Considering the cost of admission, it's unacceptable to allow other patrons to belittle 13-year-olds. This facility needs proper supervision--hire staff to monitor interactions and ensure that parents are not interfering with other people's children.

Coming in with the wife and kids is not so bad, but you have to use your phone to do their waiver document, plus enter in all your information, name address, phone number......it's a bit much to jump onto a trampoline. But you can understand from their side they don't want to be paying anyone's hospital bill for a bad fall. Today we were here to celebrate our daughter, Madison's birthday. We were all enjoying our time bouncing away. This place will provide you gripped socks so you can grip the trampolines better. The gentleman who was checking us in also was advertising a monthly membership which was cheaper then the day pass so we went with that option since we have to come to Duluth at least eight times a month anyway. What was really great as we were heading to the trampoline area we noticed that the people who worked here were consistently cleaning all the handrails and other areas keeping everything sanitized. I was really impressed by this. They provide cubbies to put your jackets and shoes in. They aren't locked so if you come here, leave your valuables in the car. There was also a big area that looks like you can reserve for a party. We havnt made use of that but looks like it would be great for the future. During the time we were playing with kids they made an announcement wishing my daughter a "happy 9th birthday" which was so cool! They have a dodgeball area and a rock climbing wall, both of which my kiddos and I took advantage of. It's just such a super place for the kids to go after school or during the summer. We look forward to coming back to enjoy this. Thanks to the staff for recommending the monthly expense because our kids will love coming here again! Everything ran as smoothly as possible. Check in was quick and flawless. The workers were interactive with the kids and encouraging. They challenged the kids that were looking for challenges and they were so helpful to the kids that were hesitant to climb. It is always a great experience for our 8th graders and I recommend anyone with middle schoolers, looking for a fun and challenging activity, to go to Vertical Endeavors.

He also was helpful on giving us the most logical pricing options. About the location: this is located downtown inside the adventure zone building. You will need to find parking and most likely pay to park either on the street or the lot. Looks are deceiving. It looks small from the outside but there was plenty of wall and a back area for bouldering. There was also a seating area upstairs. Along with Ben, Anthony helped us get set and both were very patient and friendly with our group. We had many first time climbers and they both encouraged them and made them feel comfortable. Thank you so much for the amazing experience. Many of our youth said it was a highlight of the weekend.
