Came for weekly date night in addition to offer for Teacher Appreciation Week discount. Our server was good and our food was good minus the nachos needing more cheese. We order an appetizer Sampler, we would order everything again except the nachos that was dry. We ordered side sauces for dipping not realizing that each one would be a 60cent charge after we asked to substitute the original sauces that were marked as spicy. The fried cauliflower was our favorite. It was nice to have the discount offered.

    Garlic Parmesan boneless wings.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The first picture is garlic Parmesan boneless wings. The second is hot Bbq, and of course the last picture is overcooked French fries. When I showed the employee what they had sent out she said omg this is horrendous! When bringing my food back, the Assistant General Manager Donna Roth totally disregarded my concern when trying to show her what her employees have sent out! There was no apology, no regard for this nasty shit! I mean it literally tastes and smell like it was cooked in old oil. It was remade and looks exactly the same.!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!

We noticed right away -- the new menus, specials, and new presentations. When a restaurant like BWW goes to the expense to make new menus, offer happy hour drink/ food specials and create new appealing food presentations they are trying to increase their brand loyalty. I know this because I am in the industry. After our last visit, I believe BWW needs to pay less attention to their branding and invest more into their customers, better quality control and fix their staff problems -- especially at this location. According to other Yelp reviews, I am not alone in my opinion. This is really is sad for us. This BWW location has been in our "eating out" rotation for over three years now. "Typically" we get good food, good service, and "typically" we are happy, we have been loyal customers and tip well ... but the last two visits have been very disappointing. This last visit literally made me mad. Yes, we were seated quickly, and yes, our waiter, Gordon, greeted us. We eat here so often that we were ready to place our order. The wings came out, and all of us said at the same time, "The wings are cold?" Gordon stops by to ask if everything is ok. We said, "No!" We explain that all of our wings were cold. He simply smirks and says he's really sorry about that. Hmmmmm??? We sat there for a minute ... thinking he would send over a manager.. but he didn't. We ate the wings anyway. The wings were ok but not fresh and hot as we expected. Every time we looked around to ask for extra napkins, drink refills or ranch, Gordon was either talking in the corner with the other wait staff or upfront flirting with the hostesses. The next time he came around .. I asked for a manager. He says, sure, there are a few of them around. No manager ever showed up. Not sure if he actually asked for one to come to our table? Gordon comes back with the check and says, "Yeah, sorry about the cold wings, so yeah." Our teenage daughter bust out laughing and said that was so flipped and salty, lol. Bottom line, we did not enjoy our evening out. It was a total waste for us! If the food quality and service are not reliable it is not worth visiting just for the ambiance. There are too many other venues nearby that offer this and much more! We will not go back.

Expediting ticket shows the order wasn't started utnil 7:06pm, 4 minutes before I was supposed to pick up. Ended up taking 20 more minutes.

Heading into this BW3s in Plano, I was expecting the same great service I've received in the past in college and traveling for work. Ended up leaving very disappointed in the long wait time and lack of customer service. The worst feeling for a simple pickup order is to arrive on time at the designated pick up time (7:10pm on a Thursday night) and watch all the other customers who arrived after you pickup their order first. It ended up taking 20 minutes to get my order which I finally picked up at 7:30pm after being told every 5 minutes it'll be another 5 minutes (see expediting ticket attached to this review). Matthew (the pickup employee) was working as hard as he could with every order but the kitchen must have been completely lost and disoriented since he kept coming back telling me it would be another 5 minutes. Normally, I could care less about waiting , but I had my family in the car waiting (my wife and 2 toddlers), I will second guess my next visit at this location if I do ever go back. You can see on the attachments for the expediting ticket that the order didn't look like it was put in until 7:06pm, 4 minutes before the time I was told to come pick up my food. It took 26 minutes (as shown on the ticket) to even get my food out. Last but not least, when I finally got my order, Matthew didn't care to say thanks for waiting or sorry for the wait - maybe I'm expecting too much from restaurants nowadays, but a little social/customer service basics would go a long way and make up for the wait.

Don't get me wrong I really like BWW but it was my first time trying boneless wings and man that was NOT good.. My first time at this location because I came with a group of friends on a Thursday night. It was suprsingly busy but I assumed its because of that 65 cent boneless wing special. I always get traditional wings here and always asain zing and mango habenero. This time since there was a deal I decided to try it out plus they had a new flavor called korean bbq and I wanted to see how it was. Our waitress was super busy and she had some trainer with her so they were pretty slow at coming. Our table had to ask for our check, more waters, extra orders to random people passing by since our waiter was no where to be found. Our food came out fast and we got our appitizers first. The mozzerella sticks were actually pretty good, gooey and stringy. It was probably my favorite out of everything I ate there. My boneless wings were very disappointing.. so much breading and it was so hard in some areas that biting down felt like I was biting down on brick. Some of my boneless wings was literally no chicken but just a huge chunk of breading.. My korwan bbq sauce was so salty I couldnt even finish it after one piece. I wasn't sure if it was because of the breading that made it more salty or if it literally was the sauce it self. Either way bad! Never again. Sticking with asian zing! I am not sure if bww has changed their formula but the spice level seemed more spicy than I rememeber. The asain zing and mango seemed twice more spicy than I remembered. Asain zing used to be this sweet sauce and now its got a kick. Mango habenero is more spicy and a little disapointing because its more spice than that sweet mango and just burned going down. Overall, learned some lessons and probably will stick to what I always get plus maybe mozzerella sticks haha

I've been to the Plano location many times and always left satisfied. Tonight my family and I experienced one of the worst customer service. We got seated and got our order in by Delaney , we were left unattended and had no updates on our order. Waited 30 minutes and Delaney showed up to bring only one plate , no silverware no napkins, we waited and someone else brought out the rest of the order. Came by asked if we needed anything we got 2 drinks Delaney dropped them off and disappeared for what seems to be the longest 30ish minutes. We had to ask another server for to go boxes and asked to call Delaney over for our checks. Not to mention she left her other tables dirty after customers left. We left unsatisfied with Delaneys customer service .

Prices are all within a reasonable price. Price point is around $12-$20 dependent on choice of entrée. Beers are well priced as will, with certain days having specials at $4 pints. Usually, most bars are either too fancy or just ok. This place matches the perfect menu choices for the environment while not sacrificing quality and it shows the unknown chef/ cook working in the back is passionate and loves what he/she does by producing the dishes that come out of that kitchen. *Atmosphere of establishment is impeccable. The staff is always on top of cleaning, sanitizing areas when patrons leave. In the military, I knew when things were clean when I could smell bleach. Buckets of bleach water with clean rags are used to wipe down the bar tops. *Additional staff, constantly wipe down, remove rubber mats on the bar top, and sanitize multiple times while in our presence, demonstrating the utmost meticulous discipline on clean areas. Men's restrooms are known to smell at bars, however, at this location the restrooms are constantly checked on by staff and cleaned if needed. I have never gone to the restroom and not been able to wash hands due to no soap or dry hands, due to no paper towels. Bartenders (Traci and Kyla) and waitresses are friendly and respectful. The manager, Buddy is very friendly to my wife and I and now at this point, when he sees us walk in, he will ask if there is anything we want to see that isn't on the multiple TVs. If there is a San Antonio Spurs game, he will make it a point to put on the game, so we are able to enjoy my team. *This bar accommodates me in the manner I love having a draft beer dressed with chamoy and Tajin. The staff already just by seeing my wife and I knows our drink, and makes it a point to fulfill our expectation.

Go here a lot! I'll start with the vibe, its definitely an Icehouse, TVs with all kinds of sports everywhere and a huge open eating area, there is a stage for live music but it was empty when we went, but it was during the World Cup and Mexico was playing that night so not surprised at all. They have a nice outdoor patio with two pool tables. If you're going expecting a quiet evening for middle age ears, then your expectations need to be changed, this is not a place for grumpy corner booth eaters, this place is alive. The staff, from the moment we walked in it was nothing but smiles from every employee we crossed paths with, which brings us to our waitress T, yes just the initial T, calm down cause she was amazing. She kept our drinks full and never made us feel rushed, she was the perfect balance of attentive but also giving us space. If you get her as your waitress you will not be disappointed. The food, we ordered the fried pickles, the Assembly Smashburger, and a Cubano Sammich. The fried pickles have ruined fried pickles for me from some of my favorite fries pickle places, they are crispy and tart and simply delicious. My wife had the Assembly Smashburger, the only warning about this burger is the juicyness makes it messy, but thats one mess everyone should be ok with. And the Cubano Sammich forget about it, if you like Cubanos this is the place for you!! Give the menu a peep, bwcause it has options that tickle any fancy! In conclusion, if you leave the Asswmbly Icehouse unhappy its because you're a miserable person and nothing in life will ever bring you joy, so just stick with a corner table at McDonald's, eating your Chicken Nuggets and their immortal French fries, leave the happiness for everyone else at the Icehousw.

Sadly, if I wanted really good Irish food, or even just mediocre Irish food, I should have went somewhere else. Let's start with the Reuben egg rolls. There were 3 of them for $11. Sadly this was the start of the crappy experience. These were three of the smallest, greasiest, unfilled "spring" rolls I've ever had. They need to learn the difference between an egg roll and a spring roll. As far as the filling? No Swiss cheese was to be found, there were three strings of sauerkraut in each one, and the smallest, little sliver of corned beef was in HALF of each spring roll. As an added bonus, they were served on a plate in a puddle of grease. While the puddle of grease was the original turn off, the first bite of these little flavorless, unfilled, pieces of crap, was the icing on the cake. The guiness stew was mediocre at best, and the curry was nothing like good, McDonnell's Irish curry. The Currey was obviously "made" from a packet of Indian food one can pick up at Walmart. Overall I highly recommend going someplace else if you want good, traditional Irish food.
