Worst service ever. Joyal was my server tonight and definitely dropped the ball. Took 10 minutes to get drinks ordered. My kid got her meal before her lemonade. I ordered fries, they're out. Tots? Out. Ordered celery only because I'm allergic to carrots. Guess what! Carrots were on my plate too. Cool whatever. Ordered food Togo, where she argued with what I can and can't order. Then when I told her she had given the worst service, she didn't seem to care. She needs to be retrained by someone who knows what they're doing. The wings here used to be solid back when BWW was one of the few competitors out there for chicken wings. There is a plethora of options for wings, including Korean fried chicken, that blows BWW out of the water. Not only are the wings small, every time I go, they're slightly over cooked. This last time I went was the deciding factor that I just NEEDED to write a review. The service was HORRENDOUS. We ordered chicken ultimate nachos and they came out 15 mins later with NO chicken. We let our server know and he assured us that he would run in and get some chicken for the nachos. We thought that was weird because we weren't expecting a new plate of nachos, but it made sense because the chips would've gotten soggy. 10 mins go by and he comes up to us and asks us how the nachos were, and told us that our wings would be coming out shortly. We replied that we still didn't get the chicken yet. He apologized, and said he would run back and grab it now. We waited about 5 mins. Saw him run out with someone else's food, which is no big deal, but then he looked as our table and immediately gave us a look that told us he forgot about the chicken again. So now our wings arrive and we still haven't gotten the chicken. About 5 mins after we get our wings, the chicken for the nachos finally come out and its too late because the chicken is cold and the nachos were too soggy. We ate them anyway but it was an awful experience. We thought dessert would make up for it. We ordered the cheesecake bites and boom. A server brings out a cheesecake slice. We told them that was a mistake because we ordered the cheesecake bites. She brings it back to the kitchen. Our server comes back about 10 mins later and drops off the bill and asks us how everything was. We told him we still haven't gotten our cheesecake bites and that the other server brought out a cheesecake slice. They finally come out about 5 mins later and we pay and we leave and we laughed at how funny it was. It was literally laughably bad. TLDR. BWW sucks with food and service. Working late hours, like midnight-2am managers are required to walk female employees to their car/watch closely. None of these rules are followed. I get off work in the wee hours of the morning and It isnt safe, especially with all the sex trafficking going on in the DFW area. If BWW doesn't want a big ass lawsuit for one of their employees getting snatched from the parking lot, start taking serious safety measures (ex) not leaving 1 female employee in the front late at night smh. read more

I should have read the reviews before coming here, they are low for a reason. I went to this location and ordered a medium size traditional order of 15 wings when I drive home a count my wings I only received 14. I've learned to count my wings when ordering at BWW because I'm often shorted 1-2 wings from time to time. When I spoke with the manager and informed him that I was shorted on my food he told me as of one month ago they stopped selling medium orders in the size of 15. I informed him that when I asked for 15 wings I should have been told right then that 15 was really 14. The price is the same but the number of wings you get is less... I had the worst first experience this Saturday. I walked in to be greeted by a guy with glasses who asked for my name and how many . He told me to wait so a table could be cleaned off. I waited 10 minutes until a young lady ( Alexis I think?) came and asked if I've been helped. She then helped me get a booth cleaned off for me and my date. The booth was just sitting there dirty. He had a negative attitude as he sat us. We just walked out after that point. If I ever come again I hope it's a staff like the girl the night I came and not that idiot guy. The 6 traditional wings were good but the boneless wings tasted like a salted over breaded mess. I couldn't eat them. I ordered wings online to pickup from the restaurant. The wings were good but I have a couple of problems with the experience. First I ordered at 8:23 online and it said that the order would ready for pickup at 9:10. The website looked like it would provide updates on the state of the order but never did. When I got to the restaurant at 9:02 the order was ready and waiting an already cold. We are on a keto diet so we ordered slaw for a side at $3.99. What a joke. It was a small container only half full. it was literally about 7 bites. It was supposed to be broccoli heads, cabbage, and carrots. I saw no broccoli but lettuce, cabbage, and carrots. During this difficult time of covid-19 I understand that restaurants might have some aches and pains during the transition to only doing takeout and delivery. However, that does not mean that service should be compromised. I placed an order 30 minutes ago for a pick up time of 4:03pm. I arrive to collect my order and the waitress up front tells me they JUST got the order and that it would be another 15-20 minutes. An obvious lie that left a bad taste in my mouth. The restaurant has to confirm the order before it even goes through on my end. So in reality what probably happened was they weren't paying attention to new orders coming in, or their time management (which is what I'm betting my money on) was the issue. This location of BWW is always late with their Togo orders, like their customers would rather sit and wait for food that should ALREADY be done. There's no one to serve inside. I usually do to-go orders from this location & I think only dined in maybe 3 times over 5 years but we dined in today 7/14/22 & I just wanted to give a review on how great it was. Granted we are pretty easy going as we always get the same thing & know exactly what we want lol but it was still a great dinning experience. We were sat immediately, took about 5 minutes for our server to come around & get our drinks as it was 6:30-7pm & busy. We got our drinks within a minute after, got our appetizer ordered (Cheese Curds) & they were out to us in less then 10 minutes, we had ordered our meals with our appetizer & those both came out maybe 20 minutes after we ordered (it was quick) the boneless wings were hot hot hot! As my husband says, it's a good problem to have that your food is hot hot hot, lol. We got a variety of wing sauces, desert heat - Buffalo rub - orange chicken - hot - Buffalo garlic, each are great & we got our fries tossed in Buffalo rub which is A++++! Our server was on top of everything we needed & he went above & beyond with noticing things we needed before we needed to ask & once we boxed up our leftovers the manager just happened to walk by & he asked if we would like a bag to put our Togo boxes in, was something so little but made the ending to a already good experience, even better! This location kind of sucks. Apparently service here before was even worse. I've been coming here for over two years and some servers are definitely nicer than others. Service is inconsistent and so is food quality. I appreciate bdubs' mild buffalo wing flavor. It's quite unique in my opinion and distinctly bdubs. Unfortunately more times than anyone would like, chicken is not cooked well. Either overcooked to a point where it's hard to eat or it's rubbery and not edible. Last time I was here, there was at least 2 pieces that was like that and that's just not acceptable. Which sucks if you order the snack size and 2/5 of your chicken isn't edible. Also they are so cheap when it comes to the sauce. Like i asked for buffalo wings not fried wings with a couple drops of sauce. So always ask for extra sauce. read more

It came out with the rep explaining what was all in the to go bag. This place is definitely better then the one over in Irving off 635. Not a big fan of this location. Service was slow. However, server was great at checking up on our table and constantly refilling our drinks. Service may have been slow due to a busy night. Overall experience was "A-OK." Food was great. I highly recommend the asian zing flavor for traditional wings. Also recommend ordering the fried pickles basket. If you're not in the mood for an alcoholic drink, the strawberry lemonade never disappoints. This is a great place for some wings, drinks and catching up with friends. We came here last night to reverse happy hour to get a quick drink in and snacks after a long Monday. We arrived at a little before 10:30, so the place wasn't crowded at all. There were like 2 people at the bar and 4 occupied tables of parties of 5 or less. We waited at the front booth and nobody came. It wasn't like the people were busy at all. The tables already had their food, but no waiter or waitress in sight. We had to ask one of the guys leaving if he can find someone to seat us. Alas, 5 minutes later, someone finally came out to seat us. They then promptly left again. We literally had to call her back to get the happy hour menu since it wasn't on the table. We literally just ordered as fast as we can so we won't have to wait for her for an indefinite amount of time. We ordered margs. 2 were on the rocks, one was frozen. I highly don't recommend frozen. It is literally lime and water. Barely any hint of alcohol. On the rocks was good. Like really good. I'm impressed. We also ordered fried mushrooms. They were okay. In my opinion, they were way to breaded. I prefer a little less batter. They also took a little long to come out. Lastly, we got the dessert nachos, which was probably the best and worst decision of the night. It was literally a huge deep fried tortilla with four huge scoops of ice cream with deep fried cheesecake bites topped off with caramel and chocolate sauce. It was delicious. The tortilla was slightly sweet with a lot of crunch. The ice cream was not overpowering which was great since there was already so much going on. The cheesecake bites were amazing. Great dessert, super bad for my health. Alas, we finished our meal. We called the waitress. She was ready to get us out. She literally brought the tab and receipts to us right away. We had the best service for lunch at this BWW! My husband and I had our 8 month old with us and the staff went out of their way to keep him entertained. They set up the games for him to play, read his book to him and made funny faces every time they walked by. It was amazing. We went through a meal without any meltdowns because of them. Our food was very good. Their spicy garlic is the best! We had the potato wedges, wings and some chicken fingers. Everything was served as ordered and did not have a single issue. It's been a while since I've been to a BDubs so I stopped in for lunch. When we went in, we were the second table there and the hostess asked us if we were in a rush or coming in to hang out? We told her we were in a hurry due to it being our lunch hour. When she sat us she put a place card on our table letting the waitress know that we were in a rush. I appreciate the gimmick but c'mon really? Who in their right mind would say, "naw we're cool with slow service." They have a really decently priced lunch menu. One of the options is $6.99 for 5 wings and a side. You can up that to 10 wings for an additional $2.50, I think? Which wasn't a bad deal, and ultimately the one I chose. I had the mango habanero and spicy garlic (can't remember). Whatever the second one was wasn't very good because I can't even remember what it was. The mango habanero was ok. The family has been on a Buffalo Wild Wing kick lately. We usually visit the Garland BWW but decided to stop here since we were in the area. The customer service here is better than the Garland location. Our waiter was so friendly. The one negative thing about our visit...in order to pick up the wifi, you must go near the restrooms. So I had a mixed visit, but the manager made things right. I came here with my brother, my wife, and his girlfriend, my brother really likes "B-Dubs". They've got some really great wings. The problem with this visit was the wait. We were seated and our order was taken, but then we didn't get our food for over an hour. I've read many places online and from friends that were in the food service, is that you should first talk to the manager to see if they can resolve the issue before you give a bad tip. So that's what I did (oddly enough my wife was super embarrassed even though she was the one complaining about the wait and wanting me to give a small tip). So the manager investigated, and it turns out our waitress didn't key in the order until a full 30 minutes after she took it, so she offered 50% off my ticket. So since I got half off, I gave a full tip, and I assume whatever discipline/correction is necessary, the management took care of it. So 2 stars for a long wait & good food, plus 2 more stars for half off my check. Hopefully next time we'll get better service! read more

It actually pains me to give Bdubs a 3 star instead of a 5 star since I've been a regular for the last two years now. I usually got the traditional wings which are some of the most delicious wings you can find in DFW. They also let you sample their sauces for free which other wings restaurants charge for. I stopped coming here mainly because the service has sucked the last few times friends and I have gone. Wait staff always has an attitude and every manager doesn't seem to care. I've been here a few times and the place is just okay. There are quite a few televisions around to watch games but a lot of them in the bar are projections and therefore the quality is poor. The food is average or below average. It's simply prepared food out of the box and reheated. I doubt much of the food use any fresh ingredients as every time I have been there it seems bland and tasteless. I've tried every appetizer on the menu and had multiple entrees. This could wind up being my new favorite place to enjoy NFL, I'm a huge New England fan and I believe, this will be the place for my Sunday sport breaks. My wife and I came for Steelers/Titans last night and had an absolute blast, TV's in every direction and a really good staff, in which I still don't know how the waitress was so attentive with so many tables, but she managed very well. Thursday night was 60cent boneless night topping off a perfect sports evening, unfortunately there was only 2 minutes of really good football. The whole experienced clicked very well, and one more thing Guys, just because she's adorable and wearing short shorts, doesn't give permission for someone to grab anything, treat people with respect no matter where you are and remember that waitress is someones daughter or even mother. 4 stars but with the dumb kid trying to be cool grabbing the waitress butt, I give an extra star for the way she handled it. read more
