We went on the weekend so we assumed it was very pact but to our surprise it was kinda empty, the service was welcoming and nice I understand with waiting and being patient with service but the time was very long but despite long wait times the food service was very quick, we decided to try three different flavors (couldn't tell you which ones we got because they all tasted the same) with a weird after burn flavor taste that didn't really taste good, I've had better wings before, was the service nice and welcoming? Yes. Was the food really worth the wait? Not really. I would definitely recommend another wing spot because this was not really worth the wait and quality! On February 14, 2026, my friends and I decided to come here for a Galentine's gathering. That eneded up being a big mistake. The waiter ended up with did not seem like he wanted to be bothered with us at all. He only took a few orders on the side opposite me. I knew he was busy so, I patiently waited for him to take our orders. After waiting a long time, I even told him that I was ready to order, thinking that maybe somehow he thought that I was not ready. He just kept moving and not not respond, even though he was looking right at me. So, I waited some more and waited some more (so did the others who had not ordered). After about another 15-20 minutes had passed, I decided to tell him again that we were ready to order. He still had no response and we waited about another 15 or more minutes. By that time, I was fed up and spoke with the manager. She apologized and I told her that I wanted someone else to wait on us because he did not seem to want to do it. So, she sent Jason over. He was a bit better but, we still did not get the best service. I guess she was hopeful that the waiters would work it out or she just felt too busy to really care. Dined here on a Saturday at noon. No crowd and no wait. Plenty of open tables however, I sat at the bar. Plenty of TV's around the bar area in case you want to watch a game. I did notice they open early during football season (that's a plus!). The bartender was very nice and pleasant. She was friendly and held conversations with everyone while serving. Our food came out pretty fast once we ordered. We ordered 15 wings - Nashville hot, desert heat and lemon pepper. I did not care for the Nashville flavor but the other 2 flavors were good. The wings came with veggies (carrots and celery sticks) and we also ordered a side of fries. The wings were slightly over cooked but overall it was ok. I also had a strawberry margarita on the rocks which was good as well. If I'm ever craving wings, I would not pick BWW .... I am a BWW fan and I usually go to this restaurant. Today's experience was kind of weird. As I walked in, I was greeted by the host. He asked me bar or table, said table , since I saw half of the restaurant was empty. He told me to sit on the bar stools by the door which was weird. Since half of the place was empty. I noticed anybody coming after me was told to take any tables they like. That was a big turn off. I have been to location before service was better. There are several TVs playing different sport games for people who are interested to watch. For ambiance this location is very clean and well maintained. There is indoor and outdoor sitting. For food I ordered chicken sandwich with fries. I can say that I liked my chicken sandwich. It was good and since I love fries. I really enjoyed my fries. No complaints about the food. Server was friendly and kept checking on me to see if everything was okay. It didn't take a long time to get the food. It was approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Parking is easy since it is located in the mall. There are plenty of parking spots available within walking distance. read more

I've never been a BWW fan. I feel like you can get better wings at other places. However they came out with their unlimited appetizer special so I thought my kids would enjoy that. We tried each of the apps included. Of course did that price you wouldn't expect the highest quality. My favorite item was the fried pickles. They were fried fresh and had a decent amount of pickle in them. My kids liked the mozzarella sticks, but I wasn't a fan at all. The salsa tasted like it came from a jar, it needed salt, and it was spicy for my kids. It did have a little kick. But I wouldn't call it "hot". The queso was a little spicy too according to my daughter. The onion rings were very sweet. I'm not sure what they battered them with. Our server was nice though and she was very efficient at bringing things to us quickly. I probably won't be back. But my kids enjoyed the experience of getting so many different apps. OK so I haven't had Buffalo wild wings in so long. It's crazy however, my mom and I decided to go tonight and I have no regrets. The only regret that I do have is that we did wait around 30 minutes to get a table but it was because they were really short staff tonight, we ended up waiting and we got our table. First, the pricing was shocking--a 10-piece traditional wing cost $20, while Wingstop offers the same portion for $14. My wife decided to drag me to Buffalo Wild Wings on a rainy day when I was off work, so we went for the Pick 6 deal which is two entrées, two sides, and two drinks for two people for $25. For my food, I chose the American Double Cheeseburger, which comes with lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, and mayonnaise. I got tater tots as my side. For my drink, I ordered a Mug Root Beer, and I made sure the server brought me plenty of ranch because you know Danny likes to be swimming in his ranch game. My wife got the 10 boneless wings. You get to choose two sauces, and she went with Honey BBQ and Garlic Parmesan, with French fries and a Dr Pepper. The service was top-notch, and our waiter was very friendly. He had no problem getting us anything we needed, and he checked on us often so we never felt forgotten. The ambience here is your typical sports bar with lots of TVs, and when I say lots of TVs, I mean lots. Around the bar they have huge screens, so you won't miss anything when you're watching a game, whether it's Dodgers baseball or the Rams. I always like coming here because the food is consistently good, and I also like taking home leftovers from Buffalo Wild Wings since they taste just as good the second day. Also, there is plenty of seating, but if you come on a day when a big game is on, you might have to wait a little bit to be seated. As for parking, there's plenty of it since it shares a lot with the mall and the movie theater, so there's always a spot. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants some wings and a game to watch on the big screens or on many screens at the same time. I came here with my sons after a family movie at the theatre next store. Both of them are big, big chicken wing fans, so they were excited to try it out. After being told it was a 20 minute wait, my little one engaged in a soccer match on the greens in front with some mall patrons. That was great to make the time pass, but 20 minutes came and went. Then 30. Then 40. When we got in, the place was nearly empty. We asked if we could sit outside but they said they could not accommodate that. Weird but okay. Maybe they are understaffed, I thought. But if they were, you couldn't tell by the lax staff just hanging around. Our waitress took forever to get there and come back. The place was loud, obviously meant for a sports crowd, but with no crowd! The TVs were just blaring different channels simultaneously. I haven't been here in over a decade. I had to stop by to do the blazing wings challenge. It is their spiciest wings. It's 12 wings in six minutes. I did eight out of 12 wings and they gave me free ice cream on the house. The wings were actually really good and the flavor was there. It wasn't even that spicy, the challenge is really just stuffing your face with them as a spice buildup from not taking any breaks. They don't let you have any water either. It was that bad... that...the next time i'm craving wings... I'm going to buy the party wings from Costco, and make them at home. Not only will they be cleaner, and fresh, but also a lot more plump! I had such an annoying experience this evening with the service. They move so slow and don't bother to look up. I was sitting at the bar, the guy doesn't even bring me a menu. So I ate alone at the bar, hoping to only be there for 30 minutes, I was there a whole ass hour, mostly waiting on these incompetent, sluggish, non busy morons that have no sense of awareness.
