It turns out their phone line doesn't actually take calls - it is exclusively a ticket email system. They indicated that the order was a bit behind but would be shipped within a day or two. A month later, in early December, we still hadn't gotten shipping info, so I reached out again. They shared that due to the high volume after Black Friday, our order would be late. Even though our order was placed in mid October! This cycle repeated itself in mid December, late December, and early January - each with promises that it would "ship out in 2 days". It never came, and we cancelled the order. This company is a scam and should be avoided at all costs.

Last week I was told that the furniture would be delivered to me free of charge today. The furniture never got delivered so I took a drive over to the store because they haven't answered their phone all week when I tried to call them and there was no answering machine to leave a message. Just as I suspected the store was out of business. So disgusted with these people that they would steal their customers precious money! I see that I'm not the only one this happened to. I reported the issue through Amazon and the company sent me to an external website (which is against Amazon policy) to report the issue and expected me to provide all the information all over again. I called the site and the agent told me that I had to provide all the information by email. The agent also made me provide personal information over the phone, which is against Amazon's policy. This company gladly takes the business that Amazon brings in for them, but has chosen to ignore the rules and also will not hesitate to give customers the run around.

Now they are telling me that my money was refunded, however no proof of that on my end, even my credit card company can't find the "refunded" money. I called the store asking for proof of refund and the guy says its an automated service so that can't be provided but he would re-send the email I received after purchasing. SO needless to say there is no proof of a refund and I am probably out over $1000. Save yourself the headache and order from someone else.
