It's not common to find an AUTHENTIC Vietnamese restaurant in Belgium. It's nestled in small streets, in-between all the nice shopping areas. Once you arrive, you are greeted by actual Vietnamese people/speakers. They are kind and accommodating. I had arrived the minute that they opened for brunch. By the time I finished my food, a few other local couples had joined me. I ordered the pho dac biet, rice paper wraps (2), and chanh muoi (not a lot of places have this authentic drink). The portions were on the smaller side, but the taste made up for it! Everything tasted as if my very own mom made the dishes for me. It was rich with flavor and freshness. It took me back to my childhood. They restaurant itself was quite tight inside, with not a lot of space. I was by myself, so I was able to move around freely. It may be a bit more difficult for larger families and groups. It's otherwise a great restaurant to fulfill your Pho craving in Belgium!

Once again, as their restaurant name indicated, their food is Northern Vietnamese style! Fried rice is pretty good with some twist of fried shallots and bean sprouts but I enjoyed it. If you are in Belgium and you're Vietnamese and you're craving for Viet food, do me a favor. Don't go there! And one last thing: they charged me a freaking 2.5 Euros for a glass of water.
