I went with the fried pickles, chicken dippers, pretzel knots and thai curry wings. The flavor on the thai curry wings were phenomenal, it was so saucy and flavorful, I'd definitely order this again. It was the perfect size for sharing. We also ordered a bacon patty melt and the bacon was fresh, patty was juicy and the bread was nicely toasted. The side of fry wedges were crispy and had a good seasoning. Service: 5/5: Super helpful staff and very attentive, they made sure we had all of our food and would check on us for refills and also brought over a free order of 6 birthday wings! 1-Star Review I will take this complaint to manager Daniel Anglikowski !!! I have never felt so disgusted and humiliated by a takeout experience in my life. The food I received was ice cold, clearly old, and had obviously been sitting out for a long time. On top of that, it wasn't even the correct order. What made the situation even worse was the way the staff handled it. The receipt attached to the bag did not match what I ordered, yet they insisted it was mine and tried to cover it up instead of taking responsibility. It was obvious they had given me someone else's order that had been left on the counter and then tried to pass it off as freshly prepared. When I asked for a refund, they refused--despite the fact that the order was completely wrong and the food itself was unacceptable. The level of laziness and disrespect was unbelievable. Went on a Saturday in Feb before lunch and it was very quiet so grabbed a table by the bar and got started with the traditional wings and the 2 sauces: Mango Habenero - decent spice & heat with tangy notes. Original Buffalo - went with the OG sauce and it was a little underwhelming. The disappointment was that the wings themselves were not crispy and the skin was a little soft so the portion was ok but nothing special and since you have to request the celery and carrots it seemed that they did not have time to shave the celery stalks or really clean the "baby carrots" so too busy to use real carrots and cut them into sticks. The service & tv options were fine & since there were less than 10 people in the place the bartender was very efficient but definitely other options for better wings in the area. read more

I was at the mall and since it was lunchtime, decided to eat here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. While the outside is just ok, the interior is clean and inviting with many big tvs displaying sports. It kept my kids engaged which was a big plus :) April was my server and she was super sweet. Very attentive and informative, kept checking throughout the time we were there asking if we needed anything. For the food, we ordered ranch chicken wrap, Caesar salad, Nashville hot fried chicken sandwich and Asian zing chicken wings(regular) I really liked the food as it was delicious, not overly oily and very fresh! I've been to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Burlington, MA but when I went there, we did not get the opportunity to enjoy the full experience of the all you can eat wings because we went 90 minutes before closing. This time around it was different. While we did have to wait 30-45 minutes between the appetizers coming out and the first order of wings, the wings did not disappoint!!! They were hot, crispy, and the flavors were good. My uncle, friend, and I stuck to the more dry rub flavors (thinking it would be easier to eat more wings if we avoided the heavier sauces). The lemon pepper, desert heat, and salt & vinegar dry rubs were my favorite and I would definitely go back. I mean how couldn't I go back, I ate the most wings among my group with me eating 30, my uncle eating 27 and my friend proudly eating 20.1 wings (he took a measly bite out of his 21st wing :). While the wings were the star of the show, our server Heidi was a close second. Her service was great whether it be her refilling our sodas 3+ times or taking our next order of wings ahead of time. To start, we knew a big sports game was playing the night we went in so we called ahead to see if there was an already a wait. The guy who answered the phone said it's first come first serve and hung up without letting us know if there was a wait or not. No big deal so we headed there anyways with hopes for the best. Again, no big deal, we talked and watched all the different sports games playing on the tvs that's covered every wall of the restaurant. We ordered the buffalo dip to start and it came out pretty quickly. The dip was hot and full of flavor. Plenty of chunky of chicken too. Food came out shortly after. We got the all American cheeseburger and the picture showed two patties so we asked if it came that way and our waitress said no, so we added an extra. When the burger came out it had three patties and the waiter claimed they accidentally put three on there. She offered to remake it and stated we would only be charged for the additional patty we asked for. Later on after seeing it stated it was already suppose to come with two patties, I asked her if it was suppose to originally come as a double and she double downed and told us that it wasn't, even though I already knew. Along with that, she never brought out the drinks we ordered and offered to take them off the bill and then came back and said she couldn't. She did kindly offer us a free cookie, but we declined and asked for the drinks to go. Napkins and utensils weren't brought out until halfway through the entree which is pretty much a must with finger food. Our receipt did not come itemized, which we could have asked for but didn't, but it just feels like a way to cover up and still charge us for her mistake. Overall food was good but it left a bad taste in our mouth to be deceived and lied to even when I tried to bring it up. Every time I come to this place the wait is always so long and the people helping take orders are not attentive or helpful. When I came in the phones were ringing , there was a line forming, and not a single person at the front to help guide people whether to be for taking orders or seating. I opted to try ordering through the app and set it up for a pickup time. When I came back for my designated pickup time I gave it an additional 30 minutes only to be told he didn't know where the order was and there must've been a kitchen mistake and I be to wait and additional 15. No compensation, no I'm sorry, or no urgency. A second time I came here I ordered at the front for to go and came back only to be told he gave my order away to someone else that stated my same name. Honestly I'd recommend to management to give a ticket or ticket number to prove and match in order to avoid mistakes like this in the future. The wings are tasty and i appreciate all the different sauces and seasonings to choose from. The two I got were the maple chipotle and the lemon pepper. Somehow got talked into going to BWW to watch some March Madness games on a Sunday afternoon. They have TVs all around the dining room and just about every sports channel on you can imagine. Great place to watch some games but unfortunately I'm just not crazy about the food. We ordered the dip trio, chicken tenders, and some wings. Starting with the dip trip, the guacamole was sooo under seasoned! It needed salt desperately and after a couple chips I just couldn't do it anymore. The salsa and queso were okay but nothing special. My boyfriend enjoyed his wings but my tenders were just alright. Nothing on their menu really stands out to me which is probably why I really try not to come here. Service was good but kinda slow considering we were one of the only tables inside. This location is located at the Westgate mall so there usually is a good amount of parking open. This is a great place to grab lunch while watching sports. It is filled with TVs and lots of sitting areas. The staff here are wonderful and so accommodating. They have a wonderful rewards program that includes amazing deals on entrees like free burgers when one is purchased. I would give this restaurant a perfect 5 stars if it was that there is a lack of healthy entree choices. Also, when I asked if a side salad could substitute for fries on their burger entrees, I was told yes but the waitress never stated that it would be a $1 extra nor was that stated in the menu. Not that $1 is a big deal but gee, cannot there be other alternatives then french fries as a side at no charge? Other restaurants would have free alternatives. Still everything was delicious- I had the mushroom top burger and the side salad. It was very good but something I would even then rarely have as I try to eat more healthy. One thing I got to note, this restaurant gets very cold- I had to wear a jacket inside to keep warm. I would have been freezing if I did not have a jacket on. We were lied to by one waitress saying last call was at 10. No other location has ever turned away a customer saying they are "too busy".
