The name of the restaurant would suggest it was modern French cuisine, and I suppose that's the main theme, although the inclusion of pasta dishes confused the personality. My main of scallops on mango and lime chutney was generally well cooked, although the salt crust was far too thick. The scallops are accompanied by a basil sorbet that didn't quite work. My main of spaghetti with prawns in a tomato and curry(!) sauce was better, although not fantastic. The problem with this restaurant is mainly that the surroundings (and the foodie twists, like my basil sorbet) suggest you're getting something better than the food on offer.
