This was a very good experience. I dug into a hornets nest at 6:30 on a Sunday night and got five stings. I called bug free Pest Control and they were here within an hour, walked our whole property looking for nests, then gave us an estimate which we agreed to and they took care of the problem and explained to us every step of the way. My daughter woke up from a nap with bug bites on her legs. My husband and I were worried about all sorts of bugs. We called Orkin that night and the next day I asked for a call back with an online form, after two days and no response I found bug free on yelp. I submitted a request for a callback online and within 10 minutes, John, the owner called back. I told him what was going on and he talked me through all the things I was worried about. He then had his secretary call me to schedule an appt. he was at my house doing an inspection that afternoon. It was a free inspection and he looked several different places and said he didn't see anything. We were also worried about being scammed and charged for things when we didn't need them. John was very professional and extremely nice, just a genuinely nice guy. I would recommend him to anyone having issues with pests.
