My wife's grandson was visiting and wanted to go to BWW at Tulsa Hills. We were greeted and seated promptly upon our arrival. The hostess was friendly and provided menus. The waitress arrived and informed us of the Tuesday special of BOGO boneless chicken wings. If you haven't been to a BWW, you can choose a different sauce or dry rub for five pieces within your order. We ordered the 10 boneless chicken wings and had Asian Zing (I had 10 coated in this sauce because it's the best), Caribbean Jerk, and Jalapeño Jam. My wife had the dry rub and Asian Zing in hers, and the grandson had traditional buffalo sauce. We split an order of tater tots and onion rings. All of the food was served promptly and tasted delicious. The televisions were playing a soccer game and BWW trivia. The atmosphere was good and not too loud where you could enjoy a good table conversation. The waitress was very attentive and caring. We enjoyed the service and food that we will return. read more

The absolute worst service, I was there last week and had to wait over 20 minutes to place my drink order. We asked about the bottomless appetizers and she said yes they were running the promotion but we still got charged additional appetizers. And the service was very slow. Went back today at a different time, had a different server and it was just as bad except this time the server said they weren't running the promotion but they would honor it anyway, then told us just one appetizer at a time and we needed to have a minimum of 4 people so I don't know what the deal was. Here's the deal. This is a wing place so they should specialize in them in my opinion. These were garbage! We ordered 2 saucy flavors and 2 rubs (lemon pepper and salt&vinegar). Regrettably we took them home but of course they were even worse. You can see from the picture the "rub" was missing. There was like a splash of seasoning on ONE side and the saucy ones were just as bad. Then I ordered celery and carrots and over half of the celery was BROWN AND MUSHY! Came here alone, cool, that doesn't mean I should be ignored for 40 minutes sitting at the bar waiting for a drink. For our drinks, she chose Bud Light Lime and I ordered an Angry Orchard Rose, which was very light on the palette. If you've ever been to Buffalo Wild Wings, it's a great time. Basically, its a sports bar that specializes in wings, chicken tenders, and burgers. We love to eat there anytime we can. The food was great as always and the atmosphere was fun and lively. I saw some negative reviews of this location on here before attending, but found it to be very pleasant and accommodating. The food was excellent, and we ordered a great variety of it, 3 different meals with 7 different items of food. The Pepsi was the best me and my grandmother, who's an avid Pepsi drinker, have ever had out somewhere. We were given plenty of space, nice both as a personal preference and in the Covid era. The waiter, Frederick, was very kind and helpful to us and the others there. The only negative was the music selection, but that's a personal preference so if you like country, it'll be great. I used to LOVE BWW but I feel as though their food as declined tremendously. I stopped going for a very long time, but my father in law suggested it so we tried again. To start off, worst service I have had in a long time. I ordered a sweet tea. That was my first mistake, it was GROSS. The Mac and cheese tasted like CiCi's Alfredo, which is far from a compliment. My one year old daughter wouldn't even eat it. The mozzarella sticks were okay, they hardly had any breading. However, the onion rings were delish. The wings were pretty decent. However on our dry rub wings, some had WAY more flavor then others. Blue Hawaiian is alright if you like coconut. LIT tastes like straight lemonade. read more

Haven't been here in a long time & now I remember why!!! The service was sub-par. Kaylee, our server, was just okay. The young man she was training was really nice and more attentive than she was. The wings were pretty good except for the Buffalo dry rub ones, they were dry and probably not fresh. I like their wings because they have a variety of favors and in good price on Tuesday but TAKE OUT only. Their wings are Good! Our favorites are Mango Habanero, Asian zing and the Jamming Jalapeño. Now From my past experience with this place: Their interior is very large but it's not very clean (think sticky booths, crumbs on chairs). The lighting is poorly designed which actually turns my appetite off more than on. The services are marginally acceptable depends on who your server is. Burgers are okay but it's on the greasy side and their fries wasn't fresh. Cocktails are so sweet and weak. I seldom leave a cocktail unfinished but I had to do it here. Update 12/17: Called in and place the order of some wings, nothing complicated. 45m to an hour now but the order is still not ready. Visited today hoping for a quick, decent lunch. I've visited a few times before, food and service were better before covid or at least it was better before the staff learned they have a service, cooking pass for saying they are short staffed because of covid. I ordered brisket tacos, sweet tea. We were 2 of 10 or fewer customers there. Took a solid 10 minutes to order, a solid 10 minutes to get something they called sweet tea and then in another 20 minutes came the brisket tacos. I took one bite of the brisket taco and it was stone cold! I motioned for the waitress and she definitely saw me but chose to ignore me. I finally flagged down another server and told them that the tacos were colder than room temperature. About that time, my assigned server decided to take time to join the conversation. I explained that I did not want the tacos and will not be paying for it. It must happen frequently because the waitress without so much as an apology, asked if I would like to order something else. I declined and decided to eat the half-assed macaroni and cheese in order to get on with my day. The bill came and damned if the brisket tacos weren't listed on the receipt. I was eventually able to flag down the server yet again and explain I would not be paying for the brisket tacos. She seemed put off that I needed her to adjust my bill. I really can't explain how such an expensive, well appointed restaurant, with a crew of probably 10, were doing such a poor job of serving 10 customers! I own 2 businesses myself (manufacturing) and I have learned to appreciate the positive impact management has on staff, service and customer service. The manager today, I think as she didn't bother to address my complaint, was some barely 20 with dreadlocks for hair that looked as if it hadn't been washed in months. This was there leader. The rest of the crew was happy to be goofing around in the kitchen or chatting at the reception counter. Anyway, I got what I should have expected from such an indifferent, unmotivated staff, bad food, that took too long to make, hard to get service from people who don't want to be there and damned sure don't care if I'm there. I am certain a customers experience will be the same until a supervisor sticks there head in the door to see what is going on and then flushes those who are there and demand professionalism from new employees. I wanted to leave this review so corporate will know what they are working with. I came in to this location for an interview. I was so excited for the opportunity that my face was glowing! I went in, was met by one of the servers very nicely and I could honestly see her exhaustion in her face. Then I met the "regional manager" and everything changed! He had a look on his face that screamed that he did not want to be there and he let it know! The interview was less than 5 minutes. He only asked 1 question and quickly decided as he put it, "it's a no for me" and let me go very cold and rude. Needless to say that I was somewhat relieved because if that was going to be the person that I had to put up with, I rather not get the job. And disappointed because I honestly thought that since as the hiring manager put it is small franchise, this would be different. Also, to have a REGIONAL MANAGER that acts that way to new hires! There was also a UFC fight going on.... Ok? So when it came time for the Canelo fight, there was no sound! And trust me there was a lot of upset customers. So I approached a manager who blew me off. Another gentleman asked me are you trying to get them to turn on the sound? I said yes! He said this is absolutely ridiculous! I found the manager and she said it was being shown as promised, but it was a silent fight. Ummm excuse me? She said they were contracted for UFC and had flyers and it was posted that the Canelo fight would be silent!! Ummm No Mamm!! Show me!!! Well she couldn't!! I told her you guys lured us in here under false pretenses to spend our money. Under the guise we'd be able to fully enjoy the fight!! I want to be compensated!! So she agreed to pay for my food but!! I guess when she saw what we ordered she turned on the sound instead. But we missed the Mariachi's, we missed Canelo's entrance and Munguia's entrance! It still wasn't satisfactory what BWW did!! They should have told every customer that called and asked about the Canelo fight all the facts! I usually have lunch at "Bdubs" about once a week. It's a great place to get wings. My favorite is the Honey BBQ and the best flavor will be the traditional wings of course.
