i would recommend that no body ever uses bug's appliance repair as the man named chad is a rude jerk who made me feel very unsafe and he was not professional at all. so people do yourself a favor and avoid using this company as a very rude man named chad works for them. he was also rude on the phone with me today again. he knew he was not allowed in my house ever again and he tried to come today to fix my dryer but nope he is way too rude and made me feel unsafe. i see another lady had a problem with him so it is not just me. he needs to be fired and never work again!!!!!!!!!! read more

This Chad guy has zero phone or people etiquette, he's been rude / short with my wife and she had refused to deal with him for a 3rd time. So I figured I'd try and play the game. He comes in for a 3rd time to repair our 2 yr old Kenmore Elite dishwasher. To clarify this is a unit no longer on warranty. He basically tells me "The drain is plugged and that he's not a plumber". I asked him if he felt that comment was necessary? I didn't say you were a plumber, but the dishwasher still isn't pumping the water out and this is your 3rd visit. At that point he simply said, I don't need this, laughed and packed up and walked out. Good one, so a continuous problem that just started occurring has apparently nothing to do with the dishwasher itself, and is basically a plumbing problem, okay I'll call a plumber then to do your job for you. This whole episode shows that Bug's is only interested in the easy fix service calls then the ones he needs to problem solve and work through. He was in my house for 2 minutes when he labels my dishwasher problem as a plumbing problem. Don't even bother with this company, they will waste your time. This guy seems to be having a bad day every time I talk with him, maybe treat your customers with respect and lose the attitude. If you think people need you, they don't. Do you job without all the miserable connotation; Mr. Warranty / Easy money apparently can't work unless he has an open ended invoice from Sears.
