Then over the weekend I started getting notices online that my order had arrived and was ready for in store pickup. The unit has already been installed and was working and paid for out of my debit card account. I tried to respond and the AI Chat on Probuild kept disconnecting after less than 2 minutes requiring entering all the text again, and again. So I tried to find a phone number? Those are hidden apparently. When I did find the number for the local store ProBuild desk I tried to call several times and never got a connection, let alone a person or robot. The last time I was inside the store I was looking for a storm door lock set and when I asked for assistance the clerk was clueless! I wound up searching over an hour to find the lock comparable for my front storm door Lowe's has no, nada, zero customer service! Not even working AI - except for placing an order and taking payments!

On the way out, I told a manager what happened but when I used a cuss word he said "profanity" and said there's the front door. He was rude also.
