Nine of us employees went here for lunch. The service was poor and some of the food orders were wrong. The waitress did offer to correct the food, but we don't have much time over our lunch hour. to spend waiting for another order of food. With other restaurants in Warsaw, we will not be back to this one. read more

09-05-2019 Freshly remodeled, looks nice. I understand it's a sports bar, I've been in many, they put ZERO effort in any attempt to deaden the severe echo of sound in the bar area. This place has always beenn slow in service so i usually dont chose here for food. I decided to give it another try tonight and besides the remodeling it seems as though nothing had changed. Immediately greeted at the door by a rude hostess and didnt even have silverware at my table by the time the food came out. When it did the wings were cold and hard to bite through. I used to come here very often. However, over time the wings aren't quite as good as they used to be. They're never served 'visibly steaming' like their promo material insists, and often, they aren't even entirely covered in your sauce of choice (turn one over sometime, I'm pretty sure they often just drizzle some sauce on the wings in a pile.) The servers themselves are professional and friendly, no problems there. We've had excellent service here many times. It's the kitchen that's the problem. There are better wings in Warsaw. read more

The managers are awesome, friendly and eager to serve in changing screen, come out to check on the patrons, etc. The screens are all HD. Lots of projectors. I love the PLACE. The only negative is sometimes the waiter takes too long to get drink refills. read more

B dubs is my favorite chain. This location is an embarrassment. I am ashamed to say that I have been here about a dozen times and every time I regret it. And they always say, "under new management" lol that is a poor deception. read more

basically not impressed..went around 4pm not busy whatsoever no one was on floor waited a bit to be seated ..drinks were brought and one of the kids cups had overflow of pop on lid server reached over my arm to set down for.my son and pop spilled on my shirt I had to shake it off to the side mind u pop also got on table she didn't get us napkins just watched me clean table off with my shirt ..the wait time on our sampler was ridiculous but when they finally brought it out 2 people just sat it down and walked away not even bringing us plates ..I had to go ask for them ..food came out which was ok ..my wings weren't warm at all but its fine ..the chips and salsa was terrible the salsa def had to of been marinara smelled and tasted like it but the server assured us they said.it was salsa so FYI dont order chips and salsa our kids spit it out and we just left it ..overall go to wings their service is way better and so is the food .. read more

I absolutely LOVE bdubs! However, after going to this one in warsaw it gave me a new perspecive. I travel often and when i am i always look for a close buffalo wild wings. The service was absolutely the worst. The day bartender was polite, but when the shift changed never once were we asked if we were okay or needed anything. They just sat in the corner talking loudly about other co workers and how bad thier job sucked. Really so why was I here? Lost a lot of business and tips. For sure!! While our waiter was nice, the service was incredibly slow. It appeared as though they may have been understaffed, because I can't think of another reason why it was so slow; there weren't even that many customers. Our food was edible, but definitely not up to par with any other BDubs I've been to. I do not recommend this restaurant. read more

I like this place for the most part. Most restaurants when they screw up your take-out order replace the whole order. This place only wants to replace what they didn't give you in the first place. To me that makes this place disreputable. So if you do business here and get takeout make sure you have everything before you leave. read more

BWW FAIL My husband and I love to eat at BWW and wind up getting takeout maybe once every week. We were happy that a new restaurant was opening closer to us in Warsaw...until we ordered food there. The first time, they shorted my husband on his wing order. Maybe counting to 9 was too hard. We gave it another try a few weeks later, only to find that they left the pickle out of my sandwich order and my salad and sandwich had become one after being thrown in the same box. If I am going to pay $8 for a sandwich, it should actually arrive as a sandwich (with the promised pickle) and not a Pollock painting. Okay, so let's try for one more. Tonight my husband came home with the usual; a pulled pork BBQ sandwich with side salad for me and wings for him. Again, my sandwich and salad had done some feng shui rearranging, AND they didn't give me any sauce on my sandwich AND they didn't give me any salad dressing (or any in the bag) AND they left out my pickle. Call me crazy for wanting what I paid for. Three strikes and BBW Warsaw is OUT. read more

I'm from out of town and always had good experience with Buffalo Wild Wings. Went here on lunch and that was a mistake. Took over a hour to get our food with asking frequently. Just before we were going to leave it came. Food tasted good for how fast we had to eat it. Good food total lousy service. read more

Worst service I've ever had going out. Requested the party room a week prior to needing the reservation and was told the room could host up to 30 people max. Got there at 615p and room was not set up for our reservation at 630p. We had to wait until almost 640p to even get into the room. There was not enough seating and the waitress Hannah have my guests attitude when they requested another table. 4 of my guests left because of the attitude we received upon requesting the table. Manager did compensate with 4 free nachos for the issue with seating. They only assigned one waitress to a room of over 20 people which was not fair to her. Food took over an hour to come out and most was cold or incorrectly made. I requested the manager compensate my guests tickets since some drove over an hour for slow, cold food and nasty attitudes. He did and I appreciate this but will not be returning. Literally the worst service I've ever had. Hannah get your attitude in check or stop waitressing. You make yourself and the establishment look bad. read more

the server arron was astounding! i enjoyed my entire visit! the food looked stu-pen-dous! my drink was kept full, and the appetizer was out before i could finish my first drink! i have to say i always come for the food and i always enjoy every bite! i love the kitchen team for their hardwork! keep it up arron and the cooks! read more
