioned our bill she went to get manager Zoey she was completely unprofessional rolling her eyes and not listening to our concerns about our bill. I asked for another manager who was assistant general manager Shane. When explaining the situation to him about the bill, Zoey was laughing peeking through the side, talking looking at us and laughing with another server. Shane did not offer any solutions but basically saying what can I do to get you out of here. I set at the bar and it was dirty and mostly unattended. Bar tender brought me my bill when I looked I was going to leave. The bill had my drink, appetizer and dinner. I told the bar tender I didn't get my dinner, he said oh really can I get it for you now? They weren't even busy to justify the wait. When our food came out the orders were wrong and some of the food was cold. I will never go back to this place ever again I understand Utah has some very weird laws on alcohol. All I wanted was a shot of Tito's and a Pacifico beer. They could not do that for me because they did not understand the law they had to watch me take a shot of Tito's, then give me my beer. After showing the manager the law and how it reads he still would not allow the shot and beer in front of me even though the law states you cannot have the same two types of alcohol in front of one persons would they consider a beer and they considered vodka two different times in the way the law is written, but for some reason he could not understand that he had to watch me take a shot, then hand me the beer and I proceeded to ask if this was a buffalo wild wings procedure he said no it was the law even though I showed him the law was not having it or maybe he was just too ignorant to understand it. Decent prices, decent food. Likes: this is a great place to come if you want to be around loud, energetic people. They are open late and have all kinds of things to satisfy your cravings. My nephew has been struggling lately so I took him here tonight to talk. Even though it was a somewhat noisy environment it actually worked out well. He's a teenager and probably would've felt uncomfortable in a calm, quiet environment. Anyway, he ordered a big burger which he liked. I always love their buffalo wings. My favorite sauces are the garlic Parmesan, honey barbecue, and the chipotle dry rub. Dislikes: the food isn't the highest quality I've ever had. It's decent quality considering the prices. First and foremost, the receipt was correct. I don't know what was going on with the carryout staff tonight, but they got my order completely wrong. I only ordered 3 things, pretty simple. I ordered 2 small orders of boneless wings, and 1 basket of fries. I ordered through door dash, and we received updates throughout the entire process. We received an update stating the order was going to be late because BWW was still preparing the order. When the order finally arrived, we unpacked everything to find the basket of fries were completely missing, wings were not boneless like we asked, and the sauces were wrong. We asked for the 2 sauces we chose to be mixed together. It's not hard. We do this every time we get BWW. Another very disturbing thing is that in my husbands order, he found a corner piece of plastic that had been ripped off of a bag just sitting on top of his wings... who doesn't notice this?? I wasn't quite sure what to do about this since it was a door dash order, but I ended up calling BWW first because they were closing soon. The guy I spoke with tried blaming this on the door dasher because they're suppose to check the orders before they leave the restaurant. Which I agree, they should be checking, but BWW should also be checking before they bag the order up, I mean seriously. How do you miss a big corner piece of plastic sitting right on top of the food? Own up to your mistake and make it right I never got the correct order, we tried contacting our door dasher, but he said he was just the middleman and to contact customer support. This location has very friendly employees, but poor food quality. We had to ask for straws and silverware. We also had to ask for drinks to be filled. The only thing I really liked were their fries and mozzarella sticks. I got the barbecue honey mustard boneless wings. They were kind of dry and way too crunchy for a wing. Not to mention my wings were only maybe 35% covered in sauce. Our appetizer was really disappointing. Our "ultimate nachos" were more like corn chips with minimal essence of chili and queso.
